Excellent customer service!Had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin and Ty with Lucky dog garage, I am beyond impressed.The service offered went above and beyond any expectations I had, they did quality work for a fraction of the cost.Unlike stores such as valvoline, they did not try to upsell me. Instead chraged me less than I anticipated.

My daughter had an issue with her vehicle and happened to pull off not far from Lucky Dog Garage. We were able to go to the business and this group was immediately able to get her in and back on the road within 15 minutes. It was something minor but their help was needed. The office and technician was very professional and understanding.These are a great group of people and hope others will support this small business! I felt compelled to leave a review for Lucky Dog Garage. I brought in my 2005 Chevy Silverado to get some work done and am very pleased with the service I received. Though I hope I don't need any more repairs I will be taking my vehicles to Lucky Dog Garage from now on. I feel like I was treated fairly and that my business was genuinely appreciated.

Best shop around! The owner Billy and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and were willing to explain to me exactly what my car needed. Unlike most shops they are completely transparent and have never tried to upsell me anything. When my car broke down they towed me to the shop and got the work done in a timely manner. Great prices as well! I ll never go anywhere else for my car repairs!

Called in the morning about getting my motorcycle exhaust welded up, said bring it down whenever. Arrived and I was helped right away. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking to get work done. Bring your projects to them!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I was traveling with my 5 pit bulls and broke down 1 block away from LUCKY DOG GARAGE! Max came out and towed me to the shop. He and the crew diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and I was on my merry way again 4 hours later. Not only were they kind, helpful, very knowledgeable and professional....they were also dog friendly! Thank you Lucky DOG Garage!

Billy, Chad, and Kevin know how to get it done! Thanks for all your hard work and running a tight ship. I highly recommend these guys for all your car troubles. They do especially well with diesel trucks and have done work on mine. Very pleased. Thank you!

Best Repair shop in the Area!! Very helpful people! They get it done fast and done the right way the first time! The owner is an awesome guy to work with! Go check out St.Croix Classics while you're waiting on your car. AWESOME INVENTORY!!

We were on our way to Chicago for Thanksgiving when our car started shaking violently and making all kinds of strange noises. Lucky Dog was the closest garage to us so we really didn't get much of a choice about where to go. We crawled to the garage and asked if they could help us. They were full up, but they still made time to check the car out. The mechanic drove the car around right away to hear the noise and made space in the shop to bring it inside to lift it up. They were originally worried it was a wheel bearing, but in the end it turned out just to be a lump of ice wedged where it didn't belong. He showed us the underside of the car and explained that everything was fine. They didn't even want to charge us, though I insisted. It was so nice to go into a shop where they were professional and kind and weren't trying to take advantage. They saved our entire holiday and stopped us from giving up and going home over a piece of ice.

Good ma and pa shop they stay very busy and do good work. Though getting an appointment is sometimes a bit of a wait
