Rollie and his team go above any beyond when it comes to service and satisfaction. This is a great repair shop. I had to get a lot of things done to go on a trip and took my car to them. They when trough it and let me know what was wrong and worked with the warranty company to get all the repairs done. It now runs like a new car. Fast and friendly team! Highly recommend this shop.

Kept my truck for 6 days without calling to tell me what is going on. They never even started the work. Their excuse was it is hot out and we are busy. Yeah I know it s hot out I m the one biking to and from work because I don t have a truck. If you are that busy at least call me and tell me.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Allen was so sweet to do my car and have it do the same day I brought it in. Great attitude and very professional. Great price on an oil change. I used a groupon voucher and saved 30 to 40 dollars. I recommend using them. I will agsin.

Great experience and does great work and even goes above and beyond! highly recommend for everyone to go there. Minor issue, had to do a 4 wheel alignment and when I got the car back and drove it for about 40 minutes notice the wheel was pulling to the right. Not sure what that was about but they were able to fix the issue same day. (I had 2 other shops deal with my car prior to them so I didn t think they were at fault to start with) but the last 2 shops should have caught that issue but didn t so it was passed down to them.)So I don t blame them for it but they could have paid a little more attention to that issue (since you have to test drive after a alignment anyways) once it was in there hands and/or gave me a heads up. I found out because I pay close attention to my vehicle I know that vehicle like the back of my hand and knew something wasn t right. On the other hand, thank you for resolving that issue and putting a piece of the under body cover back on my car I really appreciated that. You guys deserve a 5 star for that. I m all about customer service and you guys have shown that to me.Months ago, I randomly stopped by there to have someone check out my tires and they did it for me with no issues and was told I needed new tires. Fast forward to my common/statement above.

DONT GO TO THEM!! I sent them my car to get simple work done. That I paid $800 for. The problem legit never got fixed. And my car stayed with them for almost a week. When I sent them the car again and told them it wasn t fix they said they d check it out. And I paid 100 again. And the problem again was not fixed. So almost a grand for no reason at all.

The people are friendly, but I visited the shop more than a few times before forming an opinion about it. Whenever I set up an appointment, it takes more than an hour after the scheduled time before the car even gets looked at. When my wife was getting her winter tires changed out, it literally took almost 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time. We walked all around the neighborhood because it took so long just to swap tires out. I tried to give them a break and thought it would be better this time before I gave any negative thoughts about the business. I scheduled an appointment to get my brake pads changed. I arrived 10 minutes early and sat in the lobby for 1.5 hours before they even looked at my car. They said there was a problem with the lug. The mechanic told me whoever put the lugs on last stripped something and it may break and cost me $140 to replace. They were the ones who put my tires on at the beginning of the season. I explained it over the phone and was just brushed off asking if I wanted to reschedule an appointment with no apology or solution for their mistake. As someone who does marketing for small local businesses, I wouldn't be able to support such service like this.

As everyone's' experience is different, many need to realize they are a full service shop not just some Quick Lube joint. So if you're expecting a 30 min. oil change, go else where. If you have the ability to drop you car off and be without for a few hours, then you should be okay. All bays full all of the time is a good thing, has been my experience in the past as I have tried other shops before choosing them before this time. Service is good so far, I will return for more service work. Prices seem rather reasonable.Service: Oil change

I had a rough experience one of the mechanics worked on my car & didn't fix the problem that was wrong with the car. I had to get my family involved, because he try to charge me $119 when I already paid closed to $500 dollars for a overheating problem. (that wasn't even fixed) He was very rude to me I feel because I am a person of color. The front desk man was very nice & warming. He was the reason the problem was fixed. I don't think I ever come back. I just don't trust them.

I had been coming here for a while for oil changes and brakes - basic maintenance things because it was convienent and the work was fine. I would have given them a four. But about a year ago they took a turn for the worst. I had my front brakes done about a year ago. My car has 140k miles on it and the front end started shuddering recently. Took my car in and they recommended new brakes, a new wheel bearing, new sway bars to the tune of over $1000. I called them out on that because you shouldn't need to replace brakes every 13 months. Took my car to get a second opinion and the other place did a free inspection. Diagnosis? I just needed the bolts tightened on my sway bars. And the brakes? They were registering as an 8 of 10, meaning they were like new. Cost? $0. I'd like to think that Precision Tune wasn't trying to rip me off and it was just inexperience. However, I will no longer be coming here to find out.

Great service Very curtious and elpfull in explaining everything that needed to be done. Work was completed before the estimated time expected. My car is running great. I liked most the genuine, good vibes I got from the employees who always made me feel welcome and thoroughly explained everything going throughout the process of getting my car repaired; I am an AA woman and have in the past felt apprehensive about visiting auto repair places by myself; I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had been looking for a good trustworthy place to get my auto serviced when I happened on Precision Tune. A friend of mine suggested it and I gave it a try. They changed my oil, checked air in the tires, filled all fluids that were low and then called me to come into the shop so Patrick, the mgr could go over the service that I received with me. WOW He explained what they did, what they saw and what they recommended. The only thing they recommended was that I watch my tires going into the winter. He explained how much tread I had used, how much I should have and then told me about their tire deals. I waited until winter and bought tires which I am very happy with and every other oil change I get a free tire rotation and free tire repair. What a deal. Obviously I'm very happy with them and can't say enough good things about them. A first for me, believe me.

I had rear brake cylinders replaced along with one steel line and the oil changed. It was $400. Yes it was rusty and old. It took them 3-4 hours and there was not a line of people. It was far too long of a wait. The price of parts was well under $100 so roughly figure $100/hr. This was actually a lower price since I was intending to leave for their original price. Once taken apart, they did not have on piece to replace a broken piece and the parts were put back together with the old broken part. My brakes are back together and working better but not where they should be.They are usually open and can usually take your car. The customer service is quite good but the prices are far too high. I would not recommend this place.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, oil change done in timely manner. Reasonably priced for synthetic blend oil change. Have my oil changes done here most of the time. Have had other car repairs done & they were very reasonable.

Customer service was superb from the point of phone contact during the scheduling of the appointment to the time when the issues were explained to me. I went in for an oil change and I feel comfortable using this shop for the other issues I need to address. Great job Andrew and Rolley!

The manager Rollie is a true professional and he is a master at his craft. I have had terrible experiences at places such as Meineke and even car dealerships where the mechanics are untrustworthy, overpriced and just plain rude. I have never had such outstanding customer service at a repair shop until Precision. We have been taking our car to Precision for two years now and I would never take it anywhere else.

You resolved a very difficult issue I had with my car - two, seized lug nuts. Your mechanics worked very diligently to get those damned things off the car, then replaced the wheel studs. It took them a long time, but they got it completed! I wasn't thrilled with the added expense I had to pay for my tires to be installed (not your fault, the 'tire shop' couldn't perform this task)), but at the end of the day, I was able to go back there and get the rear tires installed. Thank you!!

Came in couple months ago to get my tie rods done and I know nothing about cars. But they helped me out as best as they could, I dropped my car off in the morning, and they stayed past closing hours so I could pick up my car after soccer practice. Prices were the best too on top on that

I've had my car in their shop four separate times. It's still having the same issue as it did when I took it in. The last time, Rollie said they couldn't do anything about it and sent me on my way. I wasn't mad at them, just curious and frustrated.However... I asked for copies of all of my paperwork so that the warranty company could help me narrow down the problems and get it into the dealership. I was told paperwork would be on its way via email shortly. It never came. After waiting for two days, I went down and stood with a sign on the street. They called police.I still don't have my paperwork, still have a broken car, and will now be spending all of my spare time on that corner with my sign until they find the 2 minutes to print my paperwork. Also, Rollie lied to the police and told them he had sent paperwork via email. He did not.

The guy running this place is an absolute huckster. Every time he'll tell you he's giving you a great deal, when in fact there's a good chance he's charging you even more than the dealership would. He'll tell you anything to keep you in his shop and keep you from getting estimates elsewhere. Expect to pay hundreds of dollars more than you ought to if you have anything beyond an oil change done here.

I've had good experiences aplenty here. Rollie (sp? Please forgive me if I misspelled!), he has been so helpful every time I need it, offering loaners, letting me leave my car in his lot for several days, trying to help me get it started....they don't BS, or try to upsell, they just tell you what's happening and make recommendations.

Sadly, I Would Not Recommend Patronizing This Brand Establishment. I Was Lied To By a Individual Who Represented Himself As The Owner That My Vehicle Had a Engine Recall Issued By The Manufacturer and Therefore Needed a Motor When In Fact It Was Not and It Did Not. Their Level Of Inability To Perform The Needed Repair Was Astounding. Unfortunately, I Can Not In Good Faith Recommend Any Consumer To Entrust The Precision Tune Auto Care Brand To Do The Right Thing Concerning Repairs With Their Investment. It Would Be Suggested To Patron Honest-1 Auto Care Or Wrench Inc. Thank You For Your Time and Review.

Rollie & his staff are amazing! Ive never experienced such great, honest, caring & sincere customer service. (Ive been in customer service for around 30 years myself, so I always look at that aspect anywhere I go)Ive had a nightmare of events happen with my suv in the last year & the staff at the Spring Lake Park location took excellent care of me & my vehicle.1st- Rollie is always friendly and professional and is ALWAYS sympathetic & empathetic towards me. He takes the time to explain each & every procedure that needs to be done & explains the pricing as well.2nd- Which ever mechanic may be doing the work on my vehicle takes a moment to introduce themself and will bring me in under my vehicle to show me what & why the work needs to be done.Lastly- Their (the entire staff) concern for my safety is absolutely the best! (I am on a very limited income) On my very 1st visit to them, Rollie noticed my wipers were really bad ( basically falling apart), so he told me & I said "I know, I just cant afford that today or in the near future". Rollie said, look, its snowing heavy & I just cant let you leave here and not be able to see or clear your windows & because your safety is our main priority, we put on new wipers for you Free of Charge. We care about your safety"!At that very moment they gained a loyal customer for life by just doing that kind gesture for me.I cant say enough good things about Rollie, Seng & the rest of the team!
