Debra has some issues... poor customer service all around. very rude. I went in to buy scratchers. There was no rush or any customers behind us and she kept saying that "she had customers to help" but we were there to buy from the store, you know being customers.. she had the nerve to say you guys have no idea how it is to unload a truck and have it short staffed. It doesn't concern us. Honestly we're customers. Yeah but she was like I have a line and there was only one person behind us who got there like seconds before she said that. She asked my sister if she was buying cards. My sister at that time said no and Debra said good. When we walked in she was sitting on a rollie chair. No rush then. All of a sudden we got up there, she was rushing to get to her important truck. She was smiling and happy to see all the other customers but when it came to me and my sister, her demeanor completely changed.

The elderly cashier name DEBRA was so rude to my sister and I and were just purchasing scratches before we went to the lake. She was rushing us through the process. As we know how it can get with customer service! As she was making huffing sounds throwing the cards on the counter! I told her we are customers too just trying to get some scratchers! Then as I was ready to buy mines she said are you going to buy scratches too I said not anymore. She said GOOD WOW we asked to talk to the manager she said No I ll talk to her! The manager didn t do anything she kept saying i don t know anything about no scratches! And get this she was JUST sitting on her rolling chair WHEN WE GOT THERE!!!! I went to grab a soda and came to the register! My sister and I were the only NATIVES in the store! She treated everyone nice even as I went back into the store just to get her name she said I m busy I said it s ok I m just getting your name! She s all THANK YOU!!! she is a sick racist lady!!!! Please everyone pray for this lady!!!! I am too a CASHIER and I DON T APPROVE OF THIS ATTITUDE! I TREAT ALL MY CUSTOMERS NICE AND WITH RESPECT!!!!! UNLESS IM BEING DISRESPECTED!!!! THEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!!! NOT ONCE WERE WE RUDE TO HER! She didn t like the attitude we gave back to her!!!!

Went in this morning for some caffeine. The cashier was very rude, basically pulling my drink from my hand and didn t speak to me or even look at me. They were too busy having a conversation with someone they appeared to know. Didn t offer me my receipt or even acknowledge my transaction beyond scanning my item. Two stars because the store is well stocked and organized.

Either the warmer food is old or with no time labeled on it so it's a gamble taking anything from those. Several times in the evening there's been food in there for over 3 hours and even up to 5 hours old. That could make someone very sick.On the positive side the morning people are always great and I quite like the new coffee machines, hopefully the cappuccino ones are upgraded next.

I frequent this particular store several times daily, I work on one side and live on a other both separate towns from lake park, I have gone in at every time they are open, and the only time I've ever seen the kitchen or warmer cases empty or timed out products is during the co-vid outbreak. Which I'm sure is why staff was short this store is excellent, staff is

These guys are slower than turtles. First off they wouldn't answer the phone had to drive in and place order after that it took the guy a half hour just to make the pizza that's not even counting the time it will need in the oven. Seems like nobody cares about customer service anymore.

This Casey's is special as it is like my " home field " advantage. It's as if it's the cheers of Casey's where everyone knows your name. The pizza is delicious and made with care. The staff is very friendly, and wearing masks where we all do the best we can.

Slushy machine has been broken for weeks with no progress being made, absolutely outrageous and I can t express how angry this makes my classmates and I feel.

This employee due to her personal drama has felt the need whoever I go in for gas to stomp off and send a kitchen employee or someone else out, this has made me late on occasion to school and work

The morning till lady is just the best--she has a great personality. This is a good place to gas up and get some snacks.
