MPORTANT for warranty parts!I bought two steering knuckles from this place within the last 3 years, and I was denied the warranty because a lady said she couldn't identify it. Fair enough, but the 2 star (3 stars would be neutral but this isn't a good outcome) was for the store failing to mention it in the receipt that parts' warranty won't be honored if you scratched off or they couldn't identify them. In my case, it was the steering knuckles (I bought two). They usually marked their stock numbers "on the face" of the wheel hub that's pressed into the wheel bearing and into the steering knuckles, and the markings usually peeled off easily due to rusts and with you rotating the wheels if you worked on cars quite often like I do. I'm not mad, but I think the owner should do better with how warranty works (it's not on the receipt or paperwork at all about the importance of the stock numbers being essential for warranty) and should not write their stock numbers on surfaces that are contact points (they could've written somewhere on a prepped surface of the steering knuckles or, better yet, the dust shield since it's quite flat and not the steel hubs that get constant pressure and scratching when changing wheels, etc), like, in my case. The other one's stock number has already peeled off due to the weak yellow markings that's either had poor, unprepped surface or not strong enough to stick around longer than couple months with normal routine of tire/wheel rotations. I recommend this place, but just be careful to not do anything that would make the markings peel off (maybe we should spray clear coat on the markings to better preserve it).

I bought tires here thinking they ll install them. Their website is conflicting- says they don t offer tire services, yet you click on the link and find tire installation service pricing. When I asked about installation in the store I was told to go to Tires for Less. They told me they don t do installation that they recommend I go there. I figured I had to have them installed by them in order for any warranty claims to be covered. The vendor they sent me to destroyed my key FOB and refuses to replace it! Outrageous that this business puts out conflicting information on their website only to then send customers to an unethical business that destroys their property. I sent an email to AABCO advising of this issue and asking for a response as to why I was directed there. Nobody has replied and nobody seems to care. My car was damaged due to gross negligence caused by their vendor. Once they have your money- they don t care. Unprofessional, dishonest, morally bankrupt businesses that work in tandem to screw customers over.

Had a great experience here. Called two hours ahead of time to see if the part I needed was still available, it was so they took my name down. Got there and told them I called ahead, they asked for my name and came back in 30 seconds with my part (which ended up cheaper than advertised). I was in and out in 2 minutes. Will definitely be returning next time I need parts!

Never buy a part from this place. NEVER. I gave this place 3 chances and each time they sold me a defective part. These were all back to back purchases. First, they sold me a bad CV axel, then they tried to sell me a completely different sway bar than what my model car used simply because they didn't have the one I asked for, and lastly, they sold me a bad starter. This place is a piece of garbage with staff that are, clearly, incompetent or intentionally deceptive.

Abco has good employees and they are all so nice. If I were anyone else I would not work for them though. The vice president of HR John likes to treat his employees like dogs and doesn t let them explain themselves. When he s upset he will drill into you without warning. He will give you orders like sit and stay as if you re a dog. The coworkers were amazing. Big shout out to Sarah she is amazing and Holly as well as Cody are all amazing people to be around and they create the good environment that we have outside of John s office. John is very entitled and rude and inconsiderate. I had a rotator cuff injury and I got screamed at because I asked him a question and he thought I was being disrespectful. I recommend the business but not working there due to how HR treats people. I ve never been treated like that at any job I ve ever had.

5 stars for you guys ! I have just been at this center, today . Wonderful. The best refund policy, I had no problems bringing back the part I had purchased a few days before. The staff were kind and courteous . Keep it up please!

The worst customer service I've ever had. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get a rim shipped to me. When it didn't show up after a week i called and complained. They explained that shipping was backed up and they couldn't even give me a date it would show up. No tracking number or anything in an email not even a phone call ever.

Very nice place. Much better than the Fridley location. Organized and have what you need wrapped up and ready to go when you get there. Helped me check it out and take a flare off before buying a fender also!

I got the wrong tires from this place, so I decided to return them and as I was returning them, one of the workers (a big fat white guy) made a stupid joke about my uncle being drunk because he couldn t understand him. My uncle's first language is not English, so that was really rude. After that, the guy asked if we cared about the type of tires we got, and I said no. He proceeded to say, "beggars can t be choosers." We paid for our tires, so I don t understand why he made that unnecessary comment. He might say it was just a joke, but I don t remember laughing.

I have an 04 colorado with 230k miles, my idle was running rough and die, thinking it maybe be the idle air control solenoid, but it was a 1 piece built on to the throttle body, instead of getting a new 1 from chevy for about 400 dollars. I got from a 06 canyon and no more idle issue. Thanks guys. For 51 dollars.

I stopped by to get a blower motor at the Fridley location. They didn't have the part but took down my information, wrote down the part number, and referred me to the main location in Spring Lake Park. I walked in. They were friendly, efficient, and courteous! I got my part and was checked out within 15 minutes. They really went above and beyond with service. I felt their sincerity.

These guys are honest and saved me money. My side view mirror broke. Just needed the glass for the mirror replaced; all mechanics I called quoted me nearly 200-400 dollars to replace the mirror. Telling me they can t just replace the mirror and would need the whole assembly. I can literally go on YouTube and see how easy this is to do. One of their employees told me you don t need this whole assembly and can just get the glass from autozone for a few bucks. He was right. Thanks. Can t trust mechanics these days.

Their staff is trashy, the cashier (short pudgy brown haired girl) was overly skanky acting..loud and obnoxious. Negative and bad taste in my mouth and beyond that they didn't have the product they said they had when I called and they said they did. What a joke!!

Terrible experience. I called for a certain door mirror that I found both on car-part.com and on A-Abco's website. I was told the mirror was available and was given an order number. I couldn't make the 2 1/2 hour trip from Duluth to Spring Lake Park until a week after I made the first call and I said that to the person I talked to. On the drive down, I called and was told to give the order number and basically assured that the mirror was waiting for me. When I arrived I gave the gentleman at the counter my order number and the part number. He was never able to find the part. He sent a parts runner out and they came back with a mirror off another Taurus but it wasn't the one I needed for my repair. The only answer I received was, "Sorry, doesn't look like we have it." I'm sure they have a lot of other parts, but not the one I needed and told me they had.

I was charged $62.99 with tax for a steel rim. I was told that they had no steel rims, and the employee brought out a mag with a 5 lug pattern for my 2003 Honda Civic. The weekend crew was less than knowledgeable, it was Saturday between 11:00am and 11:50am. Then, on my second trip back to the same business, they found the correct rim for $62.99 However, I stopped at their other store a few blocks away, and the employee told me they do have my steel rims, that I needed. I believe the problem was lack of experience. One of the other employees put all blame on me the customer. What happened to " the customer is always right "? Obviously, I was not right in the whole crew's eyes.I called around and found a rim for $25.00 at another place. They were not verbally abusive like the employees at A-ABCO. The weekend staff needs to grow up, plain and simply. My friend that tagged along told me the Monday thru Friday staff are much more skilled. Also, they are not disrespectful to the customers.

Great to deal with, but like others have said, the waiting line is a bit tedious. Their inventory is on car-part.com and they always charge the published price. Never got a bad part from them either, have been a customer for 20 some years now.

First timer at this location... Very well organized and friendly service. I purchase a screen for the dashboard for the radio and camera for about $60. The dealer wanted the same part for over $700. Thanks A-ABCO.

This place I called for two parts they said they had two of the parts not exactly the same option it didn't matter the options were this tan and black they made it sound like it was electrical option it was not and they lied about the price it went from $70 to $150 and I looked it up online for the part I found the new part online for $70

Great service!!! Called to inquire about a wheel for my car. Even though I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes, I was sooo happy with the gentlemen that helped me out. I didn t get his name but it was around 5:30. Anyway, he brought the wheel out and it was in bad shape. He checked his inventory and brought me back to see what else was available. Unfortunately there was nothing. However the gentlemen was so helpful and did everything he could to help me out. I ll go back in the future

I've reduced my rating due to recent bad experiences, including being given wrong parts on three occasions, necessitating a great deal of wasted time. In the most recent case, I was given a wrong transmission that looked nearly identical to the one I needed, it was a case of pure carelessness, they didn't even pick the right part off the shelf. I didn't find this out until I was far into the job, and had to take the unit back, wait an hour while they found the correct one, take that back to my work area, only to discover that they gave me the wrong torque converter, causing me to waste even more time. They also punched a hole in the oil pan with an air chisel, forcing me to make another trip to the store to buy a new oil pan. This doesn't even make sense. Why would they do that? (the damage was not visible from above) Amazingly bad service. Make sure when you get parts, that they're the RIGHT parts, as it appears that the current crew at the warehouse doesn't actually know that much about parts and is having severe issues with their inventory control.

They were so friendly and just overall amazing and had the part ready for me as soon as I arrived. 100000 out of 10. Will go back for all my parts needed. They even took a picture and texted me the picture so I could make sure I had the right color.

Lady with Pink hair just throws the receipt at you, I feel like she should improve on her customer service skills, she should also work on Saying Hello To customers, other than that its a good store to purchase used parts:)

An absolute joke! The pictures on their website do not depict any sort of damage. You get here and the parts are complete garbage. Also, they have wanted to charge a $3 "environmental fee" on a $10 purchase. Their product representation matches the outside of their building.
