I recently purchased a Grand Design 5th wheel from Kroubetz and worked with Micah. The everyone we worked with at the dealer was very kind and attentive to our needs.I was looking nation wide to get the best deal possible on the model we wanted and they had a new 2023 model that was the best price I could find in the nation. We live in Florida and they were able to handle all of the details for being an out of state purchaser.This was our first RV purchase and I am really glad we went with a family owned business. I had shopped some of the big box dealers and the experience we had with them wasn't even close to the level Micah gave us.They are also apart of the Route 66 group which is a program that gives you priority access to maintenance and repair stations all across the US. We plan on doing longer trips so this was a big plus in my mind.If you're I the market for an RV new or used give them a chance and you won't be disappointed. I will be calling Micah back when we get our next RV!

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service we received at Kroubetz. From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were treated like family.Dealing with the challenges of starting a new chapter after my husband's stroke, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff took the time to listen to our needs, ensuring that every detail was attended to during our visit.Their dedication to going above and beyond, their attention to detail, and their genuine concern for our well-being made our experience truly unforgettable. Kroubetz not only provided us with an Core Ice fish/skid house, but also with a sense of comfort and support that is rare to find.Thank you to the entire team (especially Marianne Carlson!) at Kroubetz Lakeside Campers for making this transition in our lives so much smoother and for creating lasting memories. I just purchased a Forest River impression 280 RL from Kroubetz and the entire experience was very nice to say the least.This is a family-owned and operated business. They all work as a team. No gimmicks or tricks. The price on their website is what you pay. Of course there's tax and a couple of small fees, but extremely reasonable, and not anything like other dealerships. I went to 2 other dealerships that were relatively close to me first and their out the door price would have been much more than the same thing at Krubetz.They were very honest in pointing out a couple of issues they found so they could be taken care of in advance, and they did so in the quickest time possible.They also did a number of custom things for me on the day I came to pick it up, which was also very impressive. They installed a Reese Gen 3 Gooseneck hitch, a second air conditioner, a tire pressure monitor system that I had purchased on my own in advanced and was going to install myself, and a few other things that were needed to make it all come together.Bottom line... This is the kind of company that in my opinion is getting harder and harder to find these days. I traveled 11 hours each way to work with them on this deal, and would do it all over again, nothing to even think about.Thank you, Micah, for starting everything out and to each and every other team member that I interacted with. Truly a professional effort!

Fantastic experience purchasing a used camper with Micah! We originally were going to look at a bigger camper, but weren't quite sure about it after looking. However, Micah showed us a couple alternatives. The final one he showed us was perfect! More mid size and has a lot of great features. He was extremely knowledgeable and spoke more about his own camping experience rather than being pushy. It made the entire process amazing.It was easy to get financing setup with Ashley and we got a great interest rate and monthly payment! My wife and I were very excited to purchase our first camper with Kroubetz Lakeside Campers.Update after picking up. We got a extremely in depth demo on how to use our entire camper. The service guys also showed us how to setup and take down our weight distribution hitch. Made me going in very nervous to drive the camper to being very confident!Update update in regards to service. Brian was extremely helpful in getting my power jack up and running again. Turns out it was a bad switch. They got a new switch installed in about 20 minutes and saved me $300 of having to buy a new power jack!

Nice enough people once they get their money. Bought a new camper from them 6 years ago and when I was shopping for upgrade they offered less than camping world for trade. Not that I'd ever deal with CW. Then they questioned me about the age of the tires. Knew that even though I bought the camper NEW from them they were going to screw me on the trade. Never again. Found another camper place that treated me very well. Goodbye Kroubetz! over a year later I get a response. What a waste of time working with them. Even when I had them set up my hitch on my new camper they screwed it up. Be careful because they will low ball you on your trade if your not a repeat customer. Never again!

I just bought a camping trailer from Kroubetz and it was a wonderful experience! My sales rep, Jessica, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Very generous with sharing her expertise and answering all my questions. Everyone is friendly and helpful; Jessica and Micah in sales, Tina in parts, Ralph in finance, and Jade at the front desk. It is a welcoming and non-pressure experience. Service after the sale is just as excellent! I highly recommend Kroubetz and am now a customer for life

The gang at Kroubetz are a fun bunch to hang out with! They were super busy when we were there picking up our new Grand Design 22MLE. The employees were all in good moods and very helpful!(Even though it was a Monday) lol

My husband and I went in with no intention to immediately purchase, and we were upfront with staff regarding this. We were simply trying to get ideas of size and cost associated with an RV that would work for us as a second home. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answered all our questions, and gave us ideas. Matthew was wonderful; creating a list of units for us to look at and stopping to open a couple of extras in the process. He helped us narrow down our list to four that would work for us, and ensured we had the information on those to take home with us. Two different sales people later took time to answer some questions and thanked us for coming in. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone to purchase, and they spent a good two hours with us. They were just as friendly when we walked out without purchasing as they were when we came in. Kroubetz will definitely get our business if, or when, we do decide to purchase that RV. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and have no doubt their service after the sale would be just as good. They seem like a great family owned business! Thank you for your amazing service today!

We drove there all the way from Colorado and it was well worth it!! Most RV dealerships just have a used car dealership feel and a lack of integrity but not Kroubetz. We felt like family the moment we walked in the door. Everyone said hello, everyone was kind, helpful and professional. Highly recommend this RV dealership! Thanks to everyone there.

We bought our travel trailer about a year ago with a great experience up front. They were very responsive and respectful always willing to help with any questions we had.After the sale went through if felt like we jumped off a cliff. It is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone as they say they are short handed and busy. (Aren t we all these day!) I have been trying to get replacement parts that we were promised before the sale went through for the past year! I have been told numerous lies and been passed around to everyone at least twice.Some of our parts we gave up and waiting for them causing us to purchase it out of our own pocket.They keep telling me they are on top of it and we will have information soon then weeks go by. I try to email and call with the same story that they will reach back out with an ETA with no response.Their customer service is extremely terrible after the sale goes through and they already have your money. At that point we feel like they just moved on to new sales and stopped caring about our needs that they promised us in the first place to get our sale.I do not recommend going here if you are looking for long term excellent customer service.

Sold me a grand design imagine 3000qb, in January of 2020. Told me my 1500 more than capable of towing it.. made it home by some sort of miracle, going all of 45 miles an hour all the way to farmington.Then had to buy a 3500 to be able to safely transport the trailer. They will lie to get you to buy.

Awesome experience! Purchased a used camper, was given all the details prior to going to look at it. Lisa stayed after hours to do a complete walk through with me. Kelly in finance also stayed late, was able to purchase that day without having to come back! Amazing customer service!

We bought a new Grand Design imagine xls 22mle at Kroubetz and we are very happy with our purchase. We were helped by Marianne Carlson who was super friendly and able to answer all of our questions. They gave us a better than expected price on our trade in and a really good deal on our purchase. If you are looking for a new camper, we highly recommend Kroubetz.

Recently jumped in to the RV world and had some questions about a previously owned unit that had been purchased at Kroubetz Lakeside Campers.Spoke with Jessica M., and I must say - she took all the time necessary to go through the unit's history and explain to this newbie any pitfalls and caveats of purchasing, insuring, owning and some of the basics particular to this fifth wheel.I would highly recommend Kroubetz to anyone based on my interaction with Jessica, and just can't say enough kind words regarding her most helpful advice and counsel.Doug M

I purchased a new 2022 Grand Design Insignia XLS 17MKE and what an experience it was. It seems today, most RV related reviews portray 'Dealers' as little more than "Used Car Salesman," My purchase at Kroubetz was the exception to that stereotype. Starting with Lisa, she was responsive, informative, and just down right professional in guiding me through the process, and did so at my pace. On to Ashley, she made the process of (seemingly) endless paperwork simple, and the rest of the staff who ensured that my trailer was ready for walk-thru and pickup when promised (it was). In the end, I had a trailer that I paid less than any other quote, and I received it with no surprises, other than everything went well. This was such a positive experience, I hope that that holds true for the future, no reason to think it won't.Update: Picked up my trailer today, I had been dragging my feet in picking it up until I had a place to store it. My first impressions with this dealer was confirmed, they are a top notch outfit.

My wife left a review and n here two weeks ago for the both of us. The owner of Kroubetz is trying discredit my wife which is very unprofessional. We left our camper at Krpubetz to be sold last October or so. Over the course of the winter months, my wife was the one who made and received ALL phone calls, emails and voicemails in regards to anything with our camper!! This was a very nice 5th wheel, Solitude 310 GK. Not one time over more than 5 months did I speak with anyone at Kroubetz, all calls were made to my wife. My wife and I owned this 5th wheel together. We only learned the camper was sold because we saw it on the website a week after it had been sold, and my wife called to inquire about it. There were no phone calls to even ok this with me or my wife!! It was all a very disappointing ordeal with very poor professionalism from the owner. Will not recommend this place to anyone. 5/16/2022 yes this is me Ron Debaere my views never changed I had one conversation with you and posted my review on here. Simply boils down to very very poor treatment of your customers! My wife and I couldn t be more displeased with service. Enough said

Took our camper down for an estimate on a roof repair about 8 weeks ago and we are still waiting on getting a final quote from them. We've called, emailed, left messages with very little response. When you do get a hold of someone they don't have all of the information that was previously requested and give you a promise of a return call with that information. They never return the call. We were looking forward to having Kroubetz do the repairs on our roof because we have heard so many good things about them. Well, they are not living up to that reputation. We will be looking for another dealer to do the needed repairs on our camper.

Would not recommend this business! Few too many things to list, the owner was so rude and disrespectful. The way we learned our camper had sold was by looking on the website!! When I called to ask if it had sold they said oh yes it sold last week -- NO CALL to even tell us! Im sure they will comment with excuses of course but definitely buyer/seller Beware!! After seeing the reply by Kimberly I need to correct her on the fact that I am also the owner of this camper .. the Solitude 310 gk - I am the wife and therefore owner as well -- Not one time in all of the phone calls did my husband ever deal with Court or anyone else at Kroubetz!! My husband Ron completely concurs with this review and was VERY displeased to say the least!! He was utterly shocked at the treatment from Kimberly and the disrespect was disgraceful at best. The person who picked up the check was my brother by the way and not Rons. Ron is composing his own review for you to know his thoughts.

Me and my wife purchased our 2019 Grand Reflection camper from here, they have great customer service. We had an issue with our camper and their staff and service manager was very helpful on our repair and warranty services performed. We are very satisfied with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a camper purchase.

Jessica helped me troubleshoot an issue with my AC unit and was extremely helpful. Then a service technician helped me later and was also very helpful. Thank you for the excellent customer service! That said, a little disappointed in the fact we purchased a nice 5th wheel brand new 3 years ago and we have issues like AC s going out.

Love the folks at Kroubetz. I don't have any complaints about personnel or service. The reason for four stars is the current state of some of the parking areas. Sometimes just too much mud to wade through. I'm looking forward to the new facility and anticipate paved driveways, parking areas and camper viewing.
