Highly recommend this dealer. Great cars for reasonable prices. We bought a Mercedes and driving it for 2 months I am absolutely impressed! 2010 E 350 55K miles for $9K The car is in imacculant condition, Garage kept, no scratches, interior like new!!!

I bought my car from Apple Auto and it was a great experience. I was very nervous because my previous car had broken down unexpectedly, and I was worried that buying a vehicle would break my bank account. Not only were their vehicles reasonably priced, but their customer service was awesome. Brandon helped me out with looking at vehicle options and finding me a low interest rate on my loan. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from Apple Auto.

UNSAFE, BUYER BE WARNED..... I purchased a set of wheels and tires up from Kort at this location. I drove 3 hours one way up from Iowa to find the tires were severely dry cracked on the sidewalls of every tire. These tires were no good, they're unsafe to drive on...I originally negotiated price based on wheels with good tires and now taking a loss on the tires as I'll have to pay to have them dismounted. Nick from their Houston location transferred them over to this location and assured me everything was good after I asked many questions in advance. They wouldn't even make this right after I told them the tires were bad.

I bought a 2013 Smart car from Kort. I am from WI and he had the WI plates and took care of all the paperwork. Not your typical used car salesman. Most definitely will recommend and the next time I need a vehicle, I will check the first. Thanks

Bought my 2013 VW Tiguan there from Brian. Great guy and the process went very smooth. I didn't purchase the warranty and there was a problem with the water pump that happened a little bit after I bought it and they fixed the $1200 job for no charge. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car or to repair theirs!

Called and discussed a time to look at a vehicle. I was told everything was in working order, they would have the car cleaned and run ozone through to get any odor out. I informed them I would be driving very far and wanted to be assured everything was in working order. They confirmed everything was working as it should. Upon arrival the car was not washed. It was covered in spider webs, covered with bugs, the locks on the doors did not work, and the trunk disassembled. Terrible dealership I would stay away and not waste your time.

Dave is the person I dealt with and was very pleasant and honest about the work I needed done on my car. It was done the same day, which included a purge valve and a starter. I appreciate all that made this happen.

Great to work with. Purchased vehicle out of state. When vehicle received, it had some sensor issues immediately off of the truck. Went above and beyond to work towards a repair. Ended up ultimately returning vehicle and received full money back. We were not out any additional money to diagnose repair or ship vehicle back. Kort is great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Super friendly staff that is extremely knowledgeable when we had our car fixed. They will take the time to explain the issues and be up front about the work hours needed to repair. We will definitely go back.

Very pleased with the service on our RV tow vehicle, One tire had an air leak, low tire. We got it in right away and the tire was fixed in a very timely manner and sent on our way with no charge. Very professional and nice to deal with.

Do not trust these people. They may tell you not to worry about something, but they re lying. Depending on who you deal with, they re either dishonest, foolish, or maliciously aggressive. Good luck to anyone else who has to work with them. Go literally anywhere else.

I bought a truck from them and from the second week after purchase the truck has been nothing but problems. Worst purchase experience of my life. I would recommend that no one ever buy a vehicle from them. They say they went over everything and found nothing wrong with the vehicle. What a bunch of liars and cheats.

Had about 12 broke bolts on a exhaust manifold job. Only place to get me in an out in a day. Cheapest also. Good people, good mechanics. Highly recommend these guys.

We have done routine oil changes with this local business for years. Unfortunately after today's experience, it's the last. We are taking our vehicle to a different location for oil changes.We set up a time for a 10am oil change. Routinely, it would take about 30-minutes. Not today. It took nearly 90-minutes for the service to be completed. For a simple oil change, that's too much time. If you're wondering if this business was busy--NOPE. We were the only customers requesting an oil change. Nor was the shop busy.Here's the kicker, we have on our account NOT to perform the synthetic oil change on our vehicle. Nor did they ask if we wanted the premium oil change performed.When we received our bill, to our surprise, it was significantly higher. Upon reading the bill, the premium service was performed on the vehicle without our request.We paid the bill and this is the result. Pretty shady just to make a couple of extra bucks...The front desk employee was rude and it was like having a conversation with a wall. Her body language read as WE WERE the issue for her inconvenience.After today's experience, we are going somewhere else where we fell welcomed and can follow instructions requested by the customer.Peace out.Service: Oil change

I have been a customer for 5 years. I just brought another shops shotty work to them to get fixed. I must say there front desk understood my story and walked me through all the needed repairs like prosI respect this crew for their honesty and understanding of my situation and budget. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. They are liars and crooks and will sell you rotten cars and take advantage of you. Even after emailing and talking directly to them after them many issues that came with the purchase they still did not take accountability or apologize. Again- do not buy from these crooks- if you do, take it to mechanics before purchase, do not take their word for it.

Bought a reasonable car from them and it seems to be doing wonderful, only bad thing is a tire pressure sensor keeps popping on and off when my tires are fine I keep checking them, also I can t recycle air into my car because it doesn t work. But I had bought the car as is

Purchased an SUV about a week ago now... so far so good. Very happy with the quick service that was provided. Sale went incredibly smooth. I was able to do everything thru texting prior to arriving to test drive and then again before signing final papers (which with 3 kids is a huge convenience!). Gave good deal on our trade and treated us respectfully. Will watch for other deals from this place for a possible additional trade in the future!

Stopped to buy a car, looked at two different vehicles, both of which clearly had major issues. The first vehicle had signs of a blown head gasket, the oil was very dark and gross looking (and smelled of gas), and the coolant level was so low it told me to pull over. The second vehicle was completely out of oil before I even started it up. I can't speak for their service department, but I most definitely would not buy a car from them. Shop at your own risk.

I made a deal over the phone that culminated in, what could have been, a life threatening disaster! I also have documented evidence to support my claim!After making a deal by phone on Friday, I arrived from MI on Tuesday of the following week to consummate the deal! I was assured, several times, that the truck was fine and fully road worthy, since I had to drive it back to MI. The test drive, on a smooth road, showed no issues, so we concluded our deal.After four (4) Dodge "death wobbles", one of which nearly sent me off the highway and over a six foot drop-off, I cried, "enough" and pulled into the Janesville, WI Dodge Ram dealership. They put the vehicle on a hoist, identified the phenomenon as the well known "Dodge death wobble", wherein front suspension components are sufficiently worn to cause a loss of control, and pronounced the truck unsafe to drive. I called Apple Auto Sales and both Kort and Brian disclaimed any knowledge of these issues, but stated they did know about similar problems in Jeeps. Kort offered to "unwind the deal", which, I understood, meant me returning 212 miles in an unsafe vehicle to his dealership; with no other incentives, so I continued, at between 45 and 55 mph, with the 4-way-flashers on, to MI. So much for 'road worthy'!!After a total of six 'death wobbles', from 70 mph down to 45 mph the situation had clearly deteriorated. Apple Auto Sales' final offer was to pay me $300 in restitution, ONLY after I signed an agreement that I would NOT make any derogatory remarks about my experience! Clearly, I did NOT take the offer. I cannot, in my opinion and in good conscience, recommend this dealership to anyone!

Traded in my car from them. They forgot to ask for specific information and have been hounding me to get it. Every time I send it, it's not good enough and they need different information. On top of that, they forgot to give me my second license plate. The worst experience I've ever had buying a car!

Bought a 2012 impala about 6-8 months ago here and not a single complaint with the car or the service. Needed to mail paperwork and took longer then it should have been, but they held the car for me regardless. Would definetely recommend!

I brought my truck in for a brake job. I was surprised when the shop called me back and told me I didn't need a brake job. They only encouraged me to let them turn some rust off of the front rotors, which is why, they thought, it was making noise. They made only the needed repairs and charged accordingly. No extra. They could have ripped me off, but didn't. They have my business from now on.

I highly recommend Apple Auto. We thought we needed a new starter but once they had our car on the lift, they realized that it had simply broken loose. Thus, their honesty saved us a few hundred dollars. Super reasonable pricing and friendly people!

Last week I purchased a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Apple Auto. It exceeds all my expectations!! The buying process was fast and easy and the people are so helpful and courteous. I reccomend this place and will be back to purchase again.

I am from t and e Twin Cities and I has a problem with my tire pressure light. The young man came out to my car and helped me turn it ou off (tire pressure was just fine)He was kind and courteous and didnt even charge me for his help. THAN YOU for coming to my rescue!!!!!!
