Trash, garbage, no good service. I took my car there 3 times and each time it came back with a different problem. Then they refuse to fix what they broke. If I could give 0 stars I would. Trash, garbage service.

Saved our family Christmas vacation drive back to Milwaukee! Tried plugging our flat but when we said we had 5 hrs left to go they literally went and found a used tire that fit somewhere behind their shop & replaced it. All spur of the moment no appointment. Amazing service!

Took 8 days to get car back. Came back leaking oil all over,They did stand behind their error so I'll give them credit for that

Cost effective AND competent. I have to believe these folks will repair your car while a dealership would use their "book" to gouge you. And Brian always explains his warranty that comes with the repair!Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Have used all the competitors in Kasson to work on my older work truck (2001 Ford F150). Don't take your car anywhere else but here, unless you want to get ripped off. This place does great work, won't recommend repairs that aren't needed and they are very competitively priced. Highly recommend them.

Brought my car in for an oil change (using an oil filter and oil I bought elsewhere) and to get the engine air filter replaced (using one I bought elsewhere). I'd been told over the phone earlier in the week that the labor for an oil change was $14.95 and the air filter change was free. When it came time to pay the invoice, I was given something to the tune of $25.After having trash-talked the battery I bought just over two months ago, and insulting my choice of oil (AMSOil XL), Brian proceeds to tell me that "[I] didn't have a filter."Yes I did. It was in the box in the trunk with the air filter, exactly like I told the guy before he pulled the car in."Oh, the guy that did the work didn't hear it when the other guy yelled it to him."And that's my problem, how...?I asked him what filter they used. "Oh, it's one of our gold series ones.""Is it designed for extended-life oils that run for 10,000 miles?""No filter is, doesn't matter which one you use."Bull****.In a surprisingly rude way, Brian offered to pull the car back in and change the oil filter. I'm pretty sure that means draining/losing at least some of the $50 worth of oil they just put in, of which I had none to replace it with, so I just paid and left.And the new air filter was still in the trunk.I last brought a car here about 7 1/2 years ago, moved away, brought it in this once, and never again.

I had written a poor review on my cousin's behalf and the owner or whomever was in charge of the Facebook started trying to justify his actions and was down right rude an immature . He then proceeded to use his personal Facebook to comment on her personal Facebook, it's desperate and borderline harassment . Just from this experience alone I will never use this company and would never recommend to anyone . They go back on their word and then try to say that's not what happened. I also should mention that he literally told this person to screw herself ( but used a different choice of language ).

Great place to take your car for repairs will call you and let you know what's going on with your car and tell you price tags on Parts instead of just installing things and then charging you for it sometimes Parts on cars get expensive great shop
