I brought in my 1999 Yamaha F-100 Tiller because it was not running good (after having it at a different Marine) and it also needed lower unit seals... I received it back in three days and my motor hasn't ran this good since the early years... I like how they schedule you in and take care of business!!! Great communication... Gavin, Russ and Cameron were awesome to work with. Thank you guys!!!

We're newbies to boating and Lyback's Marine came highly recommended to us when we needed some repairs. After an initial repair didn't entirely solve our electric starter issue, Lyback's Marine went above and beyond what we had expected. They picked up our boat, diagnosed the problem, repaired it and brought it back to us at no charge. It's rare to find a business today that stands behind their work and delivers that kind of customer service. I called on a Monday morning...frantic to get my lower unit repaired. I had 8 working days to be back in the water for guide trips. Ryan said he had a man for the job and that he could meet my time table. Well it came down to the last day but he came through as he had promised. There were circumstances....would the insurance company approve the job. Could we get it ordered soon enough and would there be shipping issues. Well I can testify that all went as planned or promised. The boat runs like new. I would go back if I ever need a boat mechanic again. Great job Ryan....and team.

Lyback's came highly recommended to us. We had originally brought our boat in Memorial Weekend with them saying it would be about 2 weeks before they could look at, understandable, we were late to the game bringing it in for the season. However, what upsets me is their customer service. We got to the point where we decided that we were going to pick it up and bring it elsewhere. We would have never known the boat was done if we hadn't called. We had to call 3 different times to get any kind of update. Again, I know that everyone is short staffed right now, but some kind of system needs to be implemented so this doesn't happen. We got the boat back 4th of July weekend and took it out. Nothing had changed, the boat still was not shifting right and the throttle got stuck on us several times while out on the water... terrifying. Now we have brought it in elsewhere to the get the problem corrected to which we found out that the cables were not installed correctly and they hadn't touched the second set of cables located in the lower unit. Needless to say, will not be bringing the boat back to be fixed on.

They store more than boats. They rebuilt my old outboard mercury. The mechanics made sure it was running smoothly and ready for the water. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs their boat engine serviced.

We had a leak coming from our live well pump that was flowing into the boat. They got us in very quickly on a Saturday and back on the water within just a few hours. Great service and and very fast.Thank you!

Had my power steering go out on my verado 6 days before a week long Canada trip. Living in the metro I called 4 other merc dealers and NONE of them would even consider helping me or offering any trouble shooting ideas. I called Lyback s and talked to Russ and he talked with a tech and immediately offered me 4 or 5 ideas to try to trouble shoot. After trying all those, he told me to try to bring it up and he would sneak it in to try to diagnose it considering the bind I was in. Considering they were booking 3 weeks out I was very grateful! I brought it in and they determined my pump was shot and eddy ordered the part next day shipping and in 3 days they had it done. This place has earned a customer for life and I highly recommend anyone to come here. Thanks again Eddy, Russ and the crew I am very grateful!!!

Work is completed on time and for the price they quoted. Not afraid to send other boaters their way. Eddy takes the time to explain and educate when questions are asked. Been using Lybacks Marine for 10+ years.

Great down to earth people. Had the part I needed, and had it on the counter when I arrived. Did me a favor with my trailer hitch, no charge. Will, and has been my go to place for Mercury parts.

Great service over the phone during this Covid thing. We forgot out towing harness and the had it. Ordered over the phone and it was brought outside with the receipt within minutes. Really appreciate their service.

Several problems with a previous boat so I dropped it off at Lybacks. When I got it back it ran the best it ever had. I put it in at Isle and went all the way North on Mil Lacs and back.Best day ever.Just dropped off my 94 Four Winns for similar issues and expect the same. Extremely knowledgeable about boats.

I called to let them know I was coming to look at a boat and I live two and a half hours away. They told me to call again before I left so I called at 1:30 to say I'd be there by 4:00. They said the boat was still available so I made the long trip over there. When I got there at about 4:05, they informed me that the boat just sold half an hour ago and I watched the person who purchased it drive away. Then they showed me a different one that was in terrible condition and $2500 more than the one I was coming to buy. Wasted trip, poor communication, and I will never deal with this place or trust them and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I had and issue with a piece of foil getting in my oil reservoir. They told me to bring it down and they had me out of there in a couple hours. Amazing team of people working there

Took my boat there that another marine dealer on the lake had totally messed up and over charged me. Lybeck's took care of the issues, my boat was ready when promised and it runs better than it ever has!

Nice quick stop for last minute boat items on the way up to the cabin. Pricing is fair, keeping in mind that you are lake side and a fair distance from other marines.
