It's by far the worst golf course I've ever played. No yardage, greens are dead, and you wouldn't know they were tee boxes if there wasn't markers. Don't waste your time if you want real golf.

Love Love it here! It s a home away from home with new friends for all of us. Kid friendly, quiet and the best cheese curds ever! ;)

Had a wonderful weekend camping here. Clean and beautiful campground and facilities with friendly staff. Lots to do nearby and at the campground. We will be back!

Nice RV park. I like that all of the RVs aren't on top of each other, and there is plenty of room to roam around. The pool and hot tub are nice, but a bit small for the 4th of July weekend crowd. There is a regular golf course and a mini golf course, as well as a bounce house and bounce pad(?). They have a nice bar that serves bar food and pizzas.

The manager Byron is so great. Hilarious and awesome customer service. Nice nine hole course that is well kept and a great value. Fun jump pad and mini golf course on-site

We spent Labor Day weekend camping here. It was such a great place for kids and families. The camp sites are full hook up and roomy, have a nice cement pad with a picnic table and fire ring. There's so much for everyone to do: We got to play a round on their beautiful new 18 hole mini golf course, we rented a golf cart for the weekend, played horseshoes, swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub, our son rode the "train", spent countless hours jumping in the bounce house and on the bouncy pillow. The showers and bathrooms are private and clean. The owners were super nice and seemed to genuinely care that people were enjoying themselves. We're looking forward to staying again soon.

When we first arrived we noticed there was no one in the spots next to us- so when we pulled in we took the easy route and pulled around behind the spots next to us to be able to just pull through our spot instead of backing in. we didn't disturb anyone so we didn't think it was a big deal. later on we went to the bar they have and ordered some food, I explained that I would sit in the hot tub until the food was ready and then eat outside- the lady working was fine with this, and said she would holler at us when it was ready. I set the timer on the hot tub for 15 minutes. My husband went inside to grab himself a drink and when he came back- he had 2 to-go boxes in his hands. he told me " apparently they are closing early" the hot tub was still going... that wasn't even 15 minutes- and no one mentioned they were closing early, not to mention they never asked if we needed anything to go with our food (like sauces). this is our anniversary vacation and being rushed away was not what we were looking for, if they knew they were closing early then we would have gone somewhere else- they should have said something right away. While my husband was inside getting that drink- a man came up to him very UN POLLITE, and said " was that you who drove on the grass?, well don't do it again" - I can admit we probably should have asked and I do apologize for that- but there was absolutely no reason to be so rude about it, there are polite ways to go about situations like that, and being a worker or possibly owner (not sure) of a campsite that definitely was not the right way. we've been to many campsites where that would have been no big deal. also if your that concerned put signs up. And also there was a constant noise of animals, sounded like there was maybe dog kennels just beyond the campground? not sure but all I heard the entire time we were there was dogs barking and EVERY morning the lawn mowers... kids were constantly running through everyone's campsite, and every time we would wave at people walking by or driving by on the golf carts- no one would even smile or wave back. Everyone just seemed so rude. just all around not a great experience. definitely will not be back.- in response to your comment we stayed there 8/29 -8/31. that is indeed before Labor day weekend

We became seasonal campers the middle of last year after our first visit. This was a great escape and perfect spot for our family. They are a newer facility, so we understood upgrades were in progress. They offer golf, a pool, hot tub, bouncy houses, water wars, shuffle board, laundry, gym and arcade area. Their is also a full clubhouse with a Bar/Restaurant. Covid obviously effected the usage of some of these items, however, our kids enjoyed the summer! The lots are twice the size of anywhere we have stayed and each spot offers water, sewer and electric. We stay on the golf course side and it is beautiful!

They have taken out 9 of the 18 holes. They must be trying to lose money. Who wants to play a 9 hole course. That course has been there as long as I can remember and was great place to play. Two thumbs down. Atmosphere is going to be quiet. Service hopefully will improve since there is only 9 holes. Grounds crew does a nice job though. Well done by those boys.

Fiddlestix....Please reconsider your After Labor Day Rates. There is nothing to offer, your guests, in the cool weather, with the outrageous $75/per night charge. Even the bar/grill closes at 7... WHAT? REALLY? Fall colors were beautiful, nice large lots, but the high fee and the nickel and diming charges will not bring your guest back for another stay. Again, as stated by another guest... Sorry FiddlestixUpdated... Appreciate your fast response.Large sites do not constitute large rates, to that degree. Summer amenities for your resort are wonderful. Not for fall, as campers, we know this is the case when doing fall camping. Fiddlestix is the only campground I have encountered that does not have after Labor Day rates... something to consider in the future. When checking in, we were greeted by a empty office. I waited, nobody appeared... I had to go into the kitchen and ask if anyone could help us. I was given a tag for our truck, that's it. No information was given regarding the pool being open, any inflatables were deflated and when I called the bar/grill regarding their closing hours, I was told 'we close at 7.'I wish you well as a new resort, you have beautiful property... and several kinks to work out. If you don't get feedback you cannot improve. Best of Luck.

Would have loved more amenities for the $75.00 per night charge and not full hook up! The camp sites were wet/muddy, golf was full price and the bar and gill, while open, gave us vague closing times. As my friend said earlier, please reconsider your after Labor Day rates. Unfortunately, we will not be back to camp at this price point.

Super disappointed in this place. We are hard core campers, meaning we camp nearly every weekend from May through mid-October at lots of different campgrounds and I have never found a campground that is so expensive especially after Labor Day!1st of all we paid $75 a night. (Which is spendy for a campground to begin with!) We were there from Friday evening until Sunday morning. So $150 for one full day, plus 1 evening and 1 morning. Our sites were dirt and grass, not even a concrete slab to pull up to that would make the price understandable...and there s no lake either to explain the price!?Our campsite had 1 tree on it- and it was dead. We actually didn t use our firepit b/c we didn t want an ash to catch it and light it up.We were charged an extra $5 a day for our kids to drive up and park their cars on our big site.... which was clearly large enough to accommodate 1 car. And with already paying a hefty overnight fee, you d think that maybe 1 extra car might be ok? Pet fees too. I would think that paying $75/night might include a pet fee too?We were also charged $21/per person to golf the 9 hole course. No discounts for people camping there and no discounts for kids. The bar/restaurant which we had planned to eat at was scheduled to close at 7. Even on Saturday night. So we went elsewhere for dinner and drinks. They have lots of amenities if your kids are under the age of 10 or so, but for just a weekend away to camp with friends and family totally not worth what we paid for everything and none of our camping group plans to be back. Sorry Fiddlestix.

So disappointing!!! Had to walk across the highway from South Isle Campground and walk in the ditch and over baracades to get there since we were staying in our RV across the street and didn't have a car. Last year they let us take a cart over across to get our clubs. Greens were basically DEAD and dry and there were no porta potties either, but I guess the lack of drinks available helped with that situation . Could have purchased a drink before we started, but did not know there was no bev cart in a 90 degree day. Gal in office was nice enough but still paid full price (over $72 for a couple for 9 holes each) we were glad to be done! I hope they get their plan together before next year!

We have played this course over the past 5, the first time we played it was pristine and high end course, this year when we played this course this year it was in horrible shape the tee boxes where all brown and hardly any grass the fairways where long grass and all brown and dead, and the greens where all brown and very very rough the balls just bounced around all over the greens. They have focused way too much on the campgrounds and other amenities and have let the gilf course suffer... the course prices are very high for condition of the course .. will never play there again.

Our family had a great time playing here on Mother's Day. The course is looking fabulous! We ate at the restaurant and had exceptional service and the food was delicious! It's hard to find a place this great around the lake. We'll be back!

I've participated in an annual scramble tournament at Fiddlestix for the past three years and they continue to impress me there. Between the staff being so helpful and prompt with helping our group of 24+ and the well kept course, I really have no complaints at all. The fairways are diverse and the greens are challenging but rewarding.

If you enjoy playing and paying $35 for this in the middle of fairways and dandelions growing out of patchy greens then this is the place for you! Won t be going back, gave it one more try this year and that seals the deal for me. Close it and turn it into a private course for the rv s. Don t scam the public with shotty course management.

Nice little 9 that keeps it interesting. The irrigation was stuck by lightning so there are issues, but it's 9 bucks. Good luck having more fun for 9 bucks.
