Needed to rent a tool, they had a deposit but you get it back when you bring it back! No charge for using it! Great!

They had me in and out quickly. Thank you! Thank you guys for keeping all the parts stocked so well and having knowledgeable people for the most part. No pun intended. I would maybe look into getting better deals on batteries though especially for 4 wheelers and motorcycles, it seems to be way too expensive there. Just figured out throw in there for you.

Was here on June 12th to get some ACPRO to recharge my 2018 Toyota Tundra. I asked which kind of AC my truck needed and he looked on his computer and pointed me to 134A so I purchased the can of Freon. I went to my truck and tried to fill it and the connector didn t fit. I then went back in the store and told him what happened. He said sometimes you have to push it harder and I was able to get it to fit, but forcefully. I attempted to fill the truck and has no luck so I left. After diving into it a little with a mechanic a week later to find it uses r-1234yf freon and the guy in the store lied/didn t do the correct job is very sad. The AC freon is not cheap either! Thanks for nothing!!!

They helped me find a new battery fast, and put it in for me, which was very nice. They also had the type of phone holder for my car that I used to get at Best Buy, but BB in Blaine went out of business and it's been difficult to find the kind you attach to your vents anywhere else. Big plus was instead of being more expensive like everything else these days, it was actually a much better price then I used to get it for, about $20 cheaper.

Had what I needed but customer service is clearly not important.I ve had good experiences every other time I have gone in to this shop to get what I need, but today the cashier who checked me out (older woman) was very snotty and rude.I handed a coupon when it was time to pay and she snapped at me because I should have apparently known to give that to her right away.

I blew a tire on my camper limped it to their lot asked nicely to borrow a jack to lift and get a new tire on. They said nope sorry you can buy one. What a joke can't even help a guy out. Mn nice is done.

They have what I need on stock. Well, I've had to order a couple times and they got the part right to me. But the service! Knowledgeably staff. I'm not an inconvenience to them, no, they appear to love a challenge. Lots of services and benefits for free. Top quality parts and services.

They were very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable & willing to explain in a way I could understand. They never made me feel any less for not knowing much & for being a girl. That in itself was very cool. I'd recommend to all family & friends.

I visited this Isanti, MN store 10/26/21 between 6:30 and 7pm and it was probably my last visit. I was actually on my way to grab a set of brake pads up the road at Autozone and i figured I'd stop into O'Reilly's to give them a shot as they are closer to my shop and being that I buy a lot of parts it'd be nice to have a good "goto" parts source a little closer to the shop. I told them what I needed and discovered that they had the exact same part number brake pads I was enroute to buy at Autozone but they were $23 more expensive at O'Reilly. With that I asked if they'd price match and the nice parts attendant that was helping me said he'd have to defer to the "manager" to get that taken care of. As the manager walked by, he was indeed "busy" with something but surely made it clear to me that he wasn't real enthusiastic about doing this price match. I waited, and waited for the "manager" as he was still busy now probably 10-15 mins later and he was still fondling a wiper blade with another customer on what looked to be a very trivial issue...I just needed him to "ok" this price match and he couldn't take 30 seconds to do that? I finally walked out as I was tired of waiting for the ok, and I had a feeling that he was going to waffle around and I just didn't want to deal with it. Very unprofessional, and certainly not adequate management material. Don't avoid a situation because you don't want to deal with it, good managers don't do that...Autozone got my $$ and probably will from now on. Sorry for the negative review, but If I owned the store, I'd sure want to know. I sold parts for many years and have pulled wrenches for many more and I never operated like this...don't say you have a "Price match guarantee" if you really don't, or don't want to.

Avoid this location. The lady behind the desk will make you regret coming to this location while she yells at the poor kid to put inventory away when he is clearly helping other customers.Also poor kid, quit and get a job somewhere else. No one deserves to work and be treated that way. Such a toxic environment.

Stopped in at O'Reilly's to pick up a battery that tested bad. I dealt with Jose who was outstanding young man. He was kind considerate and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with such an outstanding young man, a true asset for O'Reilly's.

Came to pick up tool ordered by the day I was told I needed to be there by before it was sent back the tool was at the store but I wasn't allowed to buy it because it was in the send back box and told there wasn't anything they could do about it. Sounds like a lazy manager to me

Very friendly staff had the parts I need when nobody else did. I drove a ways to get there but it was worth it to be able to be back on the road the same day. Very nice newer store.

This location just opened recently and I ve only stopped in once, but that was enough. Staff was very helpful and willing to pull parts for me, store was very clean and tidy, atmosphere was welcoming and helpful, and the organization was very well-done. I ll keep coming back to this location in the future for sure!

Most of the staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable with auto parts. Continually receiving wrong part because they don't listen and think I don't know what I'm talking about.

One of my wipers flew off of my van and it was snowing and I needed to get new ones and I have never been able to get the wipers on my van (to short) and the guy that rang me up also put my wipers on for me. I was very thankful and appreciative for the help.

Great customer service! Almost always have the parts I need and if they don't they can order it for the same day or next day! I've been going there since they opened this location!

They just ripped me off for 23 dollars, charged my card but told me they didn't. I even showed them my bank account showing the charge. Don't shop here if you want to keep your money!

I was not greeted, was not asked for help or assistance... customers need to understand O'Reilly customer sales representatives work on commission, last time I shop any O'Reilly
