So I took my truck to 2 other shops before being referred to Natco. The other shops said I needed a new transmission. Natco said just torque converter. Saved me a ton of money and truck running like new and shifts very smooth. They got the work done super fast and price was reasonable. No idea how this place has a 5 star review... My car was shifting hard from 2-3rd and I read online that it was something in the valvebody and some people getting the problem fixed for a couple hundred $$ instead of replacing transmission. So I call to make an appointment and they were about a week and half out so I set a date and bring it the morning of the date to get it diagnosed. The car sat for 3 days without a call or update... I called to ask what's going on and they said they might get to it next week.. Needing the car in a couple of days I just had a bad feeling and went to go pick it up.. I get there and told them I'm just going to pick up my car and they were so shocked that I wasn't going to leave it there for weeks for them to even look at it... Prior to dropping it off I told them what it did and what I've done to it like change the fluid. The guy insisted that we go for a test drive so we do, for him to say I think it's not that bad and I shouldnt do anything. I was really curious what this shop would even do because I asked them some questions to get some answers like "Don't these have cvt transmissions?" Which is the focus and hybrid fusions. I said what would you guys even do for a diagnostic on this? And he said "Oh probably drain and fill the fluid. Which I already did... This place honestly sounded like they have no idea what they are doing. What is the point of an appointment if it's going to sit there for two weeks with me having no knowledge of that? I was thinking they would you know scan for codes in the transmission? Drop the pan and test/inspect solenoids? I never actually had work done but from just this experience alone I wasn't willing to give them a chance if they can't even understand how an appointment works.

I broke down 10pm at night a mile from this place, so I got towed to their yard, left my truck in their parking lot & a message on their voicemail explaining. The very polite office person called me in the morning, explained they would take a look & let me know. She called me back before noon letting me know it was fixed and I could pick it up after I got off work! The mechanic took the time to explain what broke & how they fixed it! Had Natco rebuild the 727 in my old Dodge Power Wagon. So far so good. They were able to get me in and done pretty quickly and the truck is driving great. Tim and the crew did a great job on a performance rebuild on my 4l60e out of my Heads/Cam 95 Caprice. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in choosing the proper torque converter pairing. I will be back for help with any future transmission needs.

I've had work on several vehicles of mine for various work orders primarily with transmission work. Worked on automatics of 3 different ages and 1 manual transmission. On the manual transmission for rebuild they even gave me the old parts to make a mobile for outdoor decoration!Great work at reasonable cost done quickly.Thanks to Tim, Hip and Mike.Service: Transmission

I would recommend them to anybody. My Jeep had a differential issue with some noise and I had it towed in. They got a me in and out within a couple hours that day. The price was great and I will be going back if I need anything else.

My truck started having transmission problems.. i take it to natco and the initial diagnosis was a coupler of sensor codes. After they dropped the pan they discovered the problem was bigger than that. I don't have the 3-4 grand to replace the trans.. So they service the trans, fluid & filter and tell me it's ready to pick up. Tim tells me "no way to know how long it will last, but i could not in good conscience replace the sensors knowing it wouldn't fix the problem" ... A word of advice to any new business owners "INTEGRITY" .. Natco could've put in new sensors and charged me $1000 . But instead they passed on the easy money and did the right thing. That is integrity.. when I'm ready, the truck will go back to natco to get fixed right, Thanks to Tim and Mike

We discussed the problem with the 1974 over the phone, and I felt good about the the free advice and quesstimate as to what could be wrong. The car killed twice on the fifteen mile drive over. A couple days later I got the call that the transmission was complete and they fixed a vacuum leak to boot. Quiet, shifting properly and leaking no more. I spent less than half of what I budgeted for. Great work, great people. Two thumbs up.

I have a HUMMER H2 that I love. But it does have a flaw... It's an 06 so it has a 4L70E. Which is basically the final evolution of the old 700R4 or the 4L60E. So it's far too small for the truck. Now sure if all I did was drive to work and back like a granny... It would be ok for a while. But I drive it like I stole it. I tow a skid steer from time to time and I also have a Blizzard plow on it and do quite a bit of commercial plowing. So in the 3 years I've had it. I've replaced the transmission twice.The 3rd time I decided it needed to be built up a little. Nothing too major because it's a stock engine, stock tire size and no lift kit or anything like that. It just gets used like a work truck. So after talking with Hip. We decided to go ahead with a rebuild/overhaul. With the addition of an upgraded twin plate torque converter and a shift modification kit of their builder's own design.Well. That was 3 months ago and this thing has never driven better! It shifts positively but not aggressive enough to jar your teeth. And it holds strong while pulling a skid steer uphill at full throttle.I'm very pleased and will definitely be bringing in the 4L80E from my Suburbans. I have a 94 with a 6.5 Turbo Diesel and an old 89 project truck with a 6.2 diesel that I am converting to a 4L80E.

You can't find somebody better for transmission work. They are honest, fair and they really know their stuff. Their prices are very reasonable and they warranty there work which gives you a nice piece of mind.

I need a flywheel Resurfaced and I called these guys dropped it off and it was ready the next day. Very nice shop and service was great
