I stopped in here about three years ago after getting a flat tire on 65 just north of the shop. Dennis was the man behind the counter and he helped make my normally bad experience a lot easier to deal with. From that day on I have always made the trip from Mora to Isanti to get my tires from him. I gave him a 5 star review.. Recently I made the drive down to get tires for my wife's car. A woman behind the counter named Kayla asked if she could help me and I told her that I was looking for tires I gave her the size and she looked at me like I was speaking French, she then began to wander the rows of tires in my opinion pretending to look for them making me feel like I am being inconvenient to her. At this point I asked where Dennis was she told me he's not here but I could talk to Mark if I would like to. I said yes and she went in the shop and had him come out. Within seconds of him stepping out I got a strong smell of alcohol and I hadn't noticed it before talking to him. He was able to answer my questions but at that point I decided I was not going to buy my tires from either of them and left for the first time upset. Do your shop a favor and bring someone back to the counter that actually knows something about the things they are selling.

My husband and I recently purchased a large trailer mounted, multifunction, log cabin style fish house from Dennis. The price was surprisingly reasonable, and he was kind enough to mount a brand new set of tires on it at no extra charge. He is a very down to earth, polite businessman. We highly recommend Bucks, Toys and Tires to everyone out there. We would have given him 10 starts, but there is no button for that.

Very impressed! Price, quality and fast! Dennis helped me find tires 175/70 R13 that are hard to find for a trailer. They fit great! I wasn't sure what to do about the odd tire situation. Dennis got me up and running in literally 15 minutes! Dennis clearly cares about quality and safety. I'm so happy we have the best local tire shop in Isanti MN. Thank you Dennis @ Bucks Toys and Tires.

Not open when they say they will be. wasted time and gas more then once..good people, just call first to make sure someones there.

Recently moved to the area and needed two new tires on the back of my vehicle. Didn t even get to a price, vehicle nothing. Dennis was so EXTREMELY RUDE and just wanted me off the phone. He heard my boyfriend ask a question and proceeded to get upset at us for him doing so then hung up.

If you're looking to spend money on tires with holes in them (junk tires). And if you enjoy wasting time then I highly recommend bucks.Family member bought a tire from them with a hole in it. How these people didn't notice it when airing it up is beyond me. Would not recommend

I needed a set of new tires for my Chevy traverse and my friend told me to call Bucks so I did. Spoke to Dennis and he said he had a set of 4 tires that were 100 mile take offs so pretty much new slightly used. They were Michelin defender Ltx mid and snow. I told him I would call him back in a little bit. I called around for the same tires and what a cost difference. I called Dennis back and asked when I could get them put on and he said he could fit me in whenever my schedule was open. I went up and had Dennis install the Michelins he quoted me. Dennis got the new tires put on in about 20 minutes very fast I was surprised he was able to do the job so quick as he did it in the outside parking lot. I got 4 new Michelin tires installed for $350 less then every other place I called. Dennis thank you for your hard work and honesty. You have a customer for life.

I've been trying to get 2 tires put on our car and they say their hours are 8-6 mon-fri but nobody is up there and the doors are locked and tried calling numerous times and left messages and no response! If you have set hours posted online then they should be there, or answer phone, or at least call back!!

I have been coming to bucks for few years now and the prices have always been good but they have always been very disorganized. It would take 10 minutes to find the tires I need. When they would install on my vehicle it always took longer than expected. I stopped in today because I blew a tire on hwy 65 and needed a new. I walked in and was greeted by a nice gentleman. He asked me how he could help me. I told him I blew a tire and needed a used one to but back on. I gave him the tire and we walked back he knew exactly where they were and they we all organized I had like 25 of them to choose from. I picked a tire out then he gave me the price and asked if i would like it installed on the vehicle i said yes. They had my new tire mounted balanced and put on the vehicle in 5 minutes!!! All I have to say is WOW what a difference the new management has made here! Dennis the Store Manager was extremely helpful and I don't think I have ever seen someone run a tire machine as fast as he did! The store looks amazing inside everything is very organized and ran very professionally!! Thank you Dennis and team for helping out of a bad situation!!

I love these guys. They were very patient with me. Sometimes being a female you just wonder if you are being miss lead. My mechanic was straight forward and gave insights that helped him out.I will use this shop in the future

Very upsetting to see this company couldn t careless about customers or potential customers. Their road out front has been horrendous for months after months. Nothing seems to be done about that. Pot holes so large it ruins your car unless you have a truck of course. Lie after lie stating how they have filled the holes. Explain to me how the holes remained the same through out the summer time. They can t even remove snow properly. Now there s mounds of ice that cracked my radiator and nothing will be done about that. If you have a smaller car don t come down this way. The two business that are on this road won t take accountability and be honest. I have Megan from isanti storage telling me she spoke with Dennis about the road and hasn t been repaired, stated to me she wasn t responsible for the road whatsoever. Then Dennis tells me he has filled the road three times this last year, yet the holes remained the same. One of you is lying, or both is lying. Either way both of you need to take accountability. Odd how two businesses are on the same road but only one business is responsible for the road. I guess we will need a third opinion from the county. County will agree this is not from burnouts it s from your road washing away and not being maintained. Burn outs don t create Circular craters.

Best experience possible!! My wife got a flat tire In Isanti I had to drive an hour to get there. Once I got there I realized neither of our vehicles had a Jack or Tire iron. Dennis at "Bucks" loaned me a jack, jack stands, and tools. To get the tires off and replace. He also stayed open late to make sure the job got done! It was very fast and extremely well priced I would strongly recommend Bucks to anyone looking for a new or used tires!!! you definitely have future customers from us!!thank you again!!Anthony & Samantha Putnam

I had an emergency situation & desperately needed tires as I commute pretty far for work. Only problem was MONEY. Well, Bucks Toys & Tires came highly recomended by several local people, so I gave Dennis a call. He went above & beyond to help me get back on the road again, safely without having to chance it on a spare tire. There is already enough ugly in this world it's refreshing to meet new people especially ones that are empathetic & caring towards others, and willing to help.I will definitely be back when I need new ones as well as recomend them to ANYONE looking for tires. Did I mention how handsome he was as well. Keep up the good work Dennis, the world needs more people like you !!

really long waiting times, arrived at 2.30pm departed 4.20pm to fit and balance all 4 with just 1 vehicle in front. that didnt make our 57 miles drive there each way just to buy from this place worthwhile after all. apart from that good selection of tires to choose from.

I needed tires for my Yamaha Grizzly so i stop by to see wat they had in stock. I couldn't find he size i needed. Ispoke to Dennis and he took my tire sizes front and rear 2 different sizes and assured me he had them it would take some time to find becuse he had over 300 atv tires to look thru. He called me 2 hours later and had 4 tires with about 95% tread left on them almost new!! He not only went out of his way too find what i needed but sold them to me at half the price fleet farm wanted for same tires! Thank you Dennis for your help and great pricing i will tell all my friends to come here also!

Multiple people have referred this place. .The last couple visits have been frustrating.One tire hadn't been sealed properly, so we went back and was told to put fix a flat and come back the next day.So went back next day now my wheels seem to be showing symptoms show it being offbalance.3 star rating due to my first visit dude stayed after hours. That I am extremely grateful for.

I had tires put on my truck and the service was just outstanding! Dennis knows what he is doing very knowledgeable with excellent customer service! Much appreciated! Great knowledgeable employees are hard to find that actually care! I will be going back for future work to be done!

Dennis helped me out with my low profile after market rims when no one else would even touch them he got them on with no problem , stayed late for me to, great tires for a good price will definitely be coming back

Needed some inexpensive tires to keep an old truck on the road for a few more months, these guys were very helpful in tracking down a couple different pairs of used tires that would work, tread was excellent(near new)on one pair and above average(about 70 percent) on the other, price was very fair-about half of new, they had to work very hard to get the old tires off and did so persistently, new tires were mounted and balanced perfectly, cost of labor was half the usual, truck drove home smooth and straight. Wish I had learned about this place a long time ago, will definitely be back!

I purched 4 new tires at half the price I could find any where else they where double. I called and Dennis was very nice he fit me in right away the same day the job was done very fast for Dennis being only one there that day very happy with my service

Bought 2 new tires last Friday for a trip to South Dakota Saturday am, had a issue with tires so couldn't drive to South Dakota, called Dennis and explained the situation and we confirmed a time on Tuesday evening.Dennis was very professional and handled my problem to the point he and his employee stayed late to solve the problem to get my truck back on the road! Thank you!!!

Had an emergency situation with a flat tire and googled a tire place near by and bucks toys and tires came up so I called and Dennis got us in right away!!!! I am so thankful that his shop was so close. Thanks again Dennis you are a lifesaver !!!!!

I found this place last winter when I was low on cash and in desperate need of tires. The place was easy to miss as it is tucked behind a mini-storage business, but once I found it I was amazed by the low prices and high quality of service that I received. I have since directed anyone with tire based needs their way. Highly recommended.

Went to look at a trailer, No one was around to make a transaction. Stopped by the next day, had to wait an hour for someone to arrive in order to make a transaction happen. Made offer on the item and they proceed to tell me it was mispriced $1,000 too low, and that they would change the price to the correct price.Weeks went by and the price hasn't changed, Made an offer on the trailer and was told that it's mispriced $500 too high. Hard to do business with people to lie. I'll just go buy a new trailer.

I stopped in here because my car was vibrating real bad when I reached a speed of 40 mph or higher. I thought for sure I had a tire out of balance. I walked in and spoke to the guys in the shop for a few minutes explaining my situation. They smiled and said it was almost definitely snow and ice caught in wheels or suspension that was most likely the cause. After walking outside and looking closely at each wheel I determined there was in fact some ice still stuck inside my wheels. I hammered the ice out and drove home with no vibration. They could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance and charged me for service I didn't need but instead a brief conversation and advice for me solved my problem. Thank you for being honest and taking time to educate me guys.
