This may get a little long. But after some of the other reviews I'm seeing here, I feel it's necessary. I will also state that I'm somewhat local to these guys, about an hour west of them. My first experience was entirely accidental. I was hunting ebay for a factory appearing radiator for my 59 Edsel I was swapping from a inline 6 to a v8 (inlet/outlets were opposite locations). Really wanted something original looking, which there's was with the large tank at the top, but it was aluminum not brass, so I figured once I painted it, no problem. So I ordered it, not even looking where it was or who was selling it. This was a Monday evening. Upon arriving home from work on Tuesday, it was on my doorstep. I was very confused, till I realized it was local and they shipped with a local courier company (keeping it local and small is a big deal for me as I also own a small business in the area). When I opened the box, it was fully polished despite being shown as raw in the listing. With all my polished valve covers, air cleaners, and stainless headers, I couldn't bring myself to paint it, and it looked amazing under the hood! Fast forward to last week, and I ordered a disc brake conversion for my 62 thunderbird. Same, it arrived way quicker than expected. All the product appears to be top notch. I was adding the receipts and instruction to my build book for the car Sunday evening and realized I didn't know what replacement parts I'd need down the road should I have to replace a caliper, rotor, or even just pads. I emailed at about 5pm on Sunday and within an hour and a half Chris had replied with the info I needed to make sure I wasn't struggling years from now when I need to find parts. Bottom line is, these guys are good. Unfortunately in the world of classic cars there are hiccups and speedbumps when looking for quality aftermarket parts, with limited reproductions. Sometimes your gonna have slight fitment issues and or anomalies from car to car and product to product. It happens and some just feel the need to bash the place selling it whether they are at fault or not. I've also had several friends use these guys, and some have had issues, they were always able to resolve with these guys, as long as the appropriate channels were used and the return or exchange was requested in a timely manner. They get a A++ rating from me.

Do not order glass with them and have it shipped. I ordered Glass and then my vintage car stopped running so I did not get it down to the glass shop until a few months later. No damage to the outside of the box but the glass was cracked. Instead of charging me $429 for another one they were going to knock five dollars off of the next one. After talking to my local installer he said most windshields that are shipped are cracked in shipment. I m just out $429.00. By the looks of their reviews it looks like they ve had problems refunding people

I ordered a gas tank and fuel sending unit for a 1954 mercury convertible was an exact match and fit perfect plus the sending unit was exact and works perfect would highly recommend it very also was easy to order with the help of a knowledgeable staff thanks again. HISTORIC CAR SALES AND SERVICE .

Been using Auto City for many years. From glass, to disc brakes. Radiators. Gas tanks. Kind of a one-stop shop. I've also been using their free pallets/crates for years for shipping freight and bonfires. Thank you guys

I ordered glass for a 57 Chevy 210. called had in stock was shipped in about 3 days to VA. I did have one vent glass broken shippers problem, email and called Denny took care of the problem and sent another glass in about 4 days time. had great service all around, also the price was about 400 to 500 less then some of the big name part sellers. Great job , Thanks Denny.

Very disappointed. Purchased a radiator for my stock restored 67 442. Had to wait 5 weeks because of back order. Finally received it did a test fit all except the shroud. Painted it installed.Shroud doesn't fit. Called and asked about return. Not returnable because it's now black. I can accept that. When I asked about the fitment I was told it would only work with their electric fans not my stock shroud. When I asked at at the good guys show where I purchased it I was told it was a direct fit for a stock restored car just need to paint it black and we have the oaint. I was never told and would not have purchased.it if I knew the fan and shroud would not fit. The sale person who I talked with said he was also guilty of not telling customers that it won't work for my application in stock form. Was going to purchase a disc brake conversion kit for another car but will go elsewhere. Never will purchase here again. They are to concerned about a sale

I Ordered LH door glass for 69 corvette a couple months ago and the window has all kinds of cloudy blotches that are permanently etched in the glass. I called Auto City today 11/14/22 and they told me that s the way they make the glass and it s part of the tempered process. I asked if they could replace it and the rep said no. I highly doubt that this is normal and not a defect. Very disappointed.

Just got my '55 Belair Smoked Tint Glass from Mike at Auto City today. I had a unique situation and Mike was gracious enough to help me with said situation. I truly appreciate a person going the extra mile to help another. We will do business again soon I can assure you! Thanks Mike!!!

End of sept. received wrong window. requested return label to return . A person named Tom said he would send label to return wrong label. Also wanted # on glass ,do you want the correct one sent or just credit? Requested correct one sent. Since then have e mailed him 2-3 times NO RESPONCE . In my opinion this company has no customer service cares.I rate them as - (minus 5star) as of 11/7/2021 no label no credit.Fed x delivered window to them on Nov. 22/2021 as of 12/29/2021 still no refund.my opinion of this company has very poor customer service. still rate them ( -minus 5 star) A month ago they could of gave me a refund.,per owners response. no refund yet. they always apologize and know what to do to make it right but refuse to do so .1/12/2022 called again still have not received refund. I finally received (refund) on 1/13/2022.

Previously bought a full set of glass for my 67 Camaro. I ve referred people to them previously as well. Needed a windshield replacement on my Camaro so I decided to go with them again. That was a mistake. I have 2 more cars getting restored at this very moment. I was going to use them for all of my glass but not anymore. They literally lost a repeat customer.

Will never deal with them again I bought a power brake booster at back to the 50s since mine even give me any money back or anything since it took over 30 days they don't stand behind their parts

I purchased a couple of pieces of glass from Auto City Classic via Ebay for my 65 Mustang restoration. I actually needed a set of 4 pieces and had reached out to them via Ebay message to see if they could put together a package deal of what I needed. I did not hear back for some time and decided to buy two of the four pieces.Prior to my order being completed and shipped out, I received a message from one of their sales personnel, ANDREA. She had noticed my earlier Ebay message regarding my glass needs. We eventually spoke via phone call and she was able to add the other two pieces of glass to my original order without any additional cost of shipping!!!Now this is what CUSTOMER Service is all about!!! If anyone out there is looking for replacement glass for their resto project, Give Auto City Classic a try they will hook you up and their prices are more than fair. I was quoted twice as much for the very same order in my own state.....

I can't thank you enough!!! After dealing with another so called classic auto glass place from Oregon and being billed in Oct of 2017 and not receiving the glass and fighting him and the credit card company for my money, I can't tell you how pleased I am with you guys! I had my wife call and talk to you after having open heart surgery and a week later I have the glass I needed for my 49 Olds!!! And everything arrived in great condition and I am really sorry I didn't call you and let you know! I am so pleased with your company. Now for when I can finish my car! Seller uses fedex. Its been a month and still havent received delivery, seller denies responcibillity and will not provide replacement or express shipping or refund. Do not buy from them! there products is junk and the seller is rude and irresponcible!

I purchased a 4 wheel disk brake conversion from Auto City Classic. I has a couple of issues with the install and incorrect parts for my application and Auto City Classic was there to trouble shoot and send the right parts out. Good guys and quick to help. They are full service and stand behind what they sell.

Phoned in order late on Friday and received the exact parts in perfect condition the following Thursday. 2,000 mile delivery. Couldn't be happier as long as the rad and gas tank don't leak when I install next month. Lol

Went to pick up glass and they had left it out front along side another customers order. That customer took our order because he didn't read labels. They called that customer and he brought it back, but I was disappointed they didn't have better control over order pickup.

sent the wrong glass and with their BS return policy, I'm stuck with glass I cannot use. Have the glass sent to a commercial address, open it when it arrives, and do not accept it right then and there if it not right.

Simply the Best experience I've ever had I met Auto City classics at the Daytona Turkey run, the patients they had and knowledge, helping me has made me come back to them three times, purchasing more stuff for my 67 C10 pickup the advice and attention givin was amazing and they have a long-term commitment with me as a customer thank you

CALLED THEM , BECAUSE I NEEDED A GLASS, I DIDNT UNDERTAND WHAT I HAD AND WAS TRYING TO CLARIFY AND UNDERSTAND AND THE FAT GUY ON THE PHONE GOT IRRITATED AND STARTED LETTING ME KNOW THAT HE ALREADY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND WAS RUDE. THIS IS NOT A PLACE I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO EVERY COMMUNITY I KNOW NOT TO DO BUSINESS THERE THAT FAT GUY NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE RETRAINING OBVIOUSLY
