Kaleb was outstanding. He had to winch my van out of a muddy road and tool great care not to scratch the van. He has helped me before with a lockout and another time as a good Samaritan when my kayak fell off my truck. He is a man of integrity. Excellent manners. He deserves 10 stars!

In 2021, we entrusted our bus to Autosmith for a high-pressure oil pump issue. Despite the complexity and challenges associated with working on such a large vehicle, the team at Autosmith, particularly the manager, Zach, tackled the task head-on. Notably, the pricing for their services was reasonable, which is always a concern with specialized vehicle repairs.Unfortunately, during the repair process, we were informed that the engine had frozen. This news was unexpected and could have been a major setback. However, the manner in which Zach and the Autosmith team handled the situation was exemplary. Communication was consistent and clear, with Zach providing timely updates on the progress and any issues encountered along the way.Considering the complications that arose, I believe Autosmith did an outstanding job. Their ability to navigate the complexities of repairing our bus, paired with their fair pricing and excellent communication, made a potentially stressful situation manageable. My experience with Autosmith was positive, and I commend them for their professionalism and the quality of their work. I would confidently recommend their services to others facing similar vehicular issues.

I was stranded on the side of the road tonight in Baxter. Thinking it is due to my alternator, but I called roadside assistance, crossing my fingers that Auto Smith towing would be the ones coming to the rescue. Sure enough they were! They got to me and put me in their warm truck while loading my vehicle on the flatbed, got me and my vehicle home again safe and sound! Thank you so much! Auto Smith towing is the best! The preferred company for my family! More than 5 star!

I've been using them for years. Very happy will all the services I've gotten. Towing and complete engine rebuild (long story, but I think I paid for their Xmas party that year, think Montana to Mn towing). Willing to get you in FAST if the problem is critical. Dedicated to the community, in so many ways, this message might time out.

Autosmith has taken care several of our vehicles with services ranging from routine oil changes to towing to suspension repairs and a complete engine rebuild. Amazing experience with tires and people! I got my tires replaced and Autosmith had a driver to drop me off and pick me up from work. On my second set of tires from Autosmith and they are amazing for the all seasons including bad weather!

Was traveling through the area, noticed a clicking sound coming from tires. Left rear had a bolt sticking in it. Called Autosmith, spoke with Aaron, who told me to bring it right in. In 30 minutes, they removed the bolt and patched the tire. Cost was incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend these guys!Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys saved us twice in one day! As we were heading out to go kayaking, we found a screw in our tire and they fixed it for us even though they were actually closed. Then, after kayaking, the truck's battery died on the boat launch and they came out and jumped us. They're the best!

Nick was amazing and personable for real. Friendly, professional, drove the tow vehicle very well,bringing me over 100 miles and carefully loaded/unloaded my vehicle in the proper way. Even helped me make sure my car made it safely in my garage when we arrived. 5 stars all around.

Locked my keys in my truck! Ugh. Hit my roadside assistance with state farm and within a few minutes I got a call from the technician who said that he would be there in about ten minutes.Fifteen minutes later I shook his hand and drove away. Very professional operation.

Great service and wonderful staff! We re out of towners and when our car broke down, they quickly came to our rescue. Kaleb the tow truck guy was competent, kind, and made us feel welcome in the truck. Tom, Dustin, and Zach were great with helping us get serviced as quickly as possible(new alternator and battery). They made a stressful situation a whole lot easier to manage. Would recommend to anyone in the area needing a tow or auto repair!!

Excellent excellent service. Chris came to make a new key for us because we had lost ours while on vacation and couldn t leave our rental house to get home. Our ignition had been changed so no key could be made but he stuck around trying to help us find rentals or any solution at all. Couldn t think of better service.

We found ourselves in a most unfortunate situation where we had lost our keys and couldn t leave to go home at the end of our vacation. Autosmith was very helpful over the phone and putting us on their list for the day, and then keeping us updated. Even though he wasn t able to fix the issue, Chris did everything in his power (including calling rental car services) to ensure we could get back on the road. Incredibly kind and helpful, would recommend Autosmith to anyone in the area!

I called roadside assistance as a last resort and was anticipating I would need to wait at least an hour due to the weather, but they showed up within about 10 minutes and had me out of the snow within about 5 minutes!

My van got stuck the other night in a friend's driveway. I used my AAA, and they sent me these guys. When they got there, they assessed it, and pretty much did absolutely nothing. They said the driveway was "unplowed" when it was, then offered no further help. Then left.My daughter and her boyfriend cane with a lesser powered truck and got me out in less than 20 minutes. Then I wrote a review on their Facebook page, and they deleted the comment and blocked me. Extremely unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent.My future son in law would be a better person to call.

TJ gave great customer service. He told us about the town where we were and activities locals do. He arrived promptly after I made the call to my insurance. It was great to know that he knew the shop where we were heading too and also other suggestions other shops. Also suggested shopping areas near by as my car had a late appointment and even offered us a ride downtown while we waited for our car to be looked at. Overall, I was pleased with the service. Fast, friendly and reliable.
