They are a great help in keeping my daughter s 2001 ford Ranger in great shape. Transparent pricing and great turn around time . They even fixed a very minor issue found during a repair at no cost. I will keep using and recommending them.

BE AWARE! SCAM ARTIST!!! One year ago I had my car in this shop. They were to fix my motor was told I needed a new one they filed a claim with my warranty but never followed up. They said a 3rd party was the one that paid for the engine but would not tell me who that 3rd party was...come to find out there never was a 3rd party and no motor went into my car. They voided my warranty. I contacted them they wrote me a check to fix the issue but when I cashed the check they cancelled it and said basically screw you. I've made reports with the police and the attorney generals office...BE AWARE THEY WILL SCAM SINGLE MOMS ALL DAY IF THEY THINK THEY CAN!

I took my 64 corvette I had just purchased. It hadn't been started in 5 years. They replaced every liquid from radiator to differential. Treated car like it was their own. My daughter had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change. Her car wasn't finished until 4:21 (time on the receipt). It seemed to her like understaffing because absolutely no explanation was given and nobody asked if she had time to wait. If they knew they were that far behind they should have offered to reschedule. She was late for work. No apology was given. Blatant disregard for her time.

Took my car in for break and belt issues. Tim was amazing to work with and explained to me exactly what was happening. Answered all my questions and didn t rush me. Would definitely recommend going there.

Had my ole chevy 1500 serviced there a couple times, but not anymore.I had framework needing to be done, they gave me a quote, but continued to ignore my calls day after day when I wanted the work to be done.If the work is too much for you or your team, say so in the first place.

$2,500 to fix an oil leak. And its still leaking. And they want another $2,500 to fix something they didn't catch in the first place. Would not recommend.

Avoid at all costs. Was told AFTER they swiped my card, that there was a $75 fee for using a card. What is this 1950? Also was charged $130 for an oil change! Car was dirty inside and out, grease streaks left in the interior by the mechanics. Days later my car still smells like the bottom of a shoe. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual "professional" auto repair place. Because you won't be saving any money by going to this hack job.

I don't usually leave Google reviews, but those guys were so great that I felt compelled to leave one. My family and I blew a tire on the way to Inver Grove Heights from St. Paul. After dropping my family off where we were going, I went to the nearest garage, which was The Professional Garage, and asked them to fix my tire. After about 10 minutes, one of the mechanics told me "This is not fixable, come see." A big piece of metal had wedged itself in my tire! I asked them whether they could put the donut (i.e., spare tire) on so I wouldn't have to do it outside in the cold. They did it for free and refused to charge me, saying "Sometimes you just have to help the community." This is what a great local business should be like! Five stars for those guys, who are amazing. I'd take my car there any day for repairs.Service: Tires

We needed tires for our Grand Caravan and called The Professional Garage for a quote which included alignment. We were able to get an appointment for a few days out. We dropped our van off and they were done within 3 hours. Tires looked great plus they said no alignment needed. We were so happy with their service that we immediately made an appointment for our other car. We pretty much said find what you can and fix it because we hadn t had it in for a while. They could have come up with all kinds of things which they did not. They only charged us to rotate the tires, fix a slow leak and change the oil. They could have recommended all kinds of things. They did my interlock. Gave me some info on how i could save and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. They didnt have to tell me what they told me in regards to how to save. But they did. Being nice when no one is looking is probably the most respectable move in my book. Thanks guys see you next month :)

Honest prices, excellent service. Take your car here. Seriously, this shop saved me a small fortune. Got me in the same day, was courteous, friendly, and fixed what was broken in the same day. Superb local business.

My car broke down on the highway and had it towed here and I m glad this is where my car ended up! They replaced my starter and matched the price of our local car repair shop. They ended up finding issues with the motor and instead of proceeding and taking the profits for themselves, Shawn called multiple Hyundai dealerships trying to find us the best deal and a possible warranty to cover the costs, he got me an appointment at a Hyundai service shop where he found our motor was under warranty, it completely covered all the cost of all repair needed to be done. Shawn went above and beyond for me to help me save money on the cost of a motor replacement. They were also very flexible on payment options and were extremely helpful. Being young and not having much experience with cars, I always worry I might get taken advantage of but this wasn t the case, I m touched by how much Shawn went out of his way to help me. Not sure anyone else would ve ever done something like that.10/5 stars!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for work on my vehicle and was very impressed with the service presented. Tom the owner and Collen(Cullen?) were amazing with letting me know what was going on, what the steps were to get the end result, and what they expected from me. Straight forward communication and service. Everyone including the front desk guy Chad were nice and helpful. I d recommend this shop to anyone.

Fantastic guys! I was in a pinch I needed my service done that day. It was a quick thing, but if it wasn't done that day I would not have gotten to see my mom for mother's day or my newborn niece who just got out of the hospital. They were so kind and understanding. It meant so much to me. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle recently, Shawn was extremely helpful and polite, answered all my questions very honest shop! Mechanics are knowledgeable and get the job done! Tom, the owner even took the time to text me to see how everything went. Will definitely be returning again, and recommend them to friends and family!

We were recommended to the professional garage by the discount tire nearby. They are honest folk, which isn't always the norm these days, and competitive prices. Super nice, friendly, would certainly make the trip to come back here even though it's not close to my house just to work with these guys! Shawn was super helpful as well!

Wanting a louder and more aggressive exhaust on my 2018 e43, I asked around for exhaust shop recommendations and a friend of mine suggested I check out The Professional Garage. He's had several of his cars worked on here and they all sound amazing, so I knew I couldn't go elsewhere. Shawn, Tom, and especially Cullen (the exhaust tech) were very patient, honest, and generous with their time. Cullen was extremely kind and welcoming, took the time to walk through my questions, and gave me guidance on how to achieve my goals.

I was on my way home to Rochester from the cities and ran into some car problems. I stopped into the Professional Garage on w whim and they were able to get a lot of much needed work done on my car right then and there to make it safe for me to get home and take a very long road trip I had planned for the next morning. Customer service was excellent...work was fair and honest. These guys went out of there way to make sure the work was done right, get the right parts in and stayed until 8pm at night to get the work done. Very very grateful for their work!

First place I feel comfortable with my service, that I can trust them to be honest, always they explain my choices, upfront about costs, and the staff are people I would like in every day life, no phoney bologna, never rude, always welcoming, almost always the same staff I know and trust. It is a hugely comforting thing to have somewhere like The Professional Garage to trust with something as important as me car. This is the ONLY place I will go when I need major work. I have tried others and my car always has additional issues after and costs more money. Tom and his staff are honest trustworthy guys.
