The advisor that assisted me was greatI do not remember his name off hand, (maybe something to add in the future), but he was honest and ensured I was aware of any issues with my vehicle from the time they had it until the time I got it back.The video inspection was great and ensured I was on the same page with the shop.I will definitely be back to this location solely based on the service I received!

I shopped around and settled with Luther Nissan. They gave me a good deal on the trade and the best deal on my purchase. Both Cameron (sales) and Craig (manager) were good people and good to deal with. I wouldn t hesitate to go back.

I had the best experience at Luther Nissan of Inver Grove! Igor was wonderful to work with! He supported me at every step along my purchasing journey. He was very professional and super patient with me especially since I ask a lot of questions :). Igor truly made a big purchasing decision feel like a breeze. I left with a new car and very happy!

We came in to "look" at a Pathfinder. We had previously talked about our lease plan that was expiring in Rochester to the sales team. They wouldn't give us a decent trade and didn't bring up deals that we were offered at Luther. Jovani was our salesman & helped explain everything so clearly, gave us a car to try out and of course instantly loved it! Gave us price & plan options & did a great job working with "the banker" on getting a great deal. We were able to drive our car home that day which was a huge bonus being we are from Rochester.

On March 7th, 2023, I made my third purchase from this dealership, hoping for the same satisfaction I d experienced previously. Unfortunately, the 2016 Kia Sorento I bought, recommended by salesperson Dan Nguyen, has been problematic. Just two days post-purchase, the check engine light illuminated, a precursor to a series of issues. Despite assurances from the dealership, the car repeatedly displayed the same problem, guzzling oil and attracting attempted break-ins a vulnerability of non-push start models I wasn t informed about.By November, the situation worsened with the engine knocking and ultimately failing during my commute. Facing a two-month wait for service, I escalated the issue to KIA USA, who expedited an appointment within two weeks. While service advisor Mackenzie provided excellent support and arranged a rental during the month-long repair, the issue persisted, with the check engine light reappearing on January 15th. Two weeks after retrieval.Having had positive experiences since my first purchase in 2015, this ordeal has been disheartening. My previous car from this dealership, which I had for nearly 7 years, was excellent until it was totaled, leading to this current, frustrating situation, especially with their no lemon guarantee . I feel it s important to share this experience, especially regarding newer sales staff at this location, as it seems the dealership s standards may have shifted.Photo is from the day I got the car.

Luther Nissan in Inver Grove is my go to for all of my service. Scheduling is easy, I always pull right in and am checked in within minutes. I never feel like the try to upsell me when I m needed, and this last time they shared my tires would need to be replaced but that they thought I could make it through next winter. I m so thrilled with the speed of service and feeling like I can trust their service commendations. I ll continue to be a loyal customer!

On Wednesday April 4, I had an oil and filter change, as well a recall campaign for my vehicle. When I got there, there was a lady named Mackenzie who helped me checking in, she was helpful, and friendly. The shop looked organize and seems clean. It looked like they have enough employees to take care of customers. Great experience!

I bought my 2016 Ford Edge from Luther Nissan 6 months ago.I received excellent customer service. I have had no mechanical issues. I am at Luther today to receive my first $5.00 oil change. I will also receive a complimentary all point check up. I highly recommend Luther of Invergrove when purchasing a car.

I was very disappointed. I scheduled this appointment a few weeks ago, but when I got there you guys didn't have the key I requested it. That was the main reason why I schedule the appointment. I needed to replace the car key that I've lost. I don't understand why you guys didn't have it there ready if you knew I was going to be coming. I have been told I could reschedule, seriously?? It take forever to schedule an appointment and you want me to take another day off from work to come and do something that was supposed to be done today when my appointment was scheduled. No, I didn't want to come back another day, so I had to wait for you to get the key delivered. Next time you should be prepared for the service you are offering.

Kevin was very, very knowledgeable. He explained my car completely and was always friendly.After I got the car home, I needed refreshing and help on some of the operations of the buttons, he had me come back in.He wants me to come back to make sure I understand what he showed me.Excellent service

We worked with Tony and he was great to work with. We never felt pressured to buy a vehicle and given many options to look at that we would be interested. The guy we worked with in financing was also great and quick with getting everything done. Definitely would recommend working with them to find a new or used vehicle!

I had a service completed and a freak accident happened. My vehicle had to be sent to the body shop.1) manager was pleasant to talk to.2) They delivered a rental to me.3) Vehicle came back looking better than before.4) Inside was detailed.A good experience.

Recently bought our new 2023 Nissan Altima SL here went on a test drive with Steve, he was awesome! Very personable really seemed like he cared! They then put us with someone named Allie and I would have preferred to continue working with Steve as he was basically doing everything anyways, overall very great experience! Would buy a car here again would also recommend others to buy here. Didn t feel pressured, they actually tried and helped to get the very best deal! Once again if you re going here ask for Steve!

Luther Nissan does a great job every time I bring my car in for service. They go over the history of my vehicle, advise what would be needed at this visit. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick at completing the work. Always a good experience.

The Service is absolutely amazing and to work with Joe Ray as the sales representative once again (we bought our first Nissan from him in 2017) and he was just as amazing then as he was now and we would go back after this purchase to buy again. From the sales representative to the finance team the service was amazing. Professional, patient, informative and knowledgeable of the cars.

My wife and I found a pick up on their website that seemed very reasonably priced. We were able to go to the dealership immediately and sit down with a sales agent (Dennis Viner). He was able to find us a better deal then what we were originally pre-approved for and made the process easy and as enjoyable as purchasing a new vehicle can be.

My scheduled service was on time and properly done.Great people in the service department, and I appreciate the car wash also!So happy with my purchase of the EV6 with the help from sales associate Igor Tenenbaum. Glad to have had his assistance in my purchase.With over 36,000 miles since August 2023 (written in March 2024) this vehicle has proven to be reliable and a pleasure to drive.

I worked with Ken in the Service Department who was very helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. When they found the source of my oil leak, he was able to update me on how they d like to help me and the timeline. I was fortunate to be put in a rental car and work with Aree who was super nice. While they prepared me for possibly driving a rental most of the week, they were able to work my car in the next day.Really appreciated everyone s efforts, especially from buying my car from this dealership to maintenance, they continue to be professional and care.

Mackenzie was amazing. I came in for a simple oil change but when I pulled in my check engine light came on. She was super swamped and was down a mechanic. She said she could at least diagnose it if I wanted to wait 2 hours or so. I had nothing to do that day so that worked out great.They figured out that I needed a new part that of course was not under warranty however she helped me solve that problem.Since I really needed my truck she was able to get it fixed two days later and I was more than pleased with her and her communication. She was a gem to work with and she knew her stuff. She was so so helpful and to be honest I think I found my new advisor.

The customer Service was great. I appreciate the attention to detail that Joe Ray gave me. I called him in advance and told him what I was looking for and gave them a few details, and he pulled some things together and he stuck with us until we decided on exactly what we wanted. It was a great experience.

WASTE OF TIME! I was looking for a 2023 Nissan Rogue. Salesman made me feel like I was wasting his time. Took the Rogue for a test drive and was told he'd meet me at the car once I returned. Wasn't there and sat outside for nearly 20 minutes. I then sat his desk alone for over an hour! Mind you they had my keys the entire time. Once he came back the offer for my car was 5K less than what my car was worth per KBB. Will never buy from Luther. Go to a different dealership for a new Nissan. You'll have a way better experience.

Had my brakes "fixed" here. They machined my rotors and they failed after 3 months and the service people claimed it was because of my aggressive breaking. It wasn't. It's because they turned them down too thin. Then failed to take responsibility and tried to charge me for new ones. Make sure you double check that they guarantee any work done at this dump. I didn't. My bad I guess.

Steve was our salesman and he made the purchase go smoothly and with little to no stress. We originally came in to purchase a Kia K5 but the one we wanted already was sold. Steve worked hard to give us other options to look at with the help of Craig. Even when Steve was juggling 2-3 other customers, we didn't feel neglected. He always checked in and made us feel like we were his most important sale. When they showed us the new 2024 Silver Pearl Nissan Altima, I knew it was the one. We originally were going to finance through our bank but we decided to run the numbers through Nissan financing. We ended up going through Nissan and Brian was quick to get everything put together because he knew we were on a time crunch. Great experience + Stress Free + Quick Purchase = Very Happy Customers.
