This place is great! For those of you who dont know, Kremer Services works on personal automobiles too, not just big commercial rigs. Ryan B. has always treated my family fair. They have saved us thousands of dollars in repairs over the years. I would trust them and their recommendations when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Excellent service! Scheduled a appointment at a nearby Dodge dealership. They never even looked at it! Kremer got me in right away. They did a awesome job! They are my new choice of business!

I had tires installed on my RV a year ago and needed the tire pressure checked and increased for winter storage. They recommended a good storage PSI and pulled into their bay and filled all 6 tires. No charge.

Went in for a wheel alignment . They got it in and done quickly . Everything went smoothly and everyone was friendly . I highly recommend them .

I had my 2005 Jayco in for alignment and a front end shake down. They found a bad wheel bearing and let me know right away. They got the parts and fixed everything up and it drives better than our car now. Thanks guys!

Been coming here as long as I can remember! They charge fair prices (when it comes to your safety while driving- you get what you pay for!), they do what it takes to get you back on the road safely -without up selling-, and they are always friendly! When I was looking at finally upgrading my old vehicle they even helped me consult and decide what would work best/be the safest for my little family. Had a great experience at Kremer Services and have already recommended them to family and neighbors! I was in my first accident and this was my first time going through another driver's insurance for repairs. Nick walked me through the full process and timeline over the phone and was very patient. I was also able to submit info and photos in advance of having to drop my car off. The repairs were worth the wait and my Subaru is back looking like new!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I am sworko glad I found Kremer services for my RV. No one else would or could help me. First I needed all new brakes and they were fast and did quality work. My second issue was a stolen Cat converter. Once again they got the work done fast and did a quality work. Doug took great care of me and kept me posted on any issues. I have sent a few of my friends to them, since I trust what they do.

Been coming to Kremer for years, but a mistake during my alignment and tire rotation caused my tire to go flat and get shredded while I was driving.The GM was so unprofessional and rude, and somehow blamed me for not catching their mistake.Won't be going back!++Read more if you want the whole story++Normally I'd give a 5 star for Kremer. My family has been bringing our trucks to them for years. I would always boast about their great service and I could trust they knew what they were doing, but the way I was treated on my last visit has me questioning whether I'll ever go back.On my personal truck, I had my alignment done and tires rotated.An unfortunate mess-up on their part caused one of my tires to loose air without me knowing and my tire shredded.Instead of accepting the fault and putting the customer first, the GM of the store BLAMED ME for not catching their mistake and said "stuff happens".When I said that's not how a good company does business.He said "we look at our customers and see how much business they do for us to decide what we'll do..."Pretty much he said that because I'm not a big company and I"m just 1 guy, he didn't care.Again, that's not how you should business.Hey, stuff does happen, but when you're a business and your mistake causes "stuff to happen" to your customer, a good company should accept responsibility and try to do whatever they can do to fix their mistake.Instead the GM treated me like it was my fault and he got upset with me that I was even bothering him about the problem.If he had adjusted his attitude and just put a little effort into solving the problem, his guy created, instead of blaming me, this post would probably be a 5 star report.

I don't write reviews but these people treated me right! They know Subaru's in and out. They don't over charge and only do the work required not trying to sell you more than you need. Work done at a big savings from what a dealership would charge yet they know at least as much as the dealer about what is needed. I'll go back anytime I need work done. Friendly and helpful over the phone too.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Great Job as always. I was in an accident and hit in the left front wheel. After I noted the steering wheel was not level. Left side was setting a few degrees down bubble. Took it to Kramer s for alignment. Vehicle was done on time and properly. My truck now goes down the road as designed and the steering wheel is level. Haven t seen this kind of pride taken in repairing cars since my friend George and I retired from repairing cars. Thanks Again! . Ralph Eppen

We used kremer Services for many years for routine maintenance on our 2003 RV. Where they really showed how good they are is when we purchased all 6 tires from them. We subsequently had flats on the dual tires when on the road. Multiple tire shops in multiple states worked on them to no avail. On our return to Minnesota Kremer fixed them..no charge and reimbursed us for costs on the road. Amazing.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto tire replacement

Very nice people. Jim in the spring Department was awesome. I explained to him what I needed done and he said no problem, bring it in when you pull it out of storage and we'll fix you up. I was a little nervous because they seem to do a lot of heavy equipment but they will help anybody out if you're in a jam.

Ryan has down repairs for my family for decades. You could not fInd anyone more honest ANYWHERE! I have an upcoming appointment for an alignment and am already so impressed with his advice on where to purchase tires. The entire Rowan clan is behind you, Ryan... 100%!

I have been taking my car(s) to Kremer Services for years. Tracy, Ryan and the rest of the staff have always been so good to me. They are fast, thorough, and provide excellent customer service. This vehicle repair facility uses state of the art equipment and, because of that, no job is too big or small. They can handle any type of servicing that your vehicle needs. Their friendly, down-to-earth manner puts the customer at ease. They have even 'squeezed me in' when my vehicle needed emergency repairs. We were sent to Kremer on the recommendation of another, smaller local shop. Ever since, I don't bring my car anywhere else. They are fair, do excellent work, and they never try to hassle you to get other work done that isn't needed. Ryan is amazing and kind. The pups at the front desk are an added bonus. Definitely recommend Kremer.

Kremer was referred by my local service station for lifting my new truck. Kremer did a great job walking me through options and how the truck will handle and look. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Amazing!! Generally please with Kremer. They do good work and are know for their service. They need to work on their communication with customers though. There have been several times where I've had appointments (set appointment time) and planned to wait but was told they were going to need my vehicle the entire day and were going to "work it in" even though I had a set appointment time for a service that I was told would take about an hour. Another time, I had an appointment, and even though the person with whom I had made the appointment with a couple weeks earlier had my phone number, when I arrived for my service I was told they had two people out sick do I would have to reschedule. The next available appointment was two weeks later. The quality of work done at Kremer has always been good.

Knowledgeable service professionals, friendly staff, work completed on time, reasonable prices. No matter what the job, Kremer makes getting the work done a breeze. They deliver what they promise and don t do unnecessary work. I ve had several custom requests for work on my vehicle done by Kremer and they have always listened carefully, and then followed through exactly. I would highly recommend this provider.

Ryan has done a bunch of great work on my car, and for a great price. He's really no-nonsense when it comes to what needs to be done, and takes my concerns with my car seriously. He's also done a really great job cleaning up the bad work that other shops have done on my car.
