Great service experience from end-to-end. Service Manager Nathan greeted me promptly and confirmed what I needed done to my CX-5 and was able to go right to the waiting area with lots of amenities. While I waited I was sent progress updates including a summary video. Completion time was exactly as they estimated and Nathan reviewed what I could expect on my next scheduled maintenance. Highly recommend!

Smelled burning rubber after hitting a huge pothole. Morrie's did an inspection and diagnosis, finding no problems, and suspecting that a chunk of asphalt from the pothole lodged against my exhaust, causing the burning rubber smell. Only charged me what I consider a reasonable amount for the all-looks-good inspection and test drive. I'm pleases

As a someone who recently moved to the US and had visited multiple dealerships prior to coming to Morries Mazda I cannot express how amazing the team is and how knowledgeable they are. I worked with John to get my car, he was informative and checked in every step of the way and had me setup within the day. He was attentive to what I was looking for and went through all the options I had available. I then had the pleasure of working with Tim from Finance who knew about my situation and was able to complete all the extra steps quickly and explained it each step of the way. What had taken several weeks with other dealerships took two days! I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a car and will be giving them my business again in the future!

I went to Morrie s Inver Grove Mazda to look at a jeep. The situation made things a rush to me and the whole team there worked hard to make a new customer feel valued. Roozbeh was knowledgeable but not pushy and has already followed up to see how things were going and to make sure I m happy with the vehicle. Excellent experience!

Not good. Arrived and was told they were short techs and they would only be able to rotate tires and not be able to address the dash warning light that was on. They said I d have to come back on a different date for that. The vehicle is still under a full factory warranty. Next guy up is told the same thing and yet he is offered a loaner. Why wasn t I? Maybe rotate the tires for free or at least a discount considering I ll have to now make a second trip. Or possibly call before I arrive and let me know there is a problem with staffing and it might be better to reschedule?

I love taking my Mazda to Morrie's for service! They're always up front about any charges, and they are very fair and honest. Everything is clearly discussed with me before they get started. I always appreciate receiving a short video from the technician who explains what they looked at on my car while it's raised up. They've taken great care of my car for the past 6 years, and I will continue getting service there!Update: I just had my car detailed here, and it looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

When I bought the car, I was told they would fill the crack in the windshield which I thought it would go away, and it didn t which is disappointing. It is my fault for not clarifying, but I also wouldn t have bought the car if I d have known that weather tech was a glorified seat cover.

Very frustrating experience with service this week at Morries Mazda. We had an appointment on Monday morning first thing and dropped the vehicle at that time.. We followed up the following day as we heard nothing with a response they were not able to connect with the service advisor. On Wednesday we were finally contacted saying the just did the inspection. 2 days after the appointment. We confirmed the work and were told the part would arrive Thursday and be completed then. Multiple try s via phone late on Thursday with excuses they were not able to connect us with the service advisor or a manager. Not until Friday were we contacted that the vehicle was completed. A couple of things. What is the reason for an appointment if you do not look at the car for 48 hours. Also the lack of being able to connect with someone on sight was frustrating. We will take our vehicle maintenance needs other places going forward.

Overall, not terrible but some opportunity to be had on the documentation. When checking into service, I told the advisor my reason for visit was due to an oil leak and due to some seepage on the timing cover (common issue for the 18-19 CX5). Said documentation never made it to any paper work and was assured said seepage was not a concern. It would have been since to have this documented as I am coming up on the 5 yr/60k mileage warranty and the issue appears to be a design flaw related matter.

I just bought a new Mazda and sales people are very nice especially Rob. He was very accommodating. The only downsize is that there is no grace period after you purchase the car so consider in fact when you purchase.

55,000 mile appointment, took a while with the oil change, alignment, and any other stuff needing tightening or checked. Good experience from start to finish. Post appointment my CX-9 felt it was riding much smoother and more responsive from the steering wheel.

I'm happy because they ended up fixing something they technically didn't have to, but not really thrilled that everyone was so busy trying to just get me out the door they didn't listen when I dropped the car off. There was a malfunction code coming in for communication in the car. I was told on the day I bought the car before I left it could have been because the old owner's info was still attached to the car. I told them this and said, "But it can't be that because after a couple weeks I am getting these notices" and showed them all the way back to day 1. They had my car for 2 days and said as a finality, "Call Mazda, because if it's because they still have the old owner's info attached to the car, I can't do anything. " So they didn't even care enough to look at the screenshots or listen or evencheck it out. I don't blame Nate for this, I blame the people at the front who only heard the first part.Randy the Manager who called me a couple nights before just as a courtesy (which was great and appreciated, thanks again!) said they would fix a tear in the seat I didn't initially see. He said, "Tell them Randy said to do it. I said that but when was told the car was fixed(it was there to replace a windshield, fix computer issue and the leather) that I bought it as-is so they weren't going to do it. I had to call Randy and it was more than it had to be, just as I had to send screenshots to get them have the aha moment to fix the communication malfunction. One other minor thing was i was promised my car would be washed but it wasn't,which is no big deal, just don't promise and not deliver because on top of everything else it was just another opportunity to think, "What are these people doing? Do they ever even communicate with each other?" Everything did get fixed, so 4 stars. If they can get it together and listen and do what they say they will do without it turning into more than it has to be, I will be happy to give 5. I do think the niceness of everyone is 5 stars.

John and his team were great. Answered every question that I had and gave me great insight into stuff that I didn t even even know exist. Been to other dealerships and could definitely tell the difference of what I was getting into. They were patient through the process and content with the info I needed. Definitely one of the best experience. Thank you John. Love my Mazda CX-50!

My 2022 mazdas oil light came on, alert says low oil so I brought it to this dealership. They charged me $100 to tell me my oil was low... yeah, thats why I brought it you. Quote I got was $100 for "diagnostic" and then $89 for oil change. After taxes and shop fees it was $211. When I picked it up they said it was $230 because I guess my oil filter is more expensive then what they quoted me ?

Great on getting serviced, the others that do the information were a bit spacey. I got the computer worked on. And alignment and they found a dew other issues which really helped! But make sure you get your stuff back from them like cards.! We have been taking our cx-5 here for service since we bought it in August 2022. We feel they are pretty conservative and honest about recommendations of work to be done, and everything is always done in a timely manner. They were overbooked and told me after I made the appointment and could give me no sense of when they could look at the car. No rentals were available. We made arrangements for transportation. Mottoes finished it sooner than we thought leaving us with sunk transportation costs. Service personnel had no idea what could be wrong up front almost acting purposefully ignorant. Also one made it clear they were overwhelmed and had been working 13 hour days and indicated it might be over a week before they could look at the car. Most stressful experience with a Service Department ever.

I showed coupon from Mazda App for the service that was completed and the service agent kept asking where the coupon is from, if there s any expiration or if it s legit, meaning he s trying to discredit my coupon despite confirmation from the other agent. He used Synthetic oil (for him it s the recommended oil for my car). My car is 2018 with almost 50k miles but Mazda has been using semi-synthetic from the time I bought my car. The worst thing was he issued me a work order to sign that s not even mine.Service: Oil change

I like that a video clip was sent showing the points that should be repaired immediately and that don't need to be repaired yet. It's a short video clip, but it's quite detailed and understandable. I definitely have to go back there. Thank you.
