Paul was excellent! Very personable and straightforward. I felt like he was really looking out for me the whole time I was with him. He got me in and out with a new car, same day, in no time at all. Each person I worked with from Paul, to the manager, Chris, to the finance specialist, Ashley, were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in knowing I wanted to get a Hyundai Palisade and I left the dealership with a better trim than I originally anticipated because I got a better deal than I could have expected! Great experience, and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get a Hyundai.

Awesome experience! Corey (my sales person) and the entire staff were great to work with. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them and have had all of my service performed there as well for the past 5 years without any issues. The facility is new and clean and the waiting area is top notch. It's a local, family owned business that definitely care about their customers.

Very satisfied. Excellent sales department. Corey was very knowledgeable with all three vehicles we test drove and all their varying models.Excellent checkout process. The vehicle was beautifully prepped, no hidden fees, offered aftermarket products with no high pressure sales, and everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Great family friendly environment. We visited two other dealerships and they were so-so. I would 100 percent recommend this dealership.

This place is really awesome!!Bill young has helped us find our dream car and his service skills are 100.His communication skills towards customers are awesome!!Ashely the finance manager she did a fantastic job as well to help us in finance and all.I recommend this place to everyone! I couldn t be more disappointed service department. The manager was nice but my car was jacked up and not fixed!I had the catalytic converter stolen off my car. It was brought to the dealership for repair. The replaced converter was an after market. I was never offered Hyundai parts. The car was not tested and the check engine light came on when I went to pick up the car.The tie rod was bent during towing. It was never caught by the service department, even after they test drove it. The car was completely out of alignment!I had to bring my car to a different repair shop to get it serviced properly.I will NEVER go back to In er Grove Hyundai for anything! You have been warned!

Purchased new Santa Fe Limited hybrid during which process salesperson Debbie was very helpful and courteous in all aspects. She answered all questions quickly and made sure my concerns were addressed. After persisting through a couple of low ball offers for my trade in and providing information about a lower price and larger discount from another dealer, we arrived at an acceptable price and I bought the car from IGH and was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up call from Debbie asking me how it was going and offering to explain any features I was having a learning curve with. Now we'll see how the service department does.

Brian and Ashley were awesome to work with. I worked with Brian the most and he was extremely helpful in explaining the leasing process to me and comparing that to financing and cash payment. I had lots of questions and he answered them promptly and concisely. He and Ashley made the buying experience enjoyable which hasn t always been the case with past vehicles I have purchased. I would definitely recommend this team and the Inver Grove Heights Hyundai dealership.

Jac and Arian worked some magic I ve never witnessed any salesman or dealership work in my almost 20 years of purchasing vehicles. I got the vehicle I wanted along with an extended warranty, free oil changes, and an interior protection plan, all within my very tight budget! I worked with Jonathan as my sales person. He was very helpful and went bat for me to get the best possible price on a new 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. Chris the Car Sales manager was helpful and stayed til closing time to get my deal done. Ashley was great in finance. I was out the door with my car within an hour.

Nickolai was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I didn t feel like I was trying to be sold something, I felt like he genuinely wanted ME to be happy and find what worked best. I was most concerned about the cost, and he ran numbers right away to see what I could afford and then we did test driving. He was just super intentional and I felt really taken care of. Give this man a raise!!!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!I was hesitant going to a dealership with so many bad experiences. I was met by one the the salesmen Jonathan Young. He was very professional, courteous and helped me get the best deal possible.If I had a request, he spoke to his sales team managers and got it worked out quickly.I left with a beautiful 2020 hyundai Santa fe at an excellent price.Thank you Inver Grove hyundai for hiring such a great team!I am loving my new ride!Vinny

I had a bad experience today at this dealership. I talked to Bob the sales manager at this location and he was very rude to me on the phone. I was calling to make an offer on a used vehicle after I drove it couple days ago and he responded in an aggressive manner and very defensive about my offer. I asked him if he was alright and he said, I am more than alright how about you ? it made me feel very uncomfortable talking to him. He will need to cut down on this attitude and relearn how to talk to customers on the phone or in person. I hope no one else experience this type of treatment from this Bob guy.

Complete 5 star!!! Ashley and Nikolai were great PEOPLE! They helped me find the best deal, and told me NO when my first option was a BAD financial decision. Didnt peer pressure me into doing anything, made sure i understood everything, and even played a movie while we waited!

We worked with Bill again for our second Santa Fe purchase. Bill went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to help us! Easy purchase, we already had a 2018 Santa Fe that we loved so it was a natural transition to the 23 . Thanks for your help, we are loving our new car!

I was very impressed with this dealership. Starting with Brian who was my first contact after showing interest in the Hyundai Tucson. He texted with me & set me up for a test drive with a Paul. Paul was an awesome sales person to deal with. We took a test drive & I told him how interested I was in the vehicle. He worked with me on a trade in for my Toyota Camry. And finally Arian with finance was a sweetheart. He sat down with me & explained everything. I had no intention of buying a vehicle that day. But I did & picked it up the very next day!

My experience purchasing my car from Inver Grove Hyundai was excellent. I worked with Sir. Bill Young through the entire purchase. He was there to answer all our questions and helped out as much as he could (even when our first language is Spanish) I would highly recommend this place to purchase your next vehicle.
