Was working with Honda Corporate on a case about a potential paint defect issue after i got paint protection film installed. Came to this dealer for a DIAGNOSIS only and worked with a service writer named Brady Pask and told him the context of my situation and that I needed specific information for my case with corporate: how much was it gonna cost to fix and what caused it? Brady put in a warranty claim and told me to send him the email from I received from corporate, which I did, and said he was gonna take care of it. This was a completely wrong assumption to think this dealer was going to take care of me.Later on, Brady tells me it gets approved, but wheb it's taken to the body shop, it gets denied (which is weird because they approved it already?). Now I get why it got denied and I don't blame them, it's the way they treated me the entire process that soured the experience. Seth from Heppner's body shop, comes to take a look at my vehicle and the paint and agrees that it's a defect that will be taken care of when i first brought it in. Couple days later, get a call that they are denying it to the paint protection film which I told both Brady weeks before and Seth (who I didn't even know who he was until I dropped the car off) after taking my car apart. Was transparent about the ppf installed and how the shop I worked with and I believe it could have happened. Mentioned this in emails and in person as well. But what doesn't make sense is that they refused to cover areas that weren't even touched by the shop, which is where basically most of the paint problems were.Working and trying to figure out why the paint warranty got denied was so frustrating. It all felt like I was being treated with annoyance, disdain, and indifference after they decided to deny my warranty when trying to talk with Seth about it. Trying to ask Brady more details was only met with more indifference with "Well, its out of my hands. Talk to my manager" for something that HE took the liberty of doing. Tried talking with Kirsten, the service mamager. and calling her, but never received a call back. She actually called me at the wrong number (does no one actually look at customer notes here?) and then never attempted to contact me again after I gave her the correct info again so she clearly didn't care.Found out later that Seth's shop actually wanted to charge me for tearing down my car for something THEY offered to do and talked about me as a liar when I'm in a position of not really knowing what's exactly happening to my new car. At the end of the day, I'm the one who has to pay for damage that I didn't even cause, and they rub salt in the wound with how they treated me. The damage I had is even worse than before I left it with them as well. It almost seems spiteful.I've tried to be as polite and professional as I could but did not receive the same treatment in return. The professionalism they seem to try to portray here is all just a facade mixed with incompetent workers and employees who don't listen to you. Wasted my time coming hear when I could've gotten the problem resolved quicker working with corporate directly. The only good part of this experience would be Marcos Amaro. Give this man props for being the only good part of the experience. Go to some place else that treats people with respect.EDIT: More paint peeling off at places I told them about. Sure doesn't look like damage to me. Looks factory. Thanks for wasting my time!

I was in the market for a 2021 Honda CRV, I called to make sure the one I wanted to look at was still available and was met with nothing but kindness from Jason Paciorek! When I got there later, he got to work, he had the car pulled up and full of gas plus he even washed it for me. Jason made sure the car buying process was smooth and fun, how many people can say that about a car buying experience! Cole was wonderful in telling me what my car already came with and what options I can upgrade from. Gardner was a wonderful in terms of financing and rates. Brian was amazing in the appraisal of my trade in and was very fair. Overall, a wonderful experience and I knew I was in great hands the entire time, through every step of the process. I would recommend the staff and the car dealership to anyone looking to buy a honda. If you are lucky to work with the guys listed, know you will be well taken care of!

My mom and I just purchased a 2020 Honda Civic today and we truly could not have asked for a better experience and sales rep - Andrew Dosse was a superstar!! Not only did he put up with our indecisiveness, but he also patiently answered all our questions, provided detailed information about the features, and ensured we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I seriously debated leaving a 1 star review because the service I got was good. Read below for more info:My story:I own and drive a Subaru. This past week (early April 2024) I got a huge nail stuck in my tire around 7pm. I urgently needed this fixed and Bobby & Steve's down the road was already closed. I didn't know where to go other than the Honda dealer that was still open.The Honda dealer immediately took me in and fixed my tire and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes! The guy that helped me was super friendly even though I am not a Honda owner.The ONLY reason I am leaving a 1 star review, hoping to get managements attention, is the NON STOP PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES TO GET FEEDBACK ON MY SERVICE.So, here is the feedback you are requesting:Service and friendliness = 5 StarsNon-stop harassment via phone calls and text messages and emails asking about my experience? 0 Stars!I seriously didn't think twice about having to give you my "burner phone number" and fake email address. I wish I would have!Would I go back to Honda for another emergency tire repair? yes. But I would definitely give them my "burner" contact info because of this experience.

My fianc� and I bought a new car from here just the other day. We had the best car buying experience we have ever had! Corey was so fun to work with, he was super helpful and friendly! We also worked with Raul he was a blast we had lots of laughs, which I feel like isn t common when buying a vehicle. It honestly went so smooth and we would recommend anyone go here, we drove an hour and half and would do it all over again! Thank you Inver Grove Honda for an amazing experience!

I felt at ease coming in to the dealership. Everyone seemed friendly and welcoming. I met with Tom Flanagan, whom understood what I was looking for and discussed alot about my options and what would likely work best for my car needs and budget. Gardner and Joeth spoke to me about additional features, protection, and financing for my new HR-V. I appreciate everyone's assistance in my car buying process. I have bought three cars at Inver Grove Honda through the years and they are my favorite car dealership ever. They have a lifetime customer in me. I get great service there from my usual car sales woman and everyone else there also does a great job. I also get my Honda serviced at this dealership and the service department also does a great job. As with any car dealership, make sure you are a knowledgeable car buyer and use good negotiation skills in the purchase of a car.

We had the best buying experience here. Have been to a few dealerships over the years and always felt pressured or like we're getting scammed. That was absolutely not the case here. Roger Thomas was honest and straightforward throughout the buying process, and Raul in finance also explained everything very clearly. If and when we are in the market for another car, we would certainly prefer this dealership over all else.

My overall experience was very good. Everyone was very friendly. I walked in to test drive a car and not 100% on actually purchasing. I ended up purchasing a vehicle on my own terms, they worked with me to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Although extras were offered to add to my vehicle purchase I never felt pressured to add anything I didn't want. The process took a bit longer than I expected, but I left happy. Thank you!

UPDATE 2/28/24: After a few months of reflection, I am even more disappointed in my Inver Grove Honda experience. I want nothing to do with them ever again and I deeply regret having purchased a vehicle from them. Others may have a different experience, but mine was extremely disappointing.Very responsive and helpful while I was shopping for a vehicle but the day of sale honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. For me, purchasing a new vehicle is a major investment that I do about once every 10 years and I really felt slighted that day. Got less than half the blue book/carfax value for my trade-in citing mechanical issues, although I never had a single issue with the vehicle, ever, and the vehicle was regularly maintained by my local Honda dealership. And I would have appreciated ANY negotiation on price. Even $250 off would have made me *feel* like a valued customer.That being said the person I was working with while shopping for the vehicle was extremely helpful and responsive, which I very much appreciated. I just wish on the day of sale they would have done *something* to show their appreciation for my choosing to make a major purchase at their dealership. They just made me feel slighted and undervalued and I left regretting that I didn't just wait for a vehicle I wanted to become available at my previous (and local) dealership. I am sorry to be critical as there were some good things and I love the vehicle. But this is honestly how I feel.

Not pleased at all felt like i was scammed, worked on my car and didn't put parts back afterwards. Window won't close they put plastic over it, was not like that when i came in etc. see photos below none of this was like this. Maybe purchase a car from here but please don't ask to repair it.

Outstanding all around. Kirsten and Kris in service, as well as Greg, Tray, and Randy in sales, made the absolute best out of a challenging repair and potential replacement. They were extremely helpful and transparent and communicated well every step of the way. They always made sure I was taken care of and even had a plan B in store if something may not work out. I ll always drive the extra half hour to come see them.

We have now purchased three vehicles from Inver Grove Honda and will continue to do so in the future. The service provided by this dealership, its staff and management are second to none. Often the experience one has with a dealership is limited to the test driving and paperwork associated with purchase followed by a few maintenance visits. These aspects of our experiences at Inver Grove Honda have always been great but when we ran into a couple of problems with our recent purchase, Jason Paciorek, our sales consultant and Nick Burandt, the sales manager listened, were very responsive and delivered on their stated commitment to help with any future needs we had after purchase. Both went out of their way to ensure that issues we experienced were resolved and that ultimately we were satisfied with our experience and purchase. Inver Grove Honda has a clear commitment to the reputation of Honda vehicles but more importantly they sincerely care about their customers and their reputation as a dealership.

Jason Paciorek was our salesman. Personable, certainly did not have to wait for him to show up, as he waved us down. He was honest, did not try to up- or down-sell. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see. In an hour we knew the right vehicle for us. He was fun to work with, and a credit to his industry. I wish more were like him!

I had earlier posted my experience after my recent visit. As mentioned below, I did not have hard evidence to that the showroom was directly responsible. I was contacted by manager Kristine about meeting the owner Bryan Okubo. The dealership wanted to see if they can address my concerns.Bryan heard my story patiently, and said they don t store CCTV footage from long ago, but was kind enough to offer me that replacement rims for me.I dropped the car off the following week, and was also given loaner car for a week until work could be carried out.My car now has shining rims.Thank you Bryan and Kristine ! I appreciate that Invergrove Honda resolved my concerns.I have attached latest pictures.Old review:I took my car for service to change the tires. I had left my car with them and picked it up the following day. I was preoccupied and did not notice at that time. After that, I was away for vacation for couple of months and only a week ago noticed that my car rims seemed rusted and one of them was dented.I have pictures of the car from over 6 months ago ( much before tire change) and compared to present was clearly damaged. I went to the dealership to seek clarification about this and showed them the pictures from the past.The employee looked at them and initially said - during tire change, it s possible that rims can be swapped around. When I showed the other side pictures which look good , he could not offer any explanation. He got his Manager Kristine with another lady told me rims might be rusted because of the MN winters. When I asked them how the dents could have happened , they said I hit a curb because of which those dents happened, the truth is I never hit a curb .I have a feeling that rims in my car now are not the ones I had originally.I took the car to the dealership trusting them ,however after this incident, I am not sure I can, and never going back.Through this post I would like others to be aware and please check everything thoroughly before you leave after the service and also I would like to know if anyone has had similar experience.

I ended up settling for a car I wouldn t have gotten had I not felt so deeply pressured to purchase it right away. Advise others to take someone with you so you feel supported, and can make a sound judgement without the pressure from sales personnel to make a decision right that day.

I have bought 3 used cars here and they have all been of excellent quality. Andrew W. helped me purchase the most recent two vehicles and I can't sing his praises enough. When it's time to upgrade my husband's car, we'll be asking for him again.The first was a 2011 Honda Fit that I have had for 7 years, still going strong, and my husband now drives. My second car was a 2017 Honda Fit that was unfortunately totaled after only 5 months of me driving it, but you best believe I went right back to Inver Grove Honda to get the car I currently drive, a 2019 Honda Fit.

After purchasing my Honda here over 10 years ago, I have continued to return to the dealership for service. Prior to this I always avoided dealership service centers because of the pricing. Ultimately between coupons, the customer service, and the expertise, Inver Grove Honda has earned my loyalty. Most recently I had an issue pop up out of the blue and they took me without an appointment because it was urgent. As always, they are consummate professionals who communicate what's going on with my vehicle, what's necessary and not, and I leave with a good feeling - something that's never happened with any other dealership! The issue they diagnosed was far less expensive and grave than it had initially appeared. They did the work quickly and got me on my way. Can't ask for more.

i bought a 2024 Accord form Mike Gonsior, It was the finest car buying experience i have ever had. There was no pressure at all. I got a fair price for my trade and for the new car. I would highly recommend Inver Grove Honda and especially Mike Gonsior.
