2017 Honda Civic. It took a while to get in, but worth the wait! Took about 8-10 days to complete.Seth, I appreciate all of your help and support over the last few weeks. My car was at the the Inver Grove Heights, MN location and they did a wonderful job, great service, and awesome customer care! They even vacuumed out my car and I believe cleaned my interior windows! They all get a raise!

Incident happened in July. Scheduled it originally for September (3 months out). I was pushed back 1 week, then I dropped my car off because the part they needed should be arriving soon. They told me 5 days later (October) that the part wasn t coming soon and I had to reschedule for JANUARY. Don t understand at all how I was pushed back 4 more months when I was told originally I could be in September. Very frustrating those 5 days I had my car in the shop waiting, I wasted time on an insurance car and was not offered to be reimbursed for those days until calling the shop to complain in February. January comes around and my car is finally looked at. The return date is pushed back twice and insurance did not cover the full time I needed a rental car. It took 38 days in the shop granted it was a big job I had been without a car for a week that was not covered by insurance. Almost every time I interact with them they address me with the wrong name, and no urgency, apologies for the numerous delays. I did call to complain which got my return date moved up 5 days which was nice, but also frustrating that they were not already doing everything in their power to get me my car back ASAP. I would not recommend them, but if you choose them I recommend complaining early in the process and to expect delays.

We have taken multiple vehicles in for damage repairs, twice for hail damage (PDR) and once for vandalism. The vandalism required fender removal and a large dent repair with painting and blending. All three occasions, which were years apart, turned out very well. They worked smoothly with my insurance company and kept me posted on the progress of the repairs.

I was t-boned in March of 2023. I got several estimates from different auto body shops and while Heppner s was booking the furthest out, I had a good feeling about going there. I got my car back today and it looks stunning, plus they detailed the interior. Overall, they have great customer service and they are a popular auto body shop for a good reason. You will not regret getting your car serviced here!

Was running late to pick-up my car after it being in the shop for 30 days. Although I called beforehand to tell them, I was running even later than I expected, and ended up arriving about around 5 minutes after close (actually 5:38). As I pulled up to the shop, I was relieved to see, the OPEN light still on in neon bright colors, and the guy from the phone call (Forgot his name, I apologize) reclined waiting for my arrival. Walked right on in,.Very friendly interaction altogether and a firm handshake, and only a few minutes later was out the door with my keys. Fabulous service.They say Little things go miles. In this instance, it was his 5 minutes and (hopefully, for me) 50,000 more miles.Its also a 5 star review. Thank you.-

Great place to get your car body fixed. Amazing crew and staff that are very knowledgeable when it comes to body parts. Have taken two of my personal cars here before and will jwp on doing so after the great service I have received.

Was told my car would be ready next day after it had already been there for an extended period of time, waiting on a back ordered part. I got a phone call the day it was supposed to be ready saying they had to wait for another back ordered part. I m pretty sure they assembled my car and realized they had forgotten to order it or something happened. They refused to take responsibility for it. They just kept saying it s on National back order. My car was completely drivable. There was no need to have the work done ASAP, which it wasn t. When I went to pick the car up they also didn t do claim work for hail damage which was filled out on my initial paperwork. The car sat there for 5 weeks and now I still have to get my hail damage fixed somewhere else. The whole thing was an utter disappointment, and I still can t believe that they took zero responsibility for anything that happened while my car was there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team of people and techs were nothing short of amazing! I had brought my SUV in due to minor bumper damage. They did an excellent job with the repairs, the insrance and documention of my SUV was done with care. After the inital repairs and got my SUV back, my sister noticed some small details that need some attention. I wrote a review and Heppner's contacted me and asked me to bring it back in. They did a quick buff on the door and it's looking beautiful! No charge and great service, especially on a busy day. I would come back anytime for their service. After finding my car had been hit while it was parked in a parking spot, I was referred to Heppner's through my insurance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions, gave me an estimate of when it will be done and got a rental set up for me. While they had my car, they kept me updated on the status of the repairs and it was done sooner than originally anticipated. Picking up my car I was amazed! It was clean (inside and out!) and ready to go. My son even said "Wow! It looks like a new car!" I would definitely recommend them!

I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody in need of auto body repair work. I was rear-ended and my insurance company recommended Heppner's. I am so glad I chose them! They gave me a timely estimate and appointment, talked me through the entire process and helped with the rental car while the work was being done. They also provided periodic updates so I knew how repairs were going and updated the timeline for completion. The biggest surprise was how beautiful my car was when I picked it up! It was shiny and like new! They had cleaned outside and inside so it looked like a brand new car. Thank you, Heppners! So far, the car is driving well too. :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called around for estimates and got a lot of voicemails and booking an appointment out 2 weeks or more. Heppers could get me in the same day, just wanted to know what time. They also asked me questions, and took the time to actually look around the vehicle, under and in the engine to write up a real estimate instead of writing a basic simple estimate that they would then add on to it later with the insurance company if they get the work. Unfortunately they were booked out like most good shops with work for almost 2 months, but I would definitely get my work done here because I trust how they treated me, their knowledge and attention to what my car needs and that's worth a lot.

We have used Heppner's in the past and had some recent minor body work done on my wife's Jeep. The work was flawless, but what impressed us the most was how clean her Jeep was inside and out!! When to Heppner's after I got backed into the front of my car. Very rude greeting by the staff. The took my car and did the repairs. I went back a few weeks later because I noticed my front bumper was loose. I was told I needed to see the manager, Troy Heir. I pointed out the problem of the lose fasteners. He looks around the front of the car and said that my front lip caught on something and was very rude and condescending. He stared at me while he lied right to my face. I never caught anything with my front end. This was a 80k car. I took it to another place and they tighten down the bolts that weren't properly torqued by Heppern's Heppern's could have solved this problem in 30 minutes but the manager thought it was better to not stand by their workmanship. I notified American Family and I'll never go back.Service: Body & Trim

Amazing service and work. Employees went above and beyond. Very grateful to have found this shop. Unexpectedly they vacuumed and washed our car. I had problems with the insurance company and the rental car company and Hepner s was able to resolve the issue every time.

It took 6+ weeks and five delays for my car to be repaired. I chose this place based on good reviews here and am supremely disappointed. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I was usually not told about delays until the last minute. I had to call in on the "ready date" to find out my car was not ready. They didn't even order parts until 2 weeks after it was brought in and they didn't tell me beforehand about the delays. Then there was delay after delay (we found new parts that were broken, I didn't know that alignments would have to be done, etc.). My car was returned with a dead battery (likely from sitting for SIX WEEKS) and I had to scramble for last-minute alternative transportation for myself & my toddler. It was also returned with a new scratch & dent. I don't want to take it back to have them fix it, because I'd never see it again. There were more issues, but I'm just getting angry thinking about the whole experience, so I'll stop there. Disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had front end damage from a minor accident. Heppner's repaired it ahead of schedule, kept me update on the process daily and delivered me a clean and fully repaired vehicle, with a friendly smile. 5 Stars, I would recommend them to anyone looking to have repair work done on their vehicle. The location of the IGH shop is perfect also if you live in WSP or SSP metro area!I unfortunately had a return trip a few weeks after this accident due to a basketball hoop falling on the same vehicle. Tony seemed to share in my disappointment in having to come back again. Just like 3 weeks earlier they were quick, kept me informed of the progress and delivered a full repaired vehicle ahead of their original schedule date.

They fixed my car after I hit a deer. They got me a sweet rental for the week, fixed my car, cleaned it before returning it to me and kept meinformed throughout the entire process. No surprise charges, they arranged everything with the insurance and car rental. Super good experience. Highly recommend!

Wed.Hi, All:I just picked up my car from Heppner s today and I can t resist saying a few words about your work and service. As for the work, not to put too strong a point on it, but you guys are magicians of auto body. The first time I came there, some four years ago, I had a streak of paint on the right front panel. Another place could not remove it but someone there took it off at no charge. So I came back for extensive hail damage -- $7,000+ perfectly repaired. After that, I returned for a crease in the plastic bumper cover. Fixed perfect no charge. So I came back again this time to repair a rear-end collision. Nice job. The car looks like new. (Did you even polish it?) People there take pride in their work.The service is terrific. You all understand the importance of building warm and trusting business relationships with customers. (Thanks, Joe.) I almost feel obligated to come back to Heppner s. And I surely will.Thanks a ton to all,Pat O Regan

I am absolutely pleased. They have great customer service without being overbearing everything was done in a timely manner and to perfection. Also I have been hit a couple of times and had to fix my SUV before and NEVER had they cleaned my car inside and outside at the other places and Heppners basically detailed my SUV. Hope I don't need them again but will for sure use them if I need them.

Had hail damage repaired here. Didn't even know they were in my hometown. My experience was great start to finish. Was updated throughout, car was perfect and clean when I picked it up and whole process was as easy as it gets. Super professional!!
