Quick easy inexpensive option to load up new tires on the vehicle. With the online and phone apps they make it really easy to interface with them.

Hands down the best discount tire around. I showed up at close because I couldn't get there earlier. Asked them to just simply check if my tire would hold the plug I had in it tell Monday when I could come back for a new one and they said they would just take care of it today. These guys are going home late because of me. They dont have to but, They don't want my tire blowing out on my hour drive home. The kindness goes a long way. we need more people that truly care. Go see these guys for your tire needs! I know I'll be a forever returning customer.

Always great customer service! No high pressure sales. Ron(?) answered all of my questions regarding my tire wear and gave me some recommendations as to how to extend the longevity of them.The Discount Tire network nationwide gives me piece if mind while I travel for regular rotations and service.They are definitely my "go to" tire store!

We have always had a good experience. My fianc� and I went to get a tire rotation and balance on our truck this morning and were blown away by the professionalism and customer service that James offered us. We had an excellent experience.

Not happy with an employee that was there today 12/15 at 9:30AM and was really racist towards me. I was getting my tire rotation and sensor checked. Once I left the store all the sensor lights were. Which mean they have messed my sensors. So I went back to the store the same day to ask why my sensors were on. And when I got there I meet the same person that helped me this morning out side the store and he I asked a question he cut me off and said he was busy. Which I understand and I respect that. So I went inside to talk to someone else. And the person that said he was busy jumped into MY conversation and started telling his coworker that it was MY CAR issue and NOT THEIR FAULT even though they check my sensors this morning. To the other person that helped me the second time. Thank you so much for helping and understanding what is going on and knowing more about Toyotas. I am NOT going back to discount tires because of the disrespect towards me. They have lost a big chuck of customers because of this.

They were right on they said approximately half or less and it was pretty close like 26 min it took them to get the job finished so Yes I give them a 5 star review cause they well earned it. 5 tires on rim off and 5 New on mounted and balanced while I waited it was a vary pleasant visit

I had a flat tire and decided to switch all of them to new. Line wasn't very long in 8am, Row and James was very polite, precise to answer and very pleasant. I like their notification system- they updated me on my car. I received a text that my car was ready fast (around one hour), but when I picked up a car, I was worried about very laud nose. I have to come back. I was pleasantly surprised because they immediately take car in, Row personally went to working area, check a mistake(my car has different front and back wheels, and they misplaced them) and after 20-30 min I got my car back and it was sound like a great music:) I very appreciate their service.

Great experience here. The staff was friendly, they didn't try to upsell me on tires I didn't need and I was out of there under 30 minutes. My family has been here for previous service and we have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

There's always some petty excuse with the current manager there as to why they can't service you on arrival. I pass by every day for work and would stop by whenever tire service is needed. The manager before never had an issue with people showing up after 4. If he's as short staff as he says he is and especially if the parking lot is empty and the store has no o e waiting inside, there's no excuse for him to be hiding in the back office and not out in the bay with the rest of the guys.

I have been using this discount tire location for years. Highly recommend it. They'll take care of you even if you arrive almost at closing time, and you need to have a tire repair or replace.

What a crew they have there They were very busy when I came in. I did not have an appointment. They got my 4 tires on in a reasonable amount of time. Those guys are awesome, hard working and very friendly

Don t believe their lies about free air check. I was at the one on Robert Street in West St. Paul waited for 20 minutes nobody came out twice. I ve been at the one in Inver Grove Heights and nobody has come out. They all sit in their shop looking out as if to say if I ignore you you ll go away. I guess I bought my last set of tires at discount tire.

This place actually forgot to put one of my lug nuts back on.... you can see the dirt surface rust on the stud missing the nut vs the one above it that had a nut

This was my first visit to this location. I only need air this visit. Staff was friendly. I've been a Discount Tire customer for 25 years in Texas. They are the only place I go to buy tires.

I went in with a nail in one of my tires having already put my spare on. Joe at Inver Grove told me it would probably have to be replaced due to the nail being so close to the sidewall.I was pretty bummed having just bought my tires less than 6 months ago and had elected not to purchase the service warranty. After they removed the tire, his suspicions were confirmed...the tire was lost.Joe set me up with a new tire, and a service warranty, and had me in and out really quickly too.Joe was awesome to work with and the guys took good care of my truck and tucked my spare back under the truck too.Thank you!!! So glad I chose you guys to take care of my tire needs.

Outstanding customer service!! I had a screw in my tire that needed to be repaired and they took care of it at no charge even though they were not purchased there. Joe and the crew there were amazing and wanted to make sure that all my needs were taken care of. Highly recommend this place for any tire needs you may have.

I experienced a blow out on my dump trailer tire yesterday afternoon. Was able to drive the trailer in to Discount tire. Wow was I impressed, they were super busy but organized. Josh took care of me at the counter, then went out of his way to fit my tire repair in. He personal changed my tire in the parking lot to get me up and running! I definitely would recommend discount tire and this location. Anytime I have tires to purchase/repair I ll definitely will be back! Thanks again for the outstanding customer experience!

After a few less than ideal interactions at other locations, Mitch at Inver Grove Discount Tire was wonderful to work with. He was eager to help, willing to answer my (many) questions, and extremely kind. I felt heard and understood, something that isn t always given freely at these type of establishments. Would recommend to anyone needing tire services just based off of his kindness and level of service.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch and Joe from start to finish. They explained different tires, have competitive pricing and when I told them I needed a next day appointment, they got me in. My car was done in under an hour and they treated me professionally and with their sweet warranty for when I inevitably get a flat again, I feel good knowing I'll be in knowledgeable hands when I have to go back. Thank you all for being reliable and trustworthy.

I'm from out of town, and I stopped by to see if I could have my tire pressure monitors scanned on my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica because the light kept coming on saying that I had a low tire. The very nice young man there scanned all four sensors and they all checked out okay. He even checked all four tires to make sure they were aired up to the correct air pressure. That gave me peace of mind to continue my drive home. I want to thank him again for being so polite and attentive to my issue. What wonderful service! Thank you so very much Parker!

Normally I get a great experience at discount tires. In the past I'd go in and ask for an air check and they would tell me to go wait in line in my car. This time I went straight to the car line and sat there for 15 minutes and was seen by at least 4 employees and none of them came to help.

Best service, and extremely fast. I rarely leave reviews for places, but had to for how helpful they were. No other places could help me install tires the day of calling. I called discount tires and within two hours from that, I had two new tires installed and ready to be driven on.
