I just paid $10.69 for their best car wash. Waited in line for 7 other cars, finally got in and the car wash left soap and wax all over my pickup. I called to complain before leaving the carwash because I didn't want to have to wait again in line. The lady working informed me that I had to come out of the stall to the front of the store. When I did, she didn't even come outside to look, she could see it from the store and she said it was wax that would dissolve. I told her that at 3 degrees, nothing was going to dissolve. My outside mirrors were covered in wax which froze on. She was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She told me that I could go elsewhere to wash my truck. You can be sure that this is the last time that I go there.

This shop is great!!! Randy was super nice and very friendly! He helped us get the tires we need quickly and efficiently! I recommend this shop 110%

The only place I gas up. This is the only gas station in town that takes Canadian debit card (which is so convenient), Randy's staff is very friendly. I've overheard lots of conversation through the years. The mechanics are upfront and honest with their customers and very reasonable. The new car wash does a great job as well

They were able to get me in right away for oil change which I really appreciate. However, I was charged the full package although I had requested just the oil change. I wish they would notify the customer upfront that they only do full service and not just oil change.

Any time we need maintenance on any of our vehicles, we go to Randy's. We trust them completely to give us honest and accurate information. They have wonderful customer service, are always willing to go above and beyond. We refer everyone to Randy's!

It is well below zero outside. Pump 5 is malfunctioning. Rather then putting a sign on the pump to let a person know this the owner chooses to let his customers freeze while we try to get the pump to work. I asked to get air in my tires and he said he was too busy and get your own air~ the hose is outside. WHAT? Worst customer service ever. Just lost this customer forever.

As soon as I walked in I was told I would need to put a hefty sum down on tires before he would order them. Then he grudgingly looked up and printed me some prices. Go to stock tire people the service is much better...they are cheerful and helpful...

This is my go to place for tires and auto repairs. Randy and his staff have always been friendly and helpful. Appreciate having a good shop and business like Randy's in town!

I would suggest 1 thing when gassing up here ! When you use a credit/debit card ;( DO NOT CHOOSE DEBIT ) Choose Credit ! Otherwise you get charged extra for choosing debit ! So Watch you self !
