This hotel is top notch, clean, quiet, easy to access. Staff is wonderful, friend left phone in the room after check out, Chastity called us & securely held it for him til our return from up north a week later. Nice lil breakfast setup in morning. Highly recommended place to stay, great lil restaurant right next door. Overall you will not be disappointed with your choice to stay here.Noteworthy details: Chastity at the front desk is a valuable asset to the hotel, great reception, organized, efficient leaves you the feeling you made the right choice for your stay. As I said she contacted us about friends phone left behind & had it when we returned 1 week later on way home.

We had a wonderful stay. Clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton this isn't the hotel for you but if you are just looking for a basic, clean hotel room then you have found it. Jeanette the manager is very sweet and accommodating. We ALWAYS stay at Days Inn when we come up to visit my Mom and Sister and we have always received excellent customer service and a nice warm comfortable hotel room.

They were the only place within 100 miles that had availability. We arrived at 3am and they got our room ready for us immediately. The room was very clean, the bathroom was nice and they had complimentary breakfast. The only reason I deducted a star was because our cards weren't activated properly and our shower curtain wasn't long enough. Water went all over the bathroom floor after I showered. However, I think the reason the cards weren't activated for our room was because the gentleman was training someone for front desk at the time. Overall, great experience and will come back again.

The room was rather small but clean and quiet. The single queen bed was comfortable. The HVAC worked as it should and we had plenty of hot water for showers. Due to Covid-19 there was no continental breakfast offered, just coffee and orange juice. We went next door to the Chocolate Moose for the best breakfast we've had ever! My wife and I would stay here again.

I stayed here about 7 times over the last couple of months. I have always been greeted and treated with respect. Their employees are great people here. Quiet little town. Quiet rooms. My rooms have ALWAYS BEEN CLEAN. I can t recall having a problem with any of my rooms. I know this week, these guys was unfortunate to have their hot water heater leak out. The staff here went above and beyond and rented two rooms next door to help their guests have a clean place to shower. Thanks guys.

If your looking for a comfortable bed, warm waffle and coffee for breakfast this place was perfect! The super friendly staff helped us with everything we needed! Great spot to stop and stay on the go!

My family and I have stayed at pretty much every hotel in town as my husband travels for work. This is by far the nicest place in town. The staff was very accomadating and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and the staff made sure we had towels and soaps. While on a shut down and during a pandemic they were the only hotel in town also that told my husband if a room opened up they would call him. Every other conversation with other local establishments were met with a harsh no we don't have any rooms. Click. The rooms were clean and well kept, confu beds and pillows. There was a good restaurant right across the parking lot. I gave 4 stars as the sauna did not work but overall will not stay anywhere else in town. If you were considering the America inn because of the pool steer clear, you will be disappointed

Rooms were clean. Pillows were nice. We liked that you got 4. Beds were ok, but a little hard. However, the air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. Think air plane right in the room with you. I think we were also hearing other rooms air conditioners going on and off as well all night. Bathroom was very small and the door would only shut if you pulled it really hard. It stuck bad. The front door was opposite. It would slam shut if you let it. That was very annoying. Staff was very friendly. Oh, and they are not serving breakfast at all because of covid, just coffee, tea and orange juice. We went to the chocolate moose next door.

It was okay. Not the nicest place I have stayed. The breakfast was decent. Short on towels. Bathtub didn't drain properly so you stood in 3 in of water when you took a shower. Not really in walking distance of anything. Smokers all huddle by the front door making you walk through the stink.

All the other places we normally choose were full. Maybe we had low expectations because of it being a little older. We found the room good, as you can see from our pictures. It comes with continental breakfast. Staff is, as others have mentioned, great. It's all clean and well kept. Has a lot of other things, but no microwave or mini fridge.

I stayed there for four days during a business trip.I wasn't prepared to bring my own pillow for the trip. I regret that. All of the 8 pillows seem to be the same. That left me one choice and that's the choice I don't like.I had the free breakfast in the first two days, but cannot take it anymore on the 3rd and 4th day of my stay.I would like to give a three-star for my stay, but I have to give one extra start to the staff there. They are very friendly and helpful. I forgot my watch in the room after check-out. I called the front desk four hours later and was told immediately that they had it in with them.

Unfortunately, bad experience. Our room turned out to be a contract room with so many things wrong that I can't list them all. Possibly other rooms are better. The bathroom was clean though. Breakfast is all carbs and sweets. We won't stay there again. They refunded us $20 and apologized profusely. They knew the room was awful. We actually had a reservation too, not a walk in.

Firm beds, nice pillows, quiet. HOWEVER, I saw one staff person wearing a mask (thank you person cleaning rooms). NO continental breakfast, which is why we chose this place to stay. Update your website and have staff take the pandemic seriously and I d consider staying again.

The hotel is really clean and quite, the staff was friendly and helpful. The staff made a amazing pot of chilli with rice. It was very nice to eat something homemade when you get on the go all the time. If I ever make it to International Falls again I will stay with them again.

Had phoned twice to request ground floor room prior before arrival. Had requested because of problems with hip and back . Ground floor was noted on our reservation and told ok when requested ground floor by receptionist. Arrived at location given 2nd floor room. Told that your assigned that room. We said we requested first floor. Response that is your assigned room. A friend called 2 weeks later to this hotel and told you have our last room. When he arrived he got a first floor room. When you have physical health problems ask for a first floor room and check ahead twice and then arrive and get second floor with lots of steps to reach room it is terrible!!! Very poor customer service!!!

Breakfast was good...mango slices, too. Rooms need a lot of work as furniture is broken, nicks on the front of dresser, and windows that allow a lot of cold air in the room. Staff was friendly, but not always sure of how to use register, copier, etc. Waited at checkout much longer than necessary.

We love Days Inn. We always stay at Day's whenever we visit family in the Falls for the Holiday's. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is peaceful and quiet. There is a fantastic restaurant right next door. It's right on the main highway so it's convenient to everything in town. It's reasonably priced and the breakfast in the morning is great and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This hotel has approximately10 rooms for the general public, the rest are for CNNService is great and the house keeping is good even though they are short handed,Chastity at Front desk is supportive, professional and hard working.

I like the place we stay there once a month. Room cleaned but full ashtray cig butts and full toilet not flushed! Pretty Rude. We stay in same room every time. Only smoking room they have. So yeah pretty unpleasant welcoming!!

Friendly and helpful staffs working here. Clean room, lots of amenities, even has a sauna room. Unlimited popcorns and drinks in the lobby.

Stay every year, always clean and has friendly staff. Only reason for 4 stars is the washer didnt work. This matters because our trip has always relied on this washer for many years. Looking forward to next year!

Good value for the cost. Tho older, kept up well and staff very pleasant. Nice grounds for walking my dog, and great location next to an iconic restaurant

Terrible!! Rooms are dated and the hotel is over run with CN Rail workers that think they own the place.Not a place for a businessman or a family that wants privacy, cleanliness and professional treatment.I'm surprised this hotel even qualifies for a member of Wyngate Group.

Clean, hospitable, and nice! Fridges in every room great restaurant next door (Chocolate Mouse) and Blake is so nice and way helpful and organized. Great for the price!
