Would highly recommend shopping for vehicles and taking vehicles to be repaired at any other place. Purchased a truck from them and not even 24hours of driving it off the lot a check engine light came on. They said they would fix the problem free of charge however after bring the vehicle to them 6 times they never fixed it or found a solution and told me they would call to make a appointment to fix it then proceeded to never reach out or get in contact. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle stay away.

Ran into vehicle troubles on our way home from Christmas and they were great; trouble shooting, ordering the needed part, and worked to get us back on our way very quickly! If we lived in the area wouldn t hesitate to use them on a regular basis.

Felt rushed out no one took the time to walk out with me and see if I was happy with the repair or even point out where my car was. The repair was excellent in terms of I couldn t tell were the damage was BUT the plastic skirt around the fender wasn t reinstalled properly due to the lower portion near the passenger door wasn t lined up with the rest of the of the trim. I was able to fiddle around with it and turned out it wasn t clipped in all the way so it seems to be fine now. The lack of attention to detail makes me concerned about the long term quality of repair. The repair was done in a timely manner and the staff were respectful just feels like there s room for improvement.

One week to get oil changed. New vehicle oil change and as I was given back vehicle with key and have to turn around because now have check engine light on which was there when going in. Now go back to find out mechanic forgot reconnect some connector.All else good.

Oil and tire rotation completed as ordered. Valley Chevrolet in Hutchinson also called me to obtain permission to change dirty air filters. Appreciated the call and Thanks for the ride home and back to the garage. Mary Krenik

Made appointment, they did not order part they said they would. Told us that instead, they would make an adjustment to our break pad and order part if did not work. They charged us $70.00 and sent us on our way. Went down the street and problem was still there. Called them back and told them about problem and requested our $70.00 back. It sounded like they said that they will order part and he hung up on us. Not very customer oriented.

Everyone at the dealership, Valley Sales of Hutchinson, were great to work with. The salesman, Dave Graf, showed us the features of the Bolt EUV when looking for an EV, he kept us up to date with the order status, and made sure we were completely satisfied when the car arrived. The finance director, Alex Ogren, was very easy to work with when completing the financial transaction. The general manager, Mike Lear, was able to answer to answer my questions regarding vehicle delivery.

I made an appointment to have a recall taken care of and decided to have some other concerns taken care of at the same time. This was my first contact with Valley Sales and I was very happy with the service I received. Every concern I had was taken care of except for the recall parts. They were ordered and the parts received were the wrong parts but those things happen. The parts were reordered and I will set up an appointment when they come in. Will be happy to send anyone to Valley Sales for service on their cars in the future.

I brought my truck in for body repairs the employees helped me with getting the estimate for my insurance making sure everything was looked at and got the repairs done alot quicker than I expected my truck looks brand new once again and it's all thanks to your talented group!

The service was great, great communication from the Service Advisor. Through no fault of the dealership, my only negative comment would be the lack of parts available to fix my vehicle.

Is it normal for a vehicle to take well over a month to have body repairs done???!!! I understand that a part came damaged and had to be reordered but the minute that part arrived that vehicle should have taken priority. Who wants to pay for a car paent and insurance on a car they dont even have to get back n forth to work! This is appalling to me!

I was looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz and noticed there happened to be one right here at our local dealership! I went up valley sales and spoke to a salesman who actually was the previous owner of the vehicle. Took it out for a test drive and liked it. I was trading in a Silverado and was offered a very low ball offer on my trade. When my husband asked why they were offering such a low amount the manager said that s all it s worth they turned around and sold it for $7,000 more. My Silverado was sold off the lot less than a week after I traded it. Then the Mercedes I got I noticed about a few days after driving it that it was making noise in the front and valley offered to see if they could take a look at it but would talk to management for approval. Management denied the request to diagnose the Mercedes even. Well it s been about 2 months and I took the Mercedes to a Mercedes dealer come to find out it has over $5,000 in repairs needed. I went to the same Mercedes service center that was used by the previous owner. The previous owner aka the salesman who sold me the Mercedes was informed 2x last year of all the work the car needed and declined the work when they recommended it. I would never use valley sales for anything EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. There a huge ripoff and don t care about there customers. I have had a lot of work done on my vehicles in the past here due to accidents or just needing repairs andso I thought it was a good place. I will never go here again. To purchase a car or for service.UpdateSo I did reach out to Valley after my review and spoke to the general manager Mike and the service manager Lance and they did fix my vehicle for half the cost of what it would be originally so I m changing my review stars based off of the .experience I had moving forward if you ever have an issue and want to resolve it I would ask for higher up management which would be the general manager Mike or if it s a service problem I would asked to speak to Lance and see if you guys can come up with an agreement. They were very kind and helpful after they were aware of the situation

Although the parts were back-ordered for a couple of months, when they arrived, the service team did a great job getting my vehicle in promptly for repairs. They even came to my work place to get the vehicle and returned it when the repairs were finished! Thanks guys!

My review is based on the body shop experience I had - so I'm not sure how it will reflect on the sales team if at all. In the beginning of August, I had an accident which was at the total fault of the other driver, so her insurance company had me use this body shop. I brought it in, they took photos, told me they were really busy but would give me an appointment date as soon as they could, but they were really busy and it would likely be sometime in early September. I didn't hear anything from them, thought maybe they were still busy...and then when "early" September came and went, I thought I would email them to find out what was going on. Turned out that very same day, I had "missed" my appointment - which they never informed me I had. So I got it rescheduled, fine. Then when they did the repair work, I kept getting the run-around on how long it would take. First it was by the end of the week, then it was that the parts didn't come in, then it was some part didn't fit...and all this time, at the beginning they had told me all the parts were there and ready for my vehicle. THEN when I finally get my car back well after the projected date, there were mystery scratches and dents in it. In the end, they took care of it and I didn't pay for anything since no portion of it was my fault - but, still. I would go anywhere else for body work before going here again.

We love Valley. Steve is the best at selling vehicles. We love the Enclaves. Dewayne is my favorite and always takes excellent care in the service area. Everyone is always friendly and gives me a nice greeting as I wait for my vehicle.

Went in to look at cars and Chad Paehlke did an awesome job. He listened to what i wanted in a car and how much i wanted to spend. Him and his team made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me so that I understood. Would recommend to anyone who needed a new car. Thanks Chad!!!!

STAY AWAY - Watch out for the BAIT and SWITCH, they gave us a range on our trade in before driving 3 hours and then offered us $8,000 less than the lowest end of the range for our trade in, that is in good condition. That was after us sitting there for close to an hour and half. When asked why the difference, the sales manager coward wouldn't answer why. I guess they figured we would be committed after a 6 hr round trip drive....NOPE!

Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and Al was very helpful. I was extremely happy to get my car back before expected and it was cleaned! I will definitely get my next car there when I need one! The people are great!

We were on our way through town from the Twin Cities to South Dakota on a Saturday. Our Honda van had a flat tire! Lance in the service department took care of it...although they were extremely busy! Much appreciated and great service!

I want to say Thank You to the Valley dealership in Hutchinson and specifically Lance and the service department. We recently had work done on our Equinox and the final amount owed was close to $1,900.00. Lance went above and beyond to find a way to at least get $500.00 covered by GM. This morning I received a call from Heather, letting me know that GM has now covered the fix under warranty and I'll be getting a check back from them for $1,300. Wow, what a nice call to get on a Monday morning. Valley you did an outstanding job keeping this customer happy. Thank You!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Al in the body shop worked hard to make everything about my truck look brand new again. It is good to know when something like an accident happens there are people like him that will make everything return back to normal as quick as possible.

Kind of a disappointment. Went in there Friday discussing a truck we were interested in, and was told we would hear back on Monday regarding what all would be done to the truck. Monday came and we were told we had to wait until WEDNESDAY because the GM is the only one who does the deals and the sales guy was off Tuesday. The day comes for us to go check out the truck and my boyfriend had to call to confirm out appointment time, and the sales guy told him that someone just purchased it had been drove off the lot! Honestly, we had waited and was showing extreme interest just for us to get slapped in the face with that. We were looking for TWO vehicles and now they will not get my service at all!

Friendly helpful staff, they were able to help me get everything going on the vehicle I bought they were informative about the process and didn't sugar coat or pursued me to take anything extra. They just gave me the details and let me decide what I thought would suit me and my needs. I would suggest anyone in the area to give them a shot, they will try and work a deal that is suitable for all parties.

I went last Friday 4/16/2021 to get my oil changed. The Service Supervisor was very helpful, and professional. The receptionist was thoughtful, also helpful. All in all, a good experience.
