We needed a switch replaced, we made an appointment. They had said they would order the part. We get to the appointment and they say they did not order it, but would adjust the part we had a problem with. They tell us they adjusted it, charged us $$ and sends us on our way. We get down the street and we still have the issue. We call them to tell them that we still have the problem and should not have to pay the money they charged. They tell us they'll work it out, order the part, then he hung up as my husband was still talking. Not very service orientated.I will say, that they resolved the issue. Thank you Valley Sales Chevrolet Service.

Excellent experience here! Bob Suko was our salesperson that was helping us. He was honest, friendly, respectful and patient, which we have found to be rare in the car business. Very impressed with the service, the pricing, and the people. True 5 experience! We would highly recommend Valley Chevrolet Hutchinson to anyone purchasing a vehicle!

No one here is wearing a face mask. If you're concerned about COVID and want to go to a place that takes COVID serisouly, go somewhere else.
