Town and Countey is my favorite tire work and related services shop! They're all about fixing what they can before replacing and safety comes first to them. I've booked appointments with Mike commercially and independently. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! It's a good time of year to kick the old kickers. They run great tire sales, too. Check them out!

Very easy to schedule appointments. The crew is extremely nice and very easy to work with. My car is always clean when I pick it up with a very nice note from the mechanic on the dash. I highly recommend them!

Payed for my laziness by not changing my oil one time. $100 bucks and an hour for an oil change on an impala that takes 5 quarts of oil. I could almost understand that for my diesel, but I'll definitely never be back here for any reason

Everyone who works there is consistently service oriented, listens well to what I was experiencing with my vehicles and delivers on their promises. Top notch customer service. Even received a little treat after oil changes.

Thanks Mike and Crew for the fantastic service as always. You determined that a previous repair failed due to a faulty manufacturers part and quickly replaced the faulty part as warranty work and had me on my way. It is always a pleasure doing business with you. Very professional and courteous.

I waited a week or so to write this but honestly reviews are what make me go to a business in the first place. I needed a alignment for my truck. So I booked an appointment. It was easy and convenient*. when we arrived we where told it would be a little longer than we expected. However we were offered a company car*.So we left and went for breakfast and even got errands done.*When we came back the mechanic was open and honest about his work*.I really like it when they tell you what's going on. The alignment went good and we where billed less than what we were quoted*. Overall our first time experience here was great. The service was excellent.The staff was friendly. I was a Happy customer *****. keep it up!

They are so helpful and friendly. I got a set of tires at a very good price and they found an issue I needed to get fixed. Explained it to me, quoted the price and set up an appointed to get it done. I am very happy with them. Thanks also for the gift they sent in the mail. I highly recommend them.

Superior customer service! We had 4 new tires installed. I also asked about a problem with different vehicle and they took time to look at that and did a quick fix. Great communication.

Came to Hutchinson from out of town to shop and had noticed something wrong with one of my tires. Brought the truck in and found out my tire needed to be replaced. Got a used tire at a great price installed. Great customer service and a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

August 2022 update: still great!I was recommended by two separate individuals to go to town & country. Their name is deceiving, they do much more than tires! I tried them out with a simple oil change and they checked out another issue for me and even vacuumed my truck! Friendly service, clean, and comfortable waiting area. I will be back.

We've done business here for over a year now and have always received great customer service and honest work. Even when manufacture recommendations come up, Mike is open and honest on whether they need to be done or not for our specific vehicle in it's current condition - never pushy for 'extra work'. When miscommunication did occur in ordering tires for our vehicle, they went above and beyond to make it up to us. Finally, for our routine maintenance of oil changes, they vacuum our car and clean the windows, and if little things need switched out (like a light bulb or an air filter) they will do that with no extra labor costs, just the cost for the part. Very convenient and honest - highly recommended!

I needed a tire swap, a simple job but like most auto service you want it done by a mechanic that cares about doing a good job (cause sloppy standards will leave you stranded!). I hadn't been here previously but felt comfortable based on the large number of glowing Google reviews. Upon coming to the shop, getting service etc. everything was extremely positive and friendly, straight forward, very affordable, and really above expectations in most ways. I highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Mike, you are doing a great job of running your business. Before I got to know you, I thought that dealing with tire work was a chore and stressful. You make things run smoothly and your customer service is something that all businesses should recognize and model--thank you!!! I also appreciate the hard work you did on our credit memo. You definitely went way beyond the call of duty on that. I will continue to reward you with a long-term tire relationship moving forward. Keep up the great work!! P.S. I really didn't want to do this review as it would make it harder to get my appointments in your queue. Hah, j/k... you always seem to squeeze the emergencies in as needed and you always seem to get things done quickly... even in today's Covid world. Thanks again!!!

Town & Country Tire seems like an honest shop. Even if it's only a few dollars, the price came in under what was originally quoted. We'll keep them in mind for any future auto repairs on our fleet.

I have nothing but great things to say about Town & Country Tire! I've been in many times over the past six months for oil changes, repairs, and new tires and each time have received exceptional customer service. Mike, the owner, is outstanding. I know very little about cars and he's always been very patient, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend Town & Country!

I needed a tire changed. They were quick, much more reasonably priced than other places we called in town, and they did an excellent job. We even got a cute little note and lollipop from Gary, our mechanic. Would definitely go back.

You guys are perfect!!! I always know after Town & Country works on our cars, our family's vehicles have received the best and most thorough care - they're fixed right by an outstanding knowledgeable and friendly staff led by an extraordinary proprietor in Bob Elliott. I travel 60 miles to have our vehicles serviced by Town & Country and they've been taking care of my family's vehicles for 25 years. Thanks Bob!

I went for a tire change, I ended up with a clean truck, a survey asking how we did and nice thank you note in the mail days later. They even picked up and dropped off my truck!! Absolute BEST SERVICE in the area!!

My wife and I have been using Town & Country Tire for all of our car repair needs. We've found they do good work, honestly at a fair price. They are capable of even highly complicated work -- if they can't do something, they'll tell you. We highly recommend them.

Always the price quoted. Last year the guys looked at the a/c on our camper. They couldn't fix it. There was no charge although they spent time on it. Best of all FREE LOANERS! Thanks Mike

Of all the seemingly dishonest transactions I have encountered this year it was refreshing to walk away feeling that I received exactly what I was promised at the time of sale. Totally up front about my new tires and delivered with good customer service. Truly hope I wasn't the exception!

Gary put 4 new tires on, an oil change and an alignment. Great service, super nice. fast too! definitely recommend him and going here! Even got a lollipop at the end!

Called in and wanted to get my exhaust fixed. We discussed that I wanted about a foot of pipe that had snapped in half to be replaced and weld a new piece in there. He said ok and gave me a estimate of 50$ to fix. I thought awesome brought it in at my appointment time. They fixed the pipe. But not how I wanted it. They took a peice threw it on there and clamped it together. I paid the bill took it home and when I looked under the car and found the Clamps I called in and asked what could be done about it seeing as they didn't do what I asked. I could of done what they did for cheaper I didn't want it to be clamped and all he could say was that I would be charged more money for them to "fix" their mess up. I will never use this Buisness ever again he did not try and fix anything.. worse customer service experience ever

Pull up without appointment got fast courteous polite service although one of my companions what's not so nice. She be more favor than I argued every point I personally that we got a good deal

Reasonable, low price and quality workmanship - what more can you ask for? I was in and out in 20 minutes for $32 on a problem with my TPMS that Walmart couldn't fix after a 3 hour wait. I'll be back to Town & Country.

Great accommodating and friendly service! I was passing through town early in the morning Gary and his staff worked me in to fix a tire leak allowing me to get to my meeting in Marshall on time!

They were very helpful when my truck won't start. They took it in and were able to find the problem and fix it right away. Good service and friendly staff.
