So they advertise they will install a battery if purchased there. However it also depends on there mood if they will. Definitely was frustrated with there lack of abilities

I like that I can order parts by 4pm and have them arrive at my local store the next day. Easy return process as well.

I like the convenience of the place and the prices are competitive. The staff for the most part is very helpful and knowledgeable if you go at the right times.

A big thank you to the guys at O Reilly s in Hutchinson, MN. Yesterday I had a belt break in the work car I was driving and although they couldn t replace it they had the belt and lined me up with a great service place to have it fixed. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their help was so appreciated!

Can't get online discount and pick up parts in store, to get discount must ship to your house, well that works terrible if need part that day. Need to give online discount with in store pick up. So price could be better but service was very good in store.

Barryman and Spark plugs!!! Love the WIX filters!!! I come here for all my auto supplies. I go to NAPA for all my commercial vehicle supplies.

Adam is a great friend and a wonderful guy that works here. I would always ask him for stuff for the Hyundai minivan I used to have since Napa kept getting it wrong. He never got it wrong and I should've come here in the first place.

I have used this store for many parts over the years, It was o.k, Now running a company and i needed parts, I told them EXACTLY what they asked and then some and not only got the wrong parts but they told me they guarantee these where the parts i needed. Working on the vehicle after hours and this stuff happens. It isn't the first time it's happened either. It is time to Educate your Employees. NAPA will have my business from now on.

Usually pretty good, most employees know their stuff, the larger fella with the neck beard is terrible though, dude just has zero interest in helping anyone or working there. I ask for someone else

RUDE! DO not stand behind there products. Bought a starter that does not disengage when started. They would not warranty saying it was a problem with my wiring. Tested the wiring and ignition is working as should.

Alejandro is a great parts specialist and a certified auto tech who is always willing to help! The entire oriellys team here in hutch are A1 great service!!
