Dustin is very rude and does not know how to treat customers! The other guy behind counter can't remember the year of your car after telling him 3 times! Seems like all they want to do is sit behind counter amd play on their phones! Cat is the only good thing about the store!

Recommend never buying anything here, owner is extremely rude and if you question the horrible service he will threaten to throw your warranty tool out across the street and tell you you're never allowed in the store again.

Stopped in for some backglass clips and was helped by a guy named Mike. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had me out of there quickly. Good service and good products.

Always excellent and top notch service. The only good auto parts store in Hutchinson when O'Reily's sells lower quality products and Auto Value/Forbes has seen better days. My number one stop for auto parts.

There is absolutely no excuse for the behavior of the staff at this establishment. The owner and numerous other staff are inhospitable and rude. They threatened to remove me from the store and did not honor my Ridgewater College Warrior discount.

Get wrong parts costs a day plus for me now cant get my cash back cause to lazy to get money only 75 miles each way I get come back later. What the customer service is that. I'd be outa busines for that crud.
