Bought my pretty baby, 2020 Jeep Renegade, its great for all my needs. Jay Malone stands by their sales, I can attest personally in that. Truly,. I appreciate that. Great experience! I ve been in the market for a new car for a while and have been to multiple dealers. I was greeted with friendly faces and hospitality. Jake has been great to work with! I had so many questions and he took the time to listen and answer all of them with expertise. I won t be going anywhere else for a car!

I had bought a 10 year old Grand Cherokee from a different dealer in the cities. 3 months later, the check engine light came on and there was metal in the oil. Nellie made this whole hassle as stress free as it could be, and was great about communication during the long process of replacing a motor. She handled payment with the 3rd party warranty company too, which can always be a headache. When I finally got my jeep back, it was cleaner than the day I bought it and even had a full tank of gas! Nellie was great to work with!

A big thank you to Jay Malone Motors and staff! What a great place to buy a vehicle! Their motto is they are your Dealer for Life and they mean it! It is obvious with the wonderful and knowledgeable staff that they have. I would highly recommend the dealership for all your vehicle needs whether it's buying a vehicle, needing service or body work. They are a top-notch dealership!

Bought a truck from these guys and not even seconds after driving it off the lot the check engine light comes on and the ac/heat started a clicking noise that wouldn t stop. I have taken it in to these guys while under warranty on three separate occasions over the past six months and they never fixed it. Now they want to charge me to look over it again and maybe they ll be able to fix it. I m sorry but I ve taken this truck to you guys to fix it, three times now and you want me to try a fourth? It s over a hour drive and for you to never fix the problem, I ll be going elsewhere.

Worst car buying experience ever. Was given a short list of vehicles that they could finance and was only allowed to sit in one vehicle and was not allowed to test drive a vehicle I was allowed to sit in. I have never heard of any car dealership not allowing a potential car buyer to test drive a vehicle. I would never spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle that I can't test drive. Salesman was also trying to push one vehicle that he knew we weren't interested in it all and I prefilled a credit app online and still had to fill one out at the dealership. A total letdown. Would not recommend anybody buy a vehicle at the dealership.Got a response from the dealership and they said that I only have a certain budget.I my budget was the starting point I could go up higher. They never even mentioned to me the Ford edge titanium that I sat in salesman said we could not take that for a test drive. Yeah At no point were we asked if we wanted to test drive on the vehicles we were wanting to look at.It felt as the salesman Robert was not wanting to work with us or the GM. But it is by far the worst car buying experience I've ever experienced.

Just got a new car and it was the easiest thing we have ever done! Working with Ben was the best choice we made. He found us exactly what we wanted and made the process so smooth. He gave Us options,gave his opinion on what he thought would be the best fit, and then let us go from there. He answered our questions and just made it an enjoyable experience overall! We are now life-long customers! When we are ready to get a second vehicle, Ben is our person! Would recommend this place and Ben to anyone looking to get a vehicle!

After loosing our 2017 Durango to an accident, Ben helped us get into our 2020 Ford Explore and always with the mind set of what was needed for our family of 5. I had the best experience here recently. We purchased a new Jeep with the help of Nick, TJ and Jay. What an awesome team. The service was 2nd to none from beginning to end. Simply put, when Jay says he's your dealer for life, he goes out of his way to make it happen. Bob Weiner was my salesman, he did an outstanding job making my purchase happen. This will be my second new vehicle purchase but the first from Jay Malone and I'm here to stay. Friends and Family will be getting my recommendation!
