Wow! Talk about going above and beyond. Wanted to try a smaller local auto body so I gave them a shot. I brought my suv in for an oil change and full check as I was told I might need some big repairs by my previous auto body. Turns out, it is running fine and doesn't require anything at this time. On top of that, they gave my car a nice cleaning with a wash and interior detail. Plus, they gave me a car as a loaner for the day so I could be productive at my home office. All for the same price as an oil change as my old spot. I was very impressed to say the least. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks North Country!

Had our Grand Prix water pump replaced. Asked them to review if any additional services were needed while the vehicle was in the shop.They thoughly inspected it and noted that the water pump was all that was really needed.No trying to do unnecessary work, a fair price, and a quick turnaround .We have used North Country for years and highly recommend them. They are fair and honest people who provide high-quality workmanship.

Tried to utilize North Country rather than take our vehicle to a large chain shop. Had a van sitting here for over 2 months. Was told every different story as to why it wasn t completed. Then, was told the unit would be done the following week. 3 weeks later and still nothing. We decided to pull the truck from the shop and Mark states this would be a financial loss. Bare minimum work done and yet there are 25 labor hours being billed. Will post the bill once it s received and share the before photos I took, and after photos. As a small business owner, I HIGHLY recommend NOT taking a vehicle for body repair to this location.

Our dealership indicated that a brake job was needed on my vehicle, to the tune of $600. North Country quoted us the same brake job for considerable less cost. When North Country discovered that my vehicle did not need brakes, or even new pads, they called and told us, and did not just replace them. I am so grateful for their honesty! Trust is earned, and they have earned it! To top that off, they even detailed my car and it looked like new. Thanks and much appreciation to North Country and their team!!

North Country Auto is the place to go when you need automotive help! After our last snowfall my husbands splash guard was bent when driving over some big chunks of ice/snow while backing out to go to work. It was scrapping the road and was not safe! I called North Country Auto and they were able to fit my car into their schedule within 30 mins and fixed the splash guard without having to replace it! I appreciate that they took the time to fix the issue rather than insist I need to buy a new piece. They have your safety and budget in mind! I will absolutely return to North Country Auto for my next automotive need and will recommend them again and again! Thank you!

These guys are the best! I got a free loaner car for 4 days and, when I got my car back, I noticed they took the effort to clean up my 5 year old's garbage on the floor, washed my floor matts and boxed up whatever had gotten under my seats!Perhaps they did that because I didn't complain about Honda asking them to get someone to calibrate my passenger side camera for $800!And, yes-- of course, they fixed up my car quickly and professionally.

Super helpful and friendly. North County did a fantastic job and my vehicle was cleaner then when I dropped it off. I would definitely recommend North County to anyone.

I hit a deer and they took my car in immediately, offered me a loaner as I didn't have renters insurance. Had my car done with in two weeks. It looks brand new. My car was also detailed inside and it was like a brand new car. Highly recommend!

Service is above and beyond. Brought on for an oil change and the car came back spotless when I picked it up. Very reasonable prices and the staff is very helpful. Only place I bring my cars. Highly recommend.

I won't go anywhere else. North Country has consistently gone above and beyond to help me from fixing a dinged bumper to saving my car from being totaled, to giving me information I can take back to the dealer to prove there is an issue, to normal tune ups and oil changes. They are the best repair shop I've ever worked with. 11+ would recommend.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Oil change

Shattered the rear window and gouged a huge dent in the roof of my Ram 3500. Took it to North Country, and boy, did they do a nice job. Can't tell there was ever any damage. I'm really impressed with the work they did and the outcome for me.Also need to mention how customer service oriented they were. In every way, they wanted me to be satisfied, and I am. We sent our Honda in on a flatbed expecting thousands of dollars in mechanical repairs. We got a call an hour and a half later saying it was fixed and for only $150 on the day before Thanksgiving! I have brought multiple vehicles here over the years and recommend them to everyone I can. They have impressed me every time I've brought my cars to their shop.

Had body work done after an accident. They worked directly with my insurance. Then a month later had a water pump and belt replaced. Both repairs were more than satisfactory. I say this because they not only did repair but also cleaned my car inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised. And they gave me a ride home when my car was disabled. This place was beyond fabulous. Everyone was great to talk with and the work was fantastic! The bonus return of a super clean car was impressive. I can t get it that clean when I do it myself. I ve always used the Honda Dealership prior. I could never get in for weeks. Just for them to inspect my car after an accident was a 6 week wait. I m glad I called around And spoke to Steve who looked at my car the SAME day. The work was completely in a couple days. Their shop I m impressed me so much there was no question that I would go back. I called to get an overall inspection and got in a day or two later. They looked my car over, wrote out specific details for where every was at with my car. All I needed was an air filter and my car was ready the next day-which was cleaned again. I never felt like they would tell me I would need more parts or work, than was honestly needed. I truly feel I can trust them with my car and get true feedback. They have earned a new customer and will be recommended to everyone who is looking to get body or mechanical work done. I worked with Bruce and he was really accommodating. He got me in on short notice for a used car inspection. Once he found something he waited and called me before doing anymore work on it (ie he didn't go ahead and charge me later for something I might not have wanted or needed). I used them when someone rear ended my vehicle. The process from beginning to end was smooth. They had my vehicle in the shop in a timely matter and back to me when promised. I was always able to reach a live person if I needed to call for anything! This is huge in customer service! When I picked my vehicle up, the owner himself made it a point to come and speak to me. He made sure I was happy with my repairs, told me if I noticed anything after leaving I was not happy with they would be more then willing to fix it and thanked me for staying local. Third time we've used them to repair collision damage, all three times we've been very pleased. They do great work and are very professional. They also kept me well informed throughout the process. North country repaired my vehicle after it was stolen, vandalized and recovered. They got all the broken parts replaced, got it running perfectly and fixed all cosmetic damage - then returned it to me sparkling clean. Great service and Steve was so easy to work with!

From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car, North Country and its employees were professional, thorough and very pleasant to deal with. They had my car finished earlier than expected, even though they were short-handed! To my surprise they even cleaned it inside and out which I truly did not expect. Friendly, knowledge, thorough and trustworthy - everything you could ask for in an auto mechanic. Great communication with regards to what needs done vs. what can wait, and for how long. My wife and I have always been happy with the service we've received and use North Country as our go-to for car maintenance and repairs. Would recommend.

When adversity happens that is when you find out what kind of company you are dealing with. North Country is a quality group led by Galen, Steve and Ben. They delivered a quality repair with great communication and when I had a issue with the car after I picked it up they went above and beyond and made sure that everything was correct.North country is a great place to take your car!Thanks for all of your hard work to get me back on the road!

North Country took care of my car as quickly as they could and were so pleasant about it. There are delays getting parts everywhere, but these guys were so kind and let me know what what going on. They did such a great job fixing my deer accident repairs, I would use them again, (hopefully not needed) and I recommend them to all my favorite peeps!!Service: Body & Trim

The best! Brought my truck back to new after a deer hit me. Highly recommend this place can't find service like this anymore. PS. I hate to give up my favorite oil change spot. But forget about Jiffy Lube and Quick lube and go there!! You will be very happy with the results!

Awesome shop. I hit a deer with my truck last fall, and parts were on crazy backorder due to Covid. The staff kept me in the loop on when parts were coming in, and I was able to use a very capable loaner car for 2+ Months. It wasn t fancy but it had heated seats and never broke down. The work they performed was pristine. Truck looked good as new. They also detailed the interior and even touched up my paint while we waited for parts. Will be returning for any and all auto needs going forward, five star highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim
