I went to pick up my son's car, and my ride noticed his tire was very low. We asked if they would fill his tire & they accommodated no charge.

Been going here for car needs since 2013. However New the new owners that took over this year. I Wouldn t recommend.Diagnosed my car when I had heater issues and over charged me for the repairs. THEN few days later figured out they didn t fix the issue and mis diagnosed me. When I asked to get a refund/take my car back and re -repair it for free (since they messed up!) they said I would need to pay out of pocket because now there is a new issue.Ended up taking it to different auto shop in WBL who diagnosed correctly and they fixed my problems and a low cost!

I love this place!!! Very nice people and they are quick at fixing cars. I brought my sebring in for them to fix my window track, it was done in hours and at an affordable cost. They are short on mechanics and it shows on the quantity of their workMatt is the only tech and has aa trainee. Matt has to run from carto car and sometimes has the trainee has tofinish the repairs and diagnostic procedures. Unfortunately things are over looked which ends up as incorrectdiagnosis and you end up being charged for the incorrect repairsI have been using Key for 3 yeanrs.I have never had any problems untilThis year when they were shot staffed.My vehicle has been in there going on2 weeks. The current issue is a misdiagnosed battery draw..LY.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have been using Key Auto for awhile and feel that they are 100% honest and fair. Whether it is a simple oil change or tricky diagnostics, they always come through. It is so nice to be known by name and treated like family. Even after we moved farther away from the shop, we still go back for the amazing service. We will continue to recommend them to family and friends!

I had a great experience with key automotive! I brought my Silverado in to have them replace my front struts and an oil pressure sending unit. From quote to completion the service was exceptional. Steve has an encyclopedia of vehicle knowledge stored in his head and cares about his customers. Honest vehicle repair at a fair price!

I would not take my vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE. They came highly recommended by a close friend A few years ago. From repair work, to new tires to oil changes, they do it ALL. Timley, trustworthy, thorough are a couple keywords that come to mind. Thank you for helping me with all my car needs. Grateful customer.

Everybody needs a mechanic that's honest and trustworthy, and in today's day and age that's almost impossible to find!So just thank the Lord that Steve at Key Automotive is such a mechanic that will take care of your car and you with the kind of dignity you will not easily find anywhere else.

Every experience is the same --- honest, practical, economical, and the work they do is solid. I can send my kids in with their cars knowing they won't be taken advantage of by Steve and his staff, they'll get what they need and get good advice.

Auto repair professionals you can trust! I've used Key Auto for years....always treat me fair, use the best parts and provide excellent service. I highly recommend Key Auto if you want it done right.

Purchased a Deka Battery 1/17 and it s dead today , called the manufacturer and they said there s a 2 year warranty on the battery. So I called the Key Automotive where I purchased the battery and they cannot help me because they don t keep tabs of any records unless you have a business account , just a joke and they are local. Sucks I have to go to forest lake to Napa or Autozone for 2018 record keeping. So my advice is Key Automotive May be close to where you live but if you lose your Receipt good luck to you.

I had a hard time describing the part I needed. I was not sure what system it was a part of. The sales person had a tech look at it and got me the correct part.
