Chad and his team at Automotive Reflections are simply amazing. They were timely, communicative, affordable, and did an amazing job on my vehicle. Not only did they fix the outside damage but also took the time to clean the inside and left a little goodie bag. 10/10 would recommend and will go go here for future repairs!

Absolutely amazing service! I took my 2009 Sierra there a bit ago and they were extremely professional and were able to accommodate me when I was dealing with my insurance agency and when it came to dealing dealing with the insurance agency they were on my side the whole time. I now live in St. Cloud and willing to make an hour plus drive to get to them for an estimate and have them do the work. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle!

Chad & Ann knocked it out the f'n park with my car!! I'm super picky and have lots of requests (truly I can be a pain at times) and it was amazing dealing with them! Some idiot that works at the forest lake autozone had backed into the front of my car and messed a few things up. I brought it into them (Automotive Reflections) and Ann made it seemless to work with the insurance companies. Once I dropped it off, I talked to Chad to see since its there, if they can address some other things (for which I paid out of pocket). Between them 2 they absolutely did an amazing job. I couldn't be much happier!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop! Not only did they complete the work amazingly and under budget, but they cleaned and detailed my whole car for no extra charge. And, cherry on top, they left a thank you gift of candy in my center console. They had incredible customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

I ve had work done on two different vehicles on two separate occasions and both experiences were excellent. They did great work and were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative through the process. I wouldn t hesitate to go here again.

Chad and Ann took care of my pain in the butt insurance company! Got my truck repaired, and repaired correctly. Looks like new! After I picked it up from them drove it pulling my camper 150 miles and didn t miss a beat. 10/10 recommend them. Automotive Reflections did an excellent job on my wifes Lincoln MKX. Chad, Ann and Marissa were so helpfull. Going above and beyond what most body shops do. The quality of work is excellent and their customer service is top notch. Had an awesome experience with this company. I hit a deer with my '17 F350; they restored it to better than factory condition along with some other repairs to paint chips and bedliner applied to the bottoms of the doors and bedsite. Their paint work is exceptional, and were able to blend into my factory color really well. Further, they were extremely communicative throughout the process, worked with my (difficult) insurance company and were extremely professional throughout the repair.I highly recommend them. And, I enjoy supporting at a husband-and-wife business as they truly care about customer service and quality of their work.

I was rear-ended in my vehicle a couple of weeks ago, and just got my vehicle back from Automotive Reflections. From the moment I walked in to get an estimate until my vehicle was repaired they were fantastic! Chad and Ann are super people and always kept me updated on what was happening and what to expect. The WOW factor was when I picked up the vehicle. Excellent job on the work performed, the exterior was super clean, and the interior was even cleaned, and they didn't have to do anything on the inside. Great customer experience! Thank you!

Chad and his team of guys are truly masterful. Very fast service (they worked on several dents on my car), the paint match is *perfect*, and they helped with all the insurance hoopla. I would recommend Automotive Reflections to anyone I know. Definitely A+ service. Thanks!

Very satisfied with the repairs as well as the customer service! Ann was so easy to work with.As an unexpected plus, the interior was cleaned up so nicely and they even left a little bag of treats!I would definitely come here again and highly recommend.I just hope there's not a NEED to come here again, any time soon!Service: Body & Trim

Dropped our horse trailer off to be remodeled in November with the expectation that it would be finished no later than May the following year. They didn't even start working on the project until 8 weeks prior to the deadline. We spent two hours going over every detail of the project when we dropped it off and were given a quote for the remodel project which sat between $13,000 to $15,000. After following up two and three months later to see how the project was going, we soon found out that nothing had been touched and there was nothing written down about our 2-hour conversation on what the details of the project actually were. We got a surprise bill at the very end after the project was already over 6 weeks late and $10,000 over budget. We were told "it was more work than what we expected" and "we've never done a remodel like this before". There was nothing accomplished that was not discussed during our original conversation. The roof was never sealed and ended up flooding our trailer the first time it rained which damaged our electrical equipment inside. Furthermore, over the past year we've had multiple things that we have had to fix and be repaire due to lack of craftsmanship. Only to pull it out of winter storage to see that the paint has already rusted through after being completely cleaned and kept out of the winter elements. After speaking with the shop, they will not hold any accountability for the rusty paint and say that we should pay more money to get it redone once again. We will never ever return to this shop and never ever recommend it to anyone looking for professional work. If the project was not to your experience level, that should have been the end of the discussion. Not a $24,000 experiment out of our pocket.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

I am new at this and haven't experienced bringing my car to a shop and exploring for options "adulting" you could say! I had done some research prior to making a decision to how and what to do with my car and how I was going to get it repair from being worried about payment , rental car too insurance ! Ann made it soo relaxing and I had such a wonderful experience right when I walked in there today at 8am as I was so nervous about everything! She made the whole process smooth and even took time to drive me to get a loaner car !! They also have a rental car service and pay for it while you get your car fixed .. also very helpful as I was worried but she made it such a calming experience and it was so quick ! I haven't even got my car done yet but i know it's going to turn out fantastic and look brand new again!! I just was so relieved and happy today by the costumer service and the home feel environment this local company is !! Not only do they make you feel like family they listen and treat you with kindness !!! Thanks so much for letting me walk out today less stressed and worried !! Wonderful service !! I brought my car into Automotive Reflections to have some work done and was very happy with their work. They have a very friendly staff and I could tell they put extra attention into the details. The final product was near perfection. Thanks guys, really appreciate the work you've done.Highly recommend this shop if you are looking for paint/body work.

I couldn't be more happy with my service from Automotive Reflections! From start to finish they had been there for me and answered all of my questions. The insurance company (not mine, the at fault drivers) was downright frustrating to deal with. They in one sentence would tell me I had a choice in where my work was done, but then would try to railroad me into having the work done at their 3.5 star body shop. Automotive Reflections stepped between me and the insurance and handled it all! The car looks great! And the service was 5 stars all around!

I was very impressed with Automotive Reflections. They are family owned and operated, and was happy to support their business. I recently had them repair a couple areas on my vehicle and came out like new again. I will be a returning to Automotive Reflection next time I need auto body work.

I just picked up my Silverado from Automotive Reflections and it looks as good as it did the day I got it. I'm not the best person when it comes to dealing with insurance company's, but they took care of everything and made sure that I got real Chevy parts and not after market. They have earned a sixth start from me for the job they did from start to finish. Thank You!

Chad and Ann are very professional, their prices are exceptionally reasonable and they always go above and beyond for their customers. Chad has fixed a few spots of rust on my vehicle over the years. The rust never returns and my vehicle always looks great. Thank you for all you do!

Honest shop and excellent work. Repaired a problem caused by a competitor and fixed it the right way. Despite extra time required, stuck to estimate. Very pleased and highly recommended.
