These guys are great. They know what they're doing, always provide great service, and never take advantage of their customers. The wife and I don't know much about cars, and they always explain what needs done and why it needs done. They never push extra service on us and they warn us of upcoming maintenance. They've even taken care of small issues for no charge. I'll go here every time I need anything done.

Scott was very knowledgeable and helped me make a great decision on the purchase of my new tires. The tires are responsive and quiet exactly what I wanted and couldn t be more please. Competitively prices. I waited for the installation and they worked hard to get my vehicle done and out the door. Great customer service. I m very pleased with this company and their staff. Top notch professional service for your car. We brought our Sonata in for servicing and they were fast, efficient and honest. The described the few problems and offered to repair at a reasonable rate. A few things can wait so there was no pressure to have it done now. I ll definitely take our cars back here to Youngstedts Tire and Auto for service.

I have taken our vehicles to Youngstedts Hopkins for the past five years, always pleased with the level of service. Scott & Alex are great to work with. Recently purchased new Goodyear tires for the 4Runner. Received a $75 Visa from Goodyear and another $50 from Youngstedts.

Got me in without an appointment on a Sat. Called me once they looked over the vehicle and recommended a couple extra things. They finished it up same day in great time.

They were able to patch a tire for me within two hours from when I called, which was very fast and convenient. However, they damaged my rim and put the tire on backwards. They are good in a pinch but could improve their quality/attention to detail.Service: TiresService: Tires

I've trusted Youngsted's since I started going there in the mid-80's for tire service, engine oil changes and more. It is 2023 and I'll continue to go back. The owner is incredible, the Manager is great too! And it's conveniently located next door to Caliber Collision where my son works so I can visit him while my vehicle is being repaired or tires installed or whatever the service is Im having them do at the time.The location is extremely convenient.Loads of parking available.Very Friendly Staff.And a nice lounge area for your convenience too!Service: Tires

I drive an E-350 Ford Van. I had been chasing a grinding sound for months. I had thought I spun it down the the wheel bearings. Had them inspect the bearings while replacing tires. Wheel bearings checked good. Driving down the road I could still hear that sound! About a week later, I went back and they put their top mechanic on it and it ended up being a faulty emergency brake. That was replaced and fixed at a very reasonable price. What do I take out of this? This is an honest business! LADIES, do not be afraid to take your vehicle here! Second time we have used them for tires in a year. They were super helpful and friendly getting us in, made sure we had all the rebates we qualified for and were very helpful in choosing a new tire. They ran a little behind on when it was supposed to be picked up but that wasn't a huge deal. I would recommend them. Good people.

These guys do an amazing job every time! I've been going to this Youngstedts location for 20 years, and I've never had an issue with any of their work. Friendly, fair and fast. I got a brake inspection and they gave me options and didn't push me to a full replacement. I will bring my vehicle back when it is time for the replacement.

Went in to have tires checked due to a few days of low pressure and they were very good to me. Didn t try to talk me into new tires, I actually talked myself into it and he even made sure I knew it wasn t immediately necessary, so I didn t feel pressured or stupid (which I do so often at some shops).They did a great job, fast. I have used Youngstedts to service 6 different cars and SUV's over the past 8 years and could not be happier. Foremost, they stand behind their work. All of their people are excellent. Youngstedts are the best mechanics in the world!They handled my general maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, and winter check in an efficient manner. When my heating system broke last week, they found the problem right away and installed a new blower motor; no freezing car! Since my Honda is older, they also alerted me to some expensive repairs coming within the year. We are blessed to have not only skilled work and honest estimates, but pointers so I can plan ahead! You can rely on them to inspect the vehicle, find the problem, and offer sensible choices and costs before any work is done. They are honest, experienced, and do an amazing job on everything from maintenance to the most technical and digital repairs. I mostly book appointments, but they have always been there when I needed them most. Youngstedts helped solve a problem another vendor worked on multiple times and couldn't get it resolved. Will be going to Youngstedts for most of my needs from now on as the techs here seem to know what they are doing, they're honest and prices come down to the whole "you get what you paid for" service. Most of the prices are competitive and for what is a little bit more deserves to be as they seem to know what they're doing. A new customer for sure!Service: Tires

I've been loyal to Youngstedts (Eau Claire) for years, but I've since moved to the cities area. Called this location and got a same day appointment for my oil change! They got me in and out quickly and were very friendly! Clean office area with a really nice waiting room with a full coffee bar and plenty of magazines. I will be coming to this location again!Service: Oil change

Scott Tuttle over at Youngstedts has consistently done an exceptional job for us. He gets all of our vehicles ready each spring and winter. He also manages the surprise repairs on the spot. I took my car to get an oil change and ended up needing some other work done (oil cooler as well as a starter). The guys here were quick to get the work done, worked with me to make it a bit more affordable, and let me borrow a company truck so I didn't have the added expense of having to rent a car. They kept me updated throughout the process and were always professional.

I have been going to Youngstedts since 1979. They are always friendly and always treated me well. Any problem I have had they properly diagnosed it and repaired it. If there was ever a problem they took care of it no question asked. I also buy all my tire from Youngstedts and have never had a problem. Took my car in as it was rumbling on start up. They said I would need new spark plugs, so I went through with it. My car died in a parking lot 2 days later (would have been 1, but I didn't drive it in between the 2). They then replaced the coils connecting to the spark plugs and my car now runs, but has the original rumbling issue on start up with no change.Took this into a different shop to find out the issue, and they quoted a much smaller amount for the work done and have done a great job explaining things out about how and why they are doing it.If you would like to pay 800 to have your car serviced without any real explanation of why it needs the work and then returned in its original state, I highly recommend this place.

We have been taking our cars to Youngstedt's for over a decade. Great service, great people, reasonable prices. I've always appreciated that they tell you if something has to be done right away or can wait, and how long. This latest visit we worked with Cory at the Hopkins location. He was very helpful and fit my husband in quickly to get him back on the road (he drives for a living). Thank you!

I have been to Youngstedts for 3 sevices at 3 of their locations. Recently they squeezed me in on short notice when my daughters tire picked up a nail and had her baby with her.
