What a great find! Tommy and his team did a great job fixing my Audi Q5 for a reasonable price! Added bonus: the whole team was super friendly and nice. They delivered what they said they would, in the time they said they would, for the price they said they would--wow! I hope I never need their services again, :), But if I do, I won't hesitate to call them again!

I have driven BMW and Audi for years, I used several other shops before finding Tommy's Garage a few years ago. Tommy is the best repair shop I've used in Minneapolis. Combination of great work, customer service and reasonable prices.If you drive a German Auto this is the place to go !

These guys are amazing. My BMW was not drivable. BMW of Minnetonka ripped me off and did nothing. But these guys after a month of an effort fixed the fault and made it running again. Highly recommended

The shop replaced my 2014 Chevy Silverado Z71 rear bumper. Not their specialty, but was installed professionally and at a very competitive cost. A small garage, but excellent service!

You won't find better mechanics in town. This shop reminds me if how it was when I grew up. Quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, will indulge the occasional quirky request. They even help you plan, make recommendations, and get ahead of your maintenance so there's less chance of surprise expenses. They're busy, so plan ahead. Well worth the wait if you love your car and want peace of mind driving it!

Tommy's does great work. They are honest, fair and very knowledgeable. I high recommend this garage for repairs and/or standard maintenance. These guys are great. It's the only place I'm taking my Audi. Thanks fellas! Keep up the great work.

Anton and Tom are two of the most knowledgeable, fair and polite auto repair mechanics for German vehicles in the Twin Cities area. I was fortunate enough to find them through a mutual friend and used to take my Audi for all its maintenance and repair needs to them. I no longer live in the Twin Cities and miss having a trusted garage like Tommy's in my current city. I took my E 500 Mercedes-Benz to Tommy's Garage to fix its hydro-pneumatic suspension that was leaking air. These folks did a fine job at a reasonable price. Staff seems to be extremely well trained and experienced, as they do a lot of sophisticated work on high-end German cars. Parking is tight there, the result of a small lot and a good reputation. I highly recommend this place.

Had a good phone conversation with Anton, so I decided to take my Porsche 911 there for a transmission service. They also replaced a changeover valve. Very knowledgeable, and just a nice experience. Tommy's Garage consists of a superior team of former Audi Dealership mechanics, some of whom have over 15 years of experience.They are friendly, patient, professional and they take the time to explain your auto's issue so you understand your car better walking out than you did going in.As an Audi owner, I feel lucky to have been introduced to them and I look forward to having my car maintained with them for years to come.Absolutely love these guys!

Tommy's Garage hands down has the best customer service I have ever experienced! When my battery died they walked down to my car a few houses down to charge it, always give me their honest opinion and never sell me on anything. I trust them with my car and they are always on time

Bought a 2000 Audi S4 that had many leaks coming from multiple places. Tommy and his guys got everything addressed in a timely manner. I will not bring the car to anyone else. Very satisfied and will recommend anyone that has any type of car especially European because these guys know what they are doing.

Great guys to work with. Know their stuff. Have handled several repairs for us. Though we were in for very costly repairs and they found the problem right away and both were easy fixes. One was electrical problems on a Chrysler Sedan that the dealer couldn't look at for a week. They got us right in and discovered some blown fuses. The second was a Lexus that had a loud exhaust. Thought we were in for a replacement but they were able to weld it. Thanks guys!UPDATE 5/1/19: Still doing a great job! Daughters car needed a new alternator, and they were able to squeeze us in, and get her back on the road, for a very reasonable price!Carl Corneliuson

Replaced engine oil filter housing on BMW X5. 12 months later BMW dealership notified me that it had been leaking again for a while and i needed to replace the gasket and drive belts due to oil leaking on them for some time. I left 2 messages that were not returned to Tommy's garage letting them to discuss the problem and ask them to stand behind their work as it was just over the 12-month warranty, but less than 12,000 mile warranty. This is something that should last at least 75,000 (original lasted >100K). I finally received a call back after posting a negative review (could be coincidence). Tommy said he would take care of it and provide me with a loaner the following Friday. I said I would call on Thursday to confirm if the loaner would be available Thursday night or if I should drop the car off on Friday. Once again I never received a call back or confirmation after two calls. Nothing, but disappointment. Looks like I'll be taking it back to BMW.

Work is done well and they don't try to scam you into things you don't need. Fair prices and super nice staff. They get to know you; you're more than just a dollar sign at Tommy's Garage. No doubt five stars!!!

A former Audi dealership mechanic that started his own shop so he knows his stuff. He does a lot of work for our shop but he also does my personal work. His rates are very competitive make sure to check him out.

Wow! All I can say is I am beyond impressed with the feedback and service of this shop. It is obvious that they invest the time to tackle the issue. I was treated with patience and never once felt pushed on a sale. I am so appreciative of the customer service and will definitely go back for future repairs!
