I ve been getting all my car work done at Spielmanns Bp since I got my first car when I was a freshman in high school which is over 15 years ago. I ve never once dealt with a single issue, they are true professionals and really know what they re doing! They are responsive, knowledgeable, honest, fast and affordable! If you are looking for top notch customer service and quality I would definitely recommend you go to Spielmanns Bp for all your car work!

I was very nervous about my tires that take seventy plus pounds of pressure, and Drew explained everything to me. He even checked and filled all my tires for me and gave me recommended pressures.I'm very surprised a different pressure setting would make such a difference, but I can already tell the ride is better.Definitely professionals here.

Have been getting vehicles fixed here for years. Always to a great job for a fair price. Everyone who works at the station is really friendly. Will continue to bring them my business.

We have taken our vehicles here for as long as I can remember. The whole staff is knowledgeable, respectful and fun -- and the pricing is fair. What a gift this place is to our family, and our community.

We take all our vehicles to Speilmans! They have really good communication and my husband can usually talk directly to the mechanic about the issue. They always do a good job and have good, fair pricing. Definitely worth checking out! This shop has a very small town feel!

This is my first and only choice for gas, car wash, snacks and fun conversation and laughs with Robyn, Ted and Torry! The best crew in the Twin Cities!! Thank you guys for always adding a bright spot to my day!! You have a customer for life!!I live uptown and will wait until I get to my favorite BP for gas!! It's worth the drive!!

Good gas, full service re fueling on first lane, family owned, honest and good priced auto shop. Since 1969, they helped soo many people and including me. They don't really advertise so it's a lot of word of mouth. Good place tho, just a old establishment!

I came in with a check engine light issue and sensor problem. After having spent close to $500, the light is still on and the sensor, which cost $40-$80 online, was priced around $300. Tried talking to the owner, who promised a call back. Never heard from him again. Will not return here again. Sad, because used to be a fair and honest place.

Generations of family have used Spielmans for auto care. Friendly, reliable, and honest. Often told, "Don't bother" with estimate, when asked about repair! Most places would just take your money. Had some out of town guests who needed minor but necessary repair over holiday. That's customer service that engenders loyalty.

Jim is by far one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am very grateful for his kindness and willingness to lend help when I ran out of gas and wasn t sure what to do. Thank you again Jim!

I really want no stars! I bought tires there. And had to return them. They were bad. And my truck was making sounds i never heard before. I went to tires plus. Where i should have went back to in the first place.

Love Spielmanns! They repaired my brakes back in April and it was very reasonably priced. Joe was amazing!

staff here are nice however for automatic car washes go i wouldn't recommend this because it leaves behind water spots even with a spot free rinse.
