Levan is an awesome guy. He sold me a 2020 M5 which was fully packed and made me a great deal which was fair. I have been using the car for a month now and even took it to the BMW dealership to get it checked out (just for safety because it is an expensive car and I wanted to make sure it was alright even when running well). I can t complain about the car or any of the service I got at Omega Auto. There are so many shady dealers nowadays and it is hard to find a good one, but Omega Auto is definitely one of those which care about customers service and make sure you get a good car.Thank you!

Levan is absolutely awesome! He was so helpful, went above and beyond in every way to give me the BEST price for a Lexus that looks and drives brand new! Back in February I purchased a 2014 Audi S4 Prestige from Levan. Upon driving home, the cars engine light came on so, I texted Levan (after the business had closed). He took car of the problem immediately after hours and without question! Awesome business these guys are running. Gave me a hell of an already good deal on a 2002 acura rl that's in almost mint condition. I told them I was driving 9.5 hours away to check out the car so they were able to accommodate me with a better deal on the car which I'm in love with! Good guys here! Would recommend to anybody

last Febuary, 2022 I bought a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from Omega Autosales for $30,000 & wasn't notified of the 'Branded Title' even with a printed car fax report which indicated the miles not being recorded on the Odometer. 1 year later, I brought the car to a Suburu dealership for a recall & was notified that the car can't be given the Kelly Blue Book amount & only could be given close to $10,000. Trying to sell on the marketplace online has been impossible as well when the Vin Number is run since it pops up as 'Branded title' on Car Facts. I will be reporting Omega to the Minnesota Business Bureu & would not recommend business here.

I had difficulties finding the right used vehicle - every dealer I toured knew little about cars. I wanted a thorough inspection and honest assessment to the condition and reliability, especially during Minnesota winter. Levan and Andrei were extremely knowledgeable, kind, passionate, and courteous. They waited after hours to ensure I could close. Levan even advised a maintenance plan to ensure my car stays running like new. After 7 months, I can reaffirm it s the best purchase I ve made in my life. I m sure the car would be an extra $2000 elsewhere. Levan even highlighted features I would have never noticed, and have grown to love. I m also glad to support a small business, rather than a corporate dealer. Thank you Omega!

Update:I bought a Lexus RX450H. Brought it into Lexus and they told me the vehicle has hit a deer/accident. Lexus said at auction, the car was flagged as issue. No where in the history report did it say the car was in an accident.Car suddenly stopped working when I was driving. Had to have it towed to Lexus. Now the bill is $5,500 due to previous damages that was not fixed properly.The owner is a pleasure to talk to but I wish there was honesty about the vehicle history. Having to pay an additional $5,000 to fix something that should have been fixed and told about at time of sale is the honest way to do business.Old review:Ignore those two people who put 1 stars. I have bought enough cars in my lifetime to know quality from needs improvement.Omega Autos is a great place to buy a used car. The owner is easy to work with and has great communication. The vehicle I bought is in mint condition and checked all the boxes for me.I would recommend anyone who wants to support a great, honest, and local small business owner! America is built on great honest business like Omega Auto Groups Inc.

The guys at Omega Auto Group are top notch! I purchased a beautiful 2017 Subaru Outback from them at a very reasonable price - they're honest about their cars and I didn't feel like I was being sold to. I had a small issue with one of the windows right after purchasing; they fixed it same-day with no questions asked, and even drove my car back to me so I didn't need to pick it up. There was a terrible rain storm last week and I was so grateful to have a safe, AWD car to get through it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks Omega!

I have now purchased 3 cars from the Omega Auto group. Each and every time the help I received in getting a very high quality car was beyond excellent. ( and I was pretty particular in what was desired ). Not only did they offer good and very knowledgeable advice, they were very friendly, courteous and professional. They went way above the service I have received from any other dealership. They made the process of buying a car very easy. All three cars that were purchased were in great condition and purchased at a very good price. (Only on one car was there any issue and it was not the dealers fault, this car had to be shipped in from another location, yet they immediately took care of the issue giving service well beyond anything I expected.)

We purchased a first car for our daughter from Andre at Omega. From our first conversation, it was clear that Andre was offering a quality used vehicle. He made sure that all known issues with the car were taken care of prior to our purchase. It is rare to have a positive car-buying experience; this one was fantastic. Great product, thoughtful and honest communication, and an easy deal from start to finish.

Buying from Omega Auto was a great experience. It was my first time purchasing a car from out of state and Levan walking me through the process with great communication, honesty, and a lot of patience by answering any and all questions I threw his way. They even picked me up from the airport and checked in post-purchase to make sure everything was good. I'm really pleased I took the leap and hope to be a repeat customer in the future!

Traded in my Infiniti for nearly a brand new Lexus. The price was fantastic and the service was even better!!!Levan probably knows more about cars than Jay Leno himself.Will be shopping there next year again.

I just got my 2015 Camry hybrid and LOVE IT! They saved me 4k from what the other dealerships wanted. I told them exactly what I wanted and they found even better in my price range. Great company with friendly and helpful employees!

The short version:- Omega Auto Group advertised a working AC that was actually broken- Levan, the salesman works at Omega Auto Group- Levan agreed to pay me out of his own pocket for what ended up being a lot of trouble- Levan broke his word multiple times over more than 6 months to rectify the situation- Levan never paid- Levan threatened legal action when pressured to pay what he agreed- Levan tricked me into dealing with him on a personal basis rather than as a representative of Omega Auto Group- Levan is untrustworthy and doesn't have integrity- DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM OR OMEGA AUTO GROUPThe long version:Omega Auto Group (OAG) advertised a car with a working AC that fit my needs. I worked with Levan and I test drove the car at the end of spring. The AC turned on, but considering it was one of my top criteria, I asked him about it specifically to gauge how long it would be before it may need work and he said it should not. Over the next 3 weeks, I figured out the AC would stop working after running for 10 minutes. An AC that runs only for 10 minutes after you start the car is not a working AC, therefore it did not break after I bought the car; it was already broken. If it was already broken, this is basically false advertising.Levan claims he didn't know, but it is his fault for not confirming this before advertising it. I understand AS-IS condition on used cars, but that only holds up if what he is advertising in print and what he says to my face is true. If he advertises a working AC, then I accept the as-is condition. If OAG doesn't want to be responsible for the AC not working on a car, then OAG can't advertise or tell me that it does work.I went to through a major headache, sweating for the first half of the hot and humid summer, four trips to a separate mechanic to replace the entire unit and Levan agreed to pay half the bill out of his own pocket. That was MONTHS ago. He came up with excuse after excuse for why he couldn't pay on HIS OWN deadlines. He kept saying he would pay, but he never did. After dragging the situation out for months, he does not understand why I am angry and frustrated. Instead, he lashed out at me and said I should be grateful. But I was never paid anything. Why should I be grateful for a 6-month headache and a big bill? This proves he is a bad listener, self-centered, unprofessional, and not a man of his word.I said I would take action if I wasn't paid (you are reading my "action" right now), and he threatened legal action against me, personally. In this moment I realized that he tricked me into dealing with him on a personal basis, rather than as a representative of OAG. He preyed on my sympathy as if it were a huge favor he was doing by paying me personally. I just wanted restitution, but it turns out it was a trap. Despite the fact he treated me heinously, the legal entity I'm actually angry with is Omega Auto Group, not Levan. It is my belief it is STRATEGIC that Levan told me he would pay me personally so that I would never get paid, have no legal recourse, and give up. He said that deals with "people like [me] daily." DAILY. That is a major problem and a big warning for you.My experience with Levan and Omega Auto Group has been terrible. Who wants to be fighting with the dealer six months after the purchase? Absolutely no one. It is unbelievable to me how clueless Levan is about customer service and how such a bad experience like this means I will never work with OAG again, never recommend them, and I will tell everyone I possibly can to stay away from them.

Levan was easy to talk to and offered to hold the car for me. Things on my end couldn t align, but the Acura TL was one of the cleanest and most fair priced I have seen in years.

The owner responds very fast!! Andrei is very honest about the vehicle history and attentive. As someone who doesn t know much about cars, I appreciated that he took the time to explain and answer all my questions. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family!

1st car i Buy Omega Auto was BMW 325 CI i love it.Then Ford Escape Hybrid For My Wife Runs Prefect,exchange BMW to Mercedes GL 350 Was Great Price can not Turn Down. I purchased a car, and over time one of my windows was not able to go up or down. I told them about the problem, and they were able to help me with it right away. They were upfront with the cost and the fix was done within minutes.
