I recently needed an oil change, tire rotation along with a new windshield with the 3M coating to it as well as my 3M wrap on my mirror replaced. This is a 3 appointment situation. I was lucky enough to work with Andres who scheduled all of these appointments for me making it a seamless process! He went above and beyond to help me! Thank you!

Maybe Luther Hopkins is a good dealer, but I was not lucky. John Nguyen was the worst sale I have ever seen. Once you drove the car out of door, he denied all the problems and refused to pay the repairing. Very very disgusting. Terrible experience! If you come to the store and received by John, please ask to change another sale.

Do not go here to have your car serviced. We purchased a new Honda Passport in 2019 from Hopkins Honda. This is the third Honda we have purchased from them. Will not buy anymore from them. The sound system had problems with crackling intermittently almost immediately We recorded the problem on video and yet Hopkins Honda treated us as if there was no problem. Over the course of the last 4 years Honda issued two different recalls related to the problem. This latest one seems to have solved the problem. . However, Hopkins Honda charged diagnostic fees and would not reimburse when it was clear the same problem was continuing. Finally went to Honda in Richfield. Vastly better experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

As a general impression, the service area could be improved with better customer service. In case you've never been here and aren't sure where to go, then pull into the garage and wait to be approached. This is not clear to customers. Signs/instructions or employee training on being a bit more inviting or giving any type of direction would go a long way.

I have been a customer here for nearly 20yrs now. Quality of service has gone down. Focus shifted to arguing instead of providing quality service. Had to come three times to fix oil leak and got charged twice recently.

I got an alternator, idler pulley and serpentine belt replaced and now I m having a loud squeaky and voltage drop that should be covered under warranty. I called to set up an appointment and the operator told me I would get charged $130 to look at it. She was unwilling to tell me if this fee would be waived if the issue was on the covered part. She said the service department would not tell me if I would or would not have to pay and refused to connect me with them. It s a simple question, I don t mind paying if it s not under the covered parts but just refuse to tell me is an issue with her management and how they manage their staff. I am considering going to an independent Honda repair place.

Although you do pay a premium as with any dealership for service, the service team spent 20 minutes after closing to return my vehicle, looked for warranty coverage, and didn't charge me for one of the recommended services at my mileage since I didn't need it. The staff is quite pleasant while doing their job expediently.

Everyone in this location is great! The last couple of times I ve been in, I have had Zachary Spottke as my service advisor and he is amazing. 100% professional, extremely helpful and very kind. Short version: They helped me in a way that shows they care about people, and I very much appreciate that. Long version: I was visiting from Michigan for a week and on the first night of my stay someone cut the catalytic converter out of my Honda Element where it was parked right outside the door of our hotel. It took a while to work through insurance to get it towed and inspected. It ended up in the body shop because they handle insurance claims even if the service department ends up doing the work. I explained to Brian the urgency to get it done. We would have had to find a different ride home or extend our stay several days, with either option costing tons of time and money. He was clear that he couldn't promise anything due to parts availability and a backlog of other work, and then they came through with some creative use of parts and labor to get it done. We were able to drive home on time. My wife and I are very thankful that they went the extra mile to prevent our problem from being even bigger than it was.Service: Exhaust

Their service seems good and they email discounts which saved me $20 on an oil change. Clean comfortable area to wait or work remotely while they worked my my crv. They have a little coffee bar and some fresh fruit.

Very down to earth and not pushy. My rep gave me prices on things that could be done or should be done and let me make a phone call to see what I wanted them to do and what I could take to my uncle to have him help me fix. As always, great drinks, fruit and cookies in the waiting room as well as a divine appointment.

I had a tear in my air filter hose I did not have an appointment but they were able to get me in they were super kind and very speed and back in and taking care of very good place I recommend if you need your car worked on to go to

Took my car to the body shop here and it s been almost a month, tried to contact so I can get a update on my car but no reply or anything, bad customer service and bad communication. Take your car somewhere else when it comes to body work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have never had issues getting my car fixed at this Honda dealer.. the wait sometimes is long so plan on that if you are waiting for your car.

Service is good but to get an appointment during this time is at-least a week wait. Best to call them prior and book an appointment so the service is hassle free.

Won't be going here to buy a car ever again. Car salesman rushed us through the process. Warranty salesman was rude and threatening. Car had issues less than a month after driving it off the lot.
