If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Jeff's is for you! I went in about a month ago for an oil change - over the next few weeks, I noticed a very slow oil leak so I brought my vehicle back in. Paul was able to find and fix the issue (not their fault, just a faulty part) and did not charge me anything out of courtesy because they missed it last time. I will continue going to this shop and encourage anyone else in the Hopkins/Minnetonka/St. Louis Park area to do the same.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

We could not be happier with the recent service we received at Jeff's Auto Service! My wife's car unexpectedly had an electrical issue and even though she was't even a former customer of theirs, Jeff's Auto got her in immediately to evaluate the situation and get her Explorer up and running again. We highly recommend them!

I was excited to work with this company because they had great reviews However, after the receptionist helped the guy before me, he never once greeted me and went to the back and I tried to stick around till he came back, and he never came back unfortunate.

Recent visit similar to all previous visits: only the required/request work was done, work was completed when forecast, charges very reasonable. Very professional and quick. Sometimes a little difficult to get an appointment. But, that is evidence of their popularity and the trust that people seem to place in their service. I have had my cars serviced by them about four times this year.

If we could give this place more than five stars we would. Best experience we have ever had with an auto repair shop. From start to finish, Jeff, Leann and Paul took AMAZING care of us and we could not be more thankful. My fianc� and I just moved up to the area from out-of-state and were experiencing major car troubles. We had no idea where to go or who to call. We were stranded on the side of the road and his car was completely dead. We were weary about taking it to a commercial auto body shop in fear we would be taken advantage of and get charged an arm and a leg. We are so thankful to have found Jeff's Auto Body. They were extremely fast (in-and-out in just a few hours and they had to ORDER a part in and it got there within an hour), incredibly welcoming, cost-friendly and HONEST! We will never choose to go anywhere but Jeff's from now on. It was an incredible experience. We recommend it to everyone and hope you choose Jeff's for all your auto service needs (and you are supporting a family-run small business). They are in the business for the right reasons and truly just want to help you get on your way as cost-effectively and as quickly as possible. I rarely write reviews about businesses, but our experience was so incredible I wanted others to know and feel comfortable trying them out.I promise you after going there, you will never want to go anywhere else. They go above and beyond.

I had four tires installed elsewhere and informed them in advance that the tire pressure sensor was coming on periodically and that they should be aware of this when installing the tires. They said one sensor was bad, replaced it and reset the light. After driving a mile or two, the light came on again. I went to Jeff's where I take my vehicle for regular service and Paul informed me that the other place had put in the wrong sensor for my car. He replaced it and test drove the car for several miles and the light did not reappear. Hurray---thought the problem was fixed!Unfortunately, the light came on again a few miles after taking it home. They got me in again very quickly and spent a TON of time trying to get it to work properly. They finally figured out the problem and it is truly fixed. I was expecting to pay for some or all of the extra time and asked how much I owed....not one red cent! I am so impressed with their honesty, integrity, work ethic and customer service! Many businesses would have charged some amount to cover the extra work but they would not!Services: Electrical repair, Tires

Jeff's Auto offers a welcoming, friendly environment with honest prices and feedback on your vehicle. This location is family owned which means it is a gem in the rough. I love going here to bring my car and trust them with the repairs as well as advice. I used to go to Z-Tech in Bloomington if you did too this is the place to go now, similar in the high quality, honest customer service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I am very happy with the service done to my vehicle. The price was typical of the usual rates of reputable repair shops. It was definitely a fair price. As with most times taking vehicles in to get repaired, there are other fixes that need to happen. It was not a gouge, just another expense that needed to be done to get my car road worthy. They were honest. I asked about getting an added fuel injection cleaning which, he was honest again and said it was not needed, saving me money. Those that work there, are very friendly, the mechanic was knowable and trustworthy. They fixed the problems in a reasonable time and were quick to give me updates. My biggest compliment will be that I will go there for all my future car needs. Hopefully, just oil changes for now. Support your local businesses please!

I made an appointment for Oil Change and back brake replacement. I was told that it wasn't time for my oil change (based on my mileage) and my brakes didn't need to be replaced, they still looked good. They did check everything else like bulbs, etc, and everything was good to go. I like coming here, mainly because they are so honest. Thanks Jeff's Auto for looking out for my best interest.

I have been getting car repair done at Jeff's Auto for 40 years. No one does it better than the team at Jeff's. This time I had Jeff rebuild the rear-end for my classic 1967 El Camino. You can always trust Jeff's to do the repair right the 1st time. They know what they are doing and do not give you the run around. Family owned business with friendly service. About 7 years ago I brought my kia spectra in for a caliper issue, turns out when my tires were replaced at a different big name facility they failed to reattach my caliper, the original tire facility refused to take a second look and told me everything was fine. Paul at Jeff's auto took his time to listen to me and fixed me right up for less than $100 bucks in less than a couple hours. 3 weeks ago I hit a pot hole in my sorento and had no idea why my vehicle was making the noise it was and I couldn't think of anyone I trusted more to give me a fair and honest diagnosis. Turns out it was just my brakes and they had it back to me the very next day! We no longer live in the area but for honest and reasonably priced service we will be back. I honestly don't know if I could trust anyone else! Paul and everyone else there are so pleasant to deal with and really take the time to walk through everything. Jeff s Auto Service is the best shop around. You can trust that they will do the job expertly for a fair price. They never try to sell you on unnecessary repairs, and have always been honest when telling me what repairs need to happen now and which ones I should keep an eye on. Bottom line, Jeff s Auto Service offers great, honest mechanical work at a fair price. I will continue to take my car here for the foreseeable future.

We have been taking our cars to Jeff's for over 10 years. We have consistently received excellent and dependable service. On the rare occasion when something else fails on the car, they are always fair in resolving the issue. I always feel confident in the service that is performed and never think they are doing any service that is not necessary (in fact, at times, Jeff or Paul has recommended holding off doing some service work). The car is usually done when promised, and if it is not, there is good reason. I highly recommend Jeff's Auto.

All of my vehicles are always serviced by Jeff for the last 7 to 10 years. The reason is because they are honest, and will explain completely the needs of your vehicle, and then give you the opportunity to choose what service you desire in repairing your car. I also found them to be extremely professional. You will never go wrong in using their service.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Battery

I have been taking my cars to Jeff's for at least six years. My experience with them has always been very positive. I trust them to do the work that needs to get done and to not try to sell me on work that is unnecessary. I have found them to friendly, helpful and considerate. I can't ever remember thinking that any of their pricing has been out of line. I'm can't imaging what more anyone could want out of a business.

As always, when I take my vehicles to Jeff's I know they will be repaired properly and they will be much more reliable. I would not hesitate to take any of my vehicles to Jeff's. I have been using Jeff's for years and wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else.Jeff's always does quality work which is less expensive than the auto dealers and I feel much better because I know Jeff! If I have a problem, Jeff stands behind his work 100%! If Jeff says it needs to be repaired, I trust him. I have never had to take something back to Jeff's. It is always repaired right the first time!
