Incredible customer support from Pavel for our first EV purchase. He spent several hours with us both the day we first test-drove, and then again three days later when we made our purchase. There is nothing Pavel doesn't know about electric vehicles, and he's very generous with sharing his expertise. Look up his interview on NPR to learn more. He also handled all the paperwork to get us a total of $4,600 in rebates on this 2-year-old car. 5/5, highly recommend!

100% recommend for an informative, no pressure electric car exploration and purchase experience. I got a 2020 Nissan Leaf from GS Motors in November and it works so well. It was our first electric car, so Pavel provided a lot of education about different vehicle options, installing a charger, and more. Prices were very reasonable. Thanks for the best experience, and an awesome electric car.

Pavel really is an outstanding and caring person!In March of 2023 my family decided we would buy a car for our daughter to get her back and forth to school in. Round trip to school is maybe 25-30 miles, so if we could find an EV with a range of +/- 100 miles, she could run to school for at least two days before needing to worry about recharging.I had heard of GS Motors in the past, and have two friends in the Hutchinson, MN area who have dealt with Pavel, both with good experiences.My daughter and I made an appointment with Pavel to test drive a Volkswagen eGolf. Afterwards my daughter wasn't overly impressed with the car, and asked Pavel; "Can I test drive the red Leaf?" Pavel said; "Certainly, let me move this other car." We decided to go the Leaf. Very nice car (nicer than the '78 Chevy pickup I drove to school!) and it was with in our budget.Fast forward to September 2023, and my wife and I were (unexpectantly) in the market for another vehicle. My wife had a 2009 Jeep Patriot, that we planned to upgrade in the spring of 2024. However, after a visit to the mechanic, and learning repairs would be more the the vehicle was worth ... we decided the "upgrade" would be coming sooner than expected.With an email to Pavel we asked if we could test drive the blue Hyundai Kona. Both my wife and I really liked the car after driving it. It was another great buying experience!With both sales, Pavel's level of caring and knowledge was top notch! After completing paperwork, he carefully took us through the cars features and controls to be certain we would know how our new car worked.Before GS Motors I really didn't care for car dealerships, new or used. I felt it was an adversarial relationship from the moment you walked in. It is not that way at all with GS Motors.Pavel, thank you very much!

I have waited a while to write this review, but am more than happy to do so now! Back in the spring my wife and I went to GS Motors and spoke with Pavel about our interest in purchasing our first EV.He was very relaxed and personable and gave us great information about EVs in general without steering us to one particular car or another. We knew exactly which car we wanted to buy, so we took a test drive, loved it, slept on it and came back a week later and bought it!We purchased a 2020 Chevy Bolt from GS Motors with only 1500 miles on the clock! There was an open battery replacement recall that Pavel explained to us. He even worked with us on the price to ensure we could take advantage of the used EV tax credit.I waited a while to post this review, because I just got my battery replaced yesterday and the whole process from the time we met Pavel to getting the replacement has been smooth, smooth, smooth. Just want everyone to know that I appreciate folks who operate their businesses very openly and transparently and make it fun to buy something that quite often comes with additional and unnecessary pressure.Thank you Pavel, thank you GS Motors, cheers to EVs!

Best car shopping experience I ve ever had. Everything Pavel said was honest and matched up with all the independent research I ve done. Was very respectful to me, important as a woman, and so kind to our kids. He will be the first person I turn to for any car needs and I can see why he has so many 5 star reviews. Buying a car from GS Motors was the single best car buying experience I have ever had. Pavel is knowledgeable, friendly, and completely transparent about the fees that come along with buying a car, of which there were few (unlike some of the larger dealerships). I would highly recommend checking GS Motors out if you are in the market for a used electric vehicle.

I came in to buy a gas run fiat, and was surprised when this dealership was all electric cars. Pavel encouraged me to test drive the Fiat 500e with no pressure to buy. He wanted me to have the experience. I was able to use the car throughout the day and fell in love. When I decided to buy, Pavel was nothing but helpful. He is so knowledgeable! Pavel helped me every step of the way and was always an email/call/text away. He remembered my name and even my dog's name. The sale was smooth and my car is great! I got a Fiat 500e with super low mileage and warranty with a great deal. This guy is great and I love this dealership. I am so happy to own an electric car. Now I hope more people drive them. After the sale, I was still able to text him and get help with any questions. He helped me find free charging stations even! One guy run shop who is honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Definitely recommend and wish him much success. Thanks so much, Pavel!

There was a great selection and range of EVs. Pavel was tremendously knowledgable about all EVs. He was able to share his personal ownership experience too. He was honest, caring, and efficient. By appointment only actually worked out great because we felt the personal attention Pavel provided, without interruption and not rushed into a decision. I will be telling all my friends about our wonderful buying experience with Pavel at GS Motors!

Bought my first EV, a Fiat 500e here and couldn't have had a better experience. Pavel the owner felt more like a friend than a dealer. He even set me up with an Xcel energy pilot program to get a charger installed in my garage. He's also quick to answer questions over email or phone. Best car buying experience, no complaints.

I had a such a positive experience with Pavel. He is knowledgeable and straightforward, and really chill. The price and fees were fair, you are not getting ripped off here. After buying my Bolt, I started reading about experiences other EV buyers have had at Chevy dealerships and their horror stories of incompetent salespeople, I realized how lucky I was to buy my car through Pavel.

Want an electric vehicle? Start with GS Motors.This was a great experience!! Pavel's very honest, upfront, and thorough. The car fax information is all available immediately which goes to show he's trustworthy. He went well above and beyond our expectations, and even showed us how to change the air filter (which he replaced the day we purchased at no additional cost) - it's a bit of a process. He generously wrote down a list of phone apps that he feels are important for having an EV, too.Overall, the prices are extremely fair.Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

We contacted Pavel for a visit and test drive of an EV car. He was very knowledgeable and helped us confirm what we had researched on our own; that a Nissan LEAF would be a good match for an EV with our driving needs. He was very flexible about scheduling a time for us to visit his show room and test drive a couple cars, and he handled all of the paperwork of the purchase of a 2015 LEAF SV perfectly. He gave us lots of pointers about important maintenance and even replaced the cabin air filter before we left so we'd know how to do it ourselves next year. I highly recommend contacting Pavel to schedule an appointment if you're considering a high quality used EV.

Pavel was amazing to work with. He made sure to space appoints out ensuring great customer support and a one on one experience. He was upfront about everything and pricing on the Chevrolet Bolt i bought from him was very good!I definitely recommend reaching out to him if you are looking for an EV around the Twin Cities area!

I found an electric car that Pavel had listed and contacted him. He was super friendly and easy to deal with and had a little extra history on this car because he had sold it once before a few years back. Because I am out of state, he sent along a few extra pictures and advised that he had recently serviced the car with an alignment and new tires, which I thought was great, especially at the very fair listed price. After I slept on it a couple of nights, I let him know I was interested in having the car shipped to Denver. Pavel sent me paperwork to sign, transferred some money, car was shipped the next day, and arrived just two days after that. In all, the transaction took just 5 business days. Shipping cost less than he originally quoted. The car is as good as advertised if not better. I would highly recommend GS Motors for purchasing and shipping if you are out of state.

Pavel is incredibly knowledgeable and stands by his products. As he was showing me the car I ended up buying, he noticed and pointed out a defect. He then offered me an additional warranty on that component and paid in full for the service required to fix it. On top of that, he walked me through the process of owning my first EV. I would fully recommend GS motors to anyone.

I've had two experiences doing business with GS Motors and Pavel. I purchased my first electric vehicle (EV) from him two years ago and was impressed by his knowledge, honesty, and forthrightness. He actually cares about his customers and strives for the best experience! While recently purchasing a new EV, he provided me with some sage advice and offered to buy back the car he originally sold me at a very fair price. If you are interested in purchasing a used electric vehicle, Pavel and GS Motors are where you should go!

My wife and I just bought our first electric car, a 2017 Nissan Leaf. We couldn't have been more pleased with a car buying experience. Pavel was super helpful, very knowledgeable, patient with all our test drives, and very pleasant to deal with - no high pressure at all. His selection of electrics was quite impressive....more than you will find anywhere else in the twin cities. Though we hope this car lasts us a good long time, we'd go back to Pavel without question, and will recommend him whenever possible. Thanks!

Pavel is absolutely great! His passion for EVs is rivaled only by his desire to make his customers as happy as possible. We really appreciated his willingness to walk us through every detail of our vehicle. Being a first time EV buyer it was a delight to buy from Pavel. Yeah the place is a little tricky to find, but the experience is definitely worth the extra effort. We'll be back to buy another EV from GS Motors I'm sure!

I don't write many reviews, so hopefully that understates how great Pavel was during the car buying experience. Generally I lament going to a small dealer because I hate high-pressure sales people, but this was the complete opposite. After a long test drive of the car he then took the time to go through not only the details of the car, but also charging and which apps to download! What sales person would normally do that?! In the two weeks since purchase there have been zero issues and I feel confident Pavel would help correct them even if there was.I would definitely check his shop first when looking for electric cars, he's simply the best!

My partner and I first visited GS Motors a year ago - we were interested in electric vehicles but we didn't know much about them yet. After talking with Pavel and taking the Nissan Leaf and Chevy Bolt for a test drive, the idea of owning an electric vehicle started to seem less like a dream and more like it could be a reality for us.After spending a year getting progressively more excited about the Nissan Leaf, we drove down to the Twin Cities to check out two Leafs at GS Motors and another dealership. Once again, Pavel was able to answer all of our questions about electric vehicle ownership, and the car we test drove at GS Motors was even cooler than we were expecting. We ended up getting an absurdly good deal on a used EV at a different dealership, but Pavel was hands down the better salesman. He was honest, forthcoming, and he knew the Nissan Leaf inside and out. Even though we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from GS Motors, we still benefited from Pavel's knowledge and experience. Thanks Pavel!

This is a long overdue review for GS Motors! I purchased a Leaf from Pavel a few months ago and the entire experience was fantastic. Pavel was excited to teach us anything we didn't know about EVs and walked us patiently through the pros and cons of each model - all without the slightest bit of pressure.I've had my car now for 4 months and I love it more every day! Pavel was a huge help throughout the entire process. He understood I was new to this and was willing to be patient as it was clear I knew nothing about the car buying process. His communication was nothing short of prompt - I'm talking email replies within 10 minutes, answered the phone with every call, and even held the car for me for several days to test drive on a weekend not knowing if I would even complete the purchase. My wife and I decided to go electric with one of our vehicles. I found a couple of leaf from other used car dealership that were a little better deal. After talking to Pavel a few times on the phone it was very apparent that he knew what he was talking about. We decided to buy our first electric car from Pavel. I can t tell you enough how nice of a experience it was to buy from Pavel. So we only had the car for a couple of weeks and the heater went out in the car we were so bummed out when we found out. I gave Pavel a call he answered the phone and stood behind the leaf he sold me and paid for the repair. Pavel Is a real professional. If you re thinking to go electric GS Motor would be your first place to buy like I said he might not have the cheapest deals on electric vehicle but if you want someone to stand by there cars and knows what there talking about Pavel is your guy.

I bought a Fiat 500e back in 2017 from Pavel at GS Motors. It was a fantastic experience. He was very easy to deal with. Totally upfront about everything. He took care of warranty issue before delivering the car. Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've recommended him to numerous friends and will continue to do so.

Pavel is the best! He is super knowledgeable and if the car is missing something he makes it right. This is the way to do business. I was so impressed I bought 2 chevy bolts from him 1 month apart! Would definitely buy another car from gs motors!
