Mike is the absolute best! I'm usually somewhat skeptical of mechanics, but he was kind, respectful, and honest. He showed and explained to me exactly what and where the misfire was on my car, and although I don't know much about cars, I knew I could trust him with his diagnostic. I'll definitely be returning for all my repairs needed in the future.

Mike and his team always give me a real answer on if something needs to be repaired or can wait, and when something does, they make sure to help me find the best prices for whatever it is I need done. Never tries to upsell me and does a great job at saving me money where ever they can. Great people, great service, would highly recommend!

Mike and all the employees of the New Hope Precision tune are pleasant and honest. I've been going there exclusively for more years than I remember and I have always been treated fairly and honestly. I highly recommend using them for your auto repair

I Called in needing my wheel bearings fixed. Mike was able to get it all done at a very fair price the same day. They didn t haggle me for any other unnecessary services and even recommended other great tire shops for me. Honest. Straight forward. 5/5

I called after my car broke down unexpectedly. They looked at my car right away, kept in contact, were extremely professional and prompt and fixed my car at an extremely reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!!

This place, Mike and the guys are kind, honest, straight forward and upfront with prioritizing my repairs.They have serviced and cared for my vehicles for many years now and many more to come! These guys are top-notch professionals! They are fast, efficient and fair priced. They literally treat your vehicle like it was their own. They work on all types of vehicles, and will assess the problem and lay out your options. They've told me - 'this is what needs to be prioritized - but THIS can wait - and if I were you...'It's always busy there - but they seem to be able to get me in pretty quickly whenever I have called. I continue to greatly appreciate this auto repair shop. They are very friendly, honest, and answer any questions. I've gone there with 2 different vehicles now with an array of repairs from the most minor to the worst. I believe them to be very honest since I often get a second opinion on my vehicle repairs, and they have always matched the issue with another trusted mechanic that has zero association with this one.Their prices are very reasonable for this area.

Mike is an amazing person. Honest, generous, and understanding. I had my 07 Jeep Compass towed in for what I thought was an alternator issue, only to find out my rear sub-frame was rusted and the vehicle was looking at a hefty repair. Unable to afford the fix, decided to junk it. It took a few weeks for a tow company to successfully pick it up, and Mike was more than accommodating to help make this happen. A huge THANK YOU to MIKE at Precision Tune Auto Care! I just had my oil changed at Midas (who also did a great job!) and they had parked my car in the back lot and I couldn't see it. I saw Mike walking and asked if he could help me, then realized he didn't work at Midas. But Mike found my car and went to the back lot and drove it up for me. Exceptional guy! Thank you, Mike! I had a really great experience at this Precision. The staff is unfailingly friendly and their prices were really reasonable, the even through in my oil change for free when I got my brake pads and rotors changed.2021 update: I just had another fantastic experience with this location. I got a flat on the way in to work and even though they were really busy they squeezed me in. Also while I was in the waiting room I had the chance to overhear them taking through another customer's issue. The customer had come in for a break job, but issues were found with the catalytic converter too. Instead of just moving ahead with the work, the staff spent a lot of time talking it through to make sure the wanted to put that much money into the vehicle instead of just trading it in. I appreciate that they really wanted to do what's best for the customer, not just what made the shop the most money

I had an amazing experience at Precision Tune today. My windshield wipers broke durring the rain storm and Mike fixed my wipers out in the rain in just a few minutes. They are working great now and I feel much safer driving home! I am Genuinely Grateful for you Mike! Highly recommend this place

I took my car in to see if they could find a noise in the front end, thought it was the bearings, but they found the from fender bent into the wheel, and fixed it for free for me. I have taken our cars here for years and have been very happy with the honest service and very fair costs!! Mike has been a great resource and a great guy for my family and our cars!!

I love precision tune. My mom has been coming here for years. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with precision tune. They never do extra work if not asked but will let you know if something is needed. They are honest with you about labor and service costs.A few years ago, my brother decided to "drift" our Mom's car after a significant snowfall. He slid into the curb and busted the suspension or axles on our mom's car. It was a luxury car and we were quoted $1500 to fix it. Luckily, all the work that they thought needed to be done wasn't actually needed. And, instead of continuing to charge us the quoted price like some shops might have, they only charged us what they actually did which brought the price down from $1500 to $1100. Now that I have my first car, I will continue coming to them with any help I need with my car. They really are the best.Shout out to Mike for all the help you have given me and my family over the years.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I ve been taking my vehicle to Percision Tune Auto for 4 years now and Mike (plus the other amazing mechanics) have done an Amazing job on my car. From upkeep to oil changes to brake lights being out, to my car needing to get towed their for service you make it. They are Always very professional, timely, honest and fair. They don t over charge you or do a bad job like many auto shops that leave you having to return for the same issue. It s completely the opposite! They are trustworthy and I wouldn t take my car anywhere else! Definitely recommend bringing your car here for any type of service your vehicle needs! My husband and I were referred to these guys from some close friends and I could not recommend them enough! Tony, Mike and the whole team are professionals in both customer service as well as quality, honest work. Even if they are extremely busy, they still do the best they can to accommodate you and your schedule. They are great about communicating with you first if they discover issues with your vehicle and recommend the best solution for the best value. Wonderful team with wonderful service. I just want to say Thank you to Mark and Tony and the rest of the guys at the shop. Extremely professional and confident with the work that they do. My vehicle Honda accord had almost everything wrong with the braking system, and Tony offered competitive prices. These guys are straight up honest with you about your car and if you tell them what you need they will get it done. They aren't a sketchy auto care center where they charge you for un-needed work. If you are trying to pick between Midas and this shop, I would suggest Precision auto care. They are really good people (both at their job and in person).

I had two different issues with my car. Things that would have caused the engine to completely stop forever. I was so scared that it was going to be crazy expensive. Between the two jobs for the intake gasket and ignition module it was the best price around!! This shop so friendly, kind, great customer service and speedy work. Multiple people in my family who have experience with cars raved about how great of a job they did afterwards also! I would recommend this shop to anyone who has a small pocket to pay with but needs reliable and trustworthy work done. I have found my go to repair guys!! Thank you again for everything!!

These guys that work here (forgot their names) are honest and do first class work. I got my brakes done and they could have easily told me to get new front brake pads, but they told me I had some life left and didn't want me to waste money. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was done so I didn't have to wait. Great Overall Customer Experience

I highly recommend Precision Tune in New Hope. They are fast, fair priced, professional, friendly, trustworthy and do fantastic work. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my vehicle repair needs. I have used them for a bunch of different repair jobs on a few vehicles and they have always proven themselves as top notch, on time and fair priced.
