Our headlights on our Ford Escape went out, we got new ones from a nearby parts store but had trouble with the installation. Not only did the employee at Midas help us out, but they did it quickly, professionally, and free of charge. We re definitely coming here for our next oil change!

Had a great experience and prob the quickest oil change service I ever had! Staff was friendly and not pushy about things I needed to fix. Will return here for any service.

I do not have a mechanic in my family. I feel like I am being taken advantage of at every mechanic I have gone to. One guys says its this and another guys says no its this. Then I found New Hope Midas. Chris has been up front and honest with me every time I go in there. He tells me what services can wait until I can save money and what ones I need now. Everyone there has a smile on their face and are nice to anyone who walks in the door. They give good customer service! One thing, they used to have free pop in the refrigerator and I would like that back if possible but it s not a deal breaker. Thank you for all that you do!

Car was making rubbing noise after the big storm. I took it in because the engine light came on. Thank God it was just a chunk of ice in the shaft. The were SO HONEST. Thats all im gonna say. They will be in business forever!

I requested an appointment online but they deleted it for some reason and never responded to me. I wanted to go there because I've had a good experience before but I guess I'll try somewhere else from now on. Idk what their problem is.

Told me I needed something done to my car repairs that I didn't actually need when they inspected my vehicle. Once I told them I had a better quote from somewhere else, I think they messed with my electronics

Shiesty employeesEmployees with no integrityHad an oil change performed and one of the tech used an impact gun to purposefully round out each bolt on the skid place causing me to have to bring the car in to the dealership pay for new bolts and the labor to tap and remove each screw holding it in I believe max was the technician who performed this service. Can't believe they could be so disrespectful to paying customers, your lucky if you haven't had any mishaps with this business, very displeased with how they snuck it by me and said all is good after smiling in my face while they knew very well what they were doing.Crop shoot of a service center in a rough neighborhood and it shows.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Chris and his team were extremely friendly, helpful and quicker than expected! We didn t have an appointment and somehow they were still able to get us in and get our tire fixed fast. They made it a very pleasant experience and the price was more than fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend this shop!!Service: TiresService: Tires

This is probably the best shop I ve been to. They were honest and straight forward with me, didn t screw me over, got my car fixed the same day, were nice, and really funny. I brought my vehicle in to have the fule lines replaced, was able to drop it off when the shop was closed (super convenient) I was called after the mechanic was able to look over my vehicle and found a few other things that needed to be addressed. Chris did an amazing job going over what else was found and what needed/should be fixed right away. The work was done quickly and I am very happy with my experience at this shop. I came Friday to get my brake serviced and the mechanic scratched my rims. Lee the owners denies the claim but the scratches are induced by the tools used to service my car. Come to find out I was over charged for my service. The customer service here is not of any other Midas location and I would not recommend THIS location as the service is not up to par.

I can not recommend this location enough!!!!! The management and crew are absolutely wonderful and super professional. It was busy when i came in for my appointment but all my concerns where addressed regarding my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for future work for my vehicles. 10/10 service I highly recommend the new hope location and will be letting everyone I know to bring their business to this shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

The absolute best service and most respectful team there is in the Twin Cities. I had my favorite vehicle serviced by them for years (2010 model, purchased 2015-2022), after it was totaled (2022), I had them check a new to me used vehicle (2013 model) during purchase and they were straight and honest with everything. No over charging, no "it could use this", and most importantly (to me) complete respect and honesty. They even spoke directly with the dealership on my behalf. This team goes above and beyond in every single way. From management, to front desk, to mechanics, I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Lee and team, for being a safe space in the vehicle world. Also. If you call and are kindly asked to be on hold for some time, know it's because all of their customers get the same attention. Don t hesitate, this team is incredible!

Can't recommend this place enough!! Even when they're busy, they'll take the time to help you out and more importantly, will give you an honest estimate. Their work has always been top notch. I've been going to the Midas in New Hope for regular oil changes and they helped me out when I needed a new tire a few days b4 Christmas. I visited this location on Saturday. Honestly, I struggled with what rating to give... The Service was wonderful! Chris helped me out and they got me in and out pretty quickly.BUTThe store felt very dirty overall. The grass was super unkept, and if I wouldn't have called ahead, I would have been unsure that they were open for business. Although the waiting area was clean, looking into the shop while they were working on my truck it seemed very chaotic back there.When I got my truck back, there was a definite old oil smell to it, that I drove with the windows down, and I was worried that oil was in my truck. After driving it for a day now, that has dissipated.I want to stress that the service was great. Just the overall appearance of the store and the outside seemed unkept.Service: Oil change

Chris and the guys at Midas are WONDERFUL! It s so nice to have a shop you can trust. On multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond. Degreasing my entire car underneath after an oil issue, and just recently Chris took the time to call around to multiple places and saved me HUNDREDS on parts. I won t bring my car anywhere else.

Brought the car in because it was overheating. We were charged $504 to replace the upper and lower radiator hoses +$85 for diagnosis and $130 for a radiator flush. The parts charges were $130 for the upper hose and $120 for the lower. The dealership offers these parts for $30 for the upper and $27 for the lower. A quick search shows the average cost for replacement of both hoses on a Hyundai Elantra is $270-$280. I did not comparison shop since I just wanted it dealt with quickly and I thought that I could trust this mechanic. I am disappointed.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance

I left my car for repair for 3 days, it wasn't necessary but I had time shortages. Service was good and they repaired my broken exhaust pipe in an hour and relatively good price too. Only thing that was a bummer that when I brought my car back home, I saw my paint was scratched on right side of rear bumper.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

10/10 Chris and Lee are reliable and honest about the situation/repair. They go above and beyond with customer service, and if they make a mistake, they own up to it and correct it. I will always stick with midas for all my car repairs.

This mechanic shop is AMAZING!! They actually care about the customer and you are not just a "number". They explain the problem to you and make sure you understand without talking down-to you!! I received a "welcome to the neighborhood" coupon for a free oil change. I redeemed it and I had excellent customer service from all of the employees, who were extremely busy, but made time for me and was in and out in only 45 minutes. We have been using this Midas for over five years now. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant to work with. They explain in detail what needs to be fixed or replaced if needed. They were able to look at my car and get started that same day I initially called them, which was Friday. The place I normally go to wouldn't have even been able to look at my car until the following Tuesday. The staff was very friendly and had my car ready the next day (needed new brakes, 2 new tires, drums and rotors) looking forward to doing business with them again.
