I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Drive Appeal. The salesman, Steve Aldes, was very professional and courteous. He did not pressure me to buy anything and answered all my questions honestly and transparently. He explained the costs and fees clearly and helped me find the best deal for my budget. I was impressed by the great warranty that Drive Appeal offers, which gave me peace of mind about my purchase. The manager, Adam, was also very helpful and efficient. He assisted me with the financing process and got me approved in less than an hour. Within another 30 minutes, I was driving away with my new car. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. I highly recommend Drive Appeal for your next purchase. They are a veteran friendly dealership that puts your needs above their need to make a sale.

I highly recommend Drive Appeal if you're looking for a new-to-you vehicle! I was in a total loss accident, so wasn't "excited" to be car shopping as I'm sure you can understand haha. I found DA on google and stopped in on a Saturday. Steve helped me test drive a few vehicles that I had interest in. Though I didn't find the right fit for me, he was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, honest, quick, and not pushy. I was impressed by their inventory and they add cars often. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased an F150 from Drive Appeal, and it was a great decision. The truck was reconditioned (unlike other dealers), and was ready to go. They even gave me a warranty.The best part of the deal was the price. It was well below other comparable F150s that I looked at.Great people, great prices and the truck I was looking for. Selling my vehicle was a smooth and hassle free transaction. When I decided to sell my vehicle I got 3 bids from the large used vehicle groups, Drive Appeal was the most competitive offer. The process was very easy, I took my vehicle to the store, they looked it over and in short order I was on my way home with the check. Easy, fast and fair.

WARNING!Do not buy anything from any of their locations. Imagine the bad stereotypes about used car dealers, and you'll understand how these guys operate.They'll tell you what you want to hear just to get you into their vehicle.We just bought a truck from them and the only reason we bought their truck over the others that we looked at was because we were told that the timing chain was replaced at a Ford dealership. It's a 2017 F-150 with the 3.5 ecoboost. Turns out the work was not done at a Ford dealership, but at a shop where if you go to the address listed on the invoice for work done, it takes you to a house on the outskirts of Princeton. Just a normal house, no shop, no large garage, nothing...When we were leaving, we started the truck and it was making quite the ticking sound. We stood there for a minute while I was listening and Adam yells to us while he's helping other customers, "you know you're supposed to test drive that before you buy it" while laughing.The facility smelled like a well used litter box. The "finance manager" Adam, very pushy, had us rapid fire signing all of the paperwork so he could move on to other customers. I called the next morning once I found out where the timing chain work was done and asked them to take the truck back. Adam got argumentative, said I should've returned the truck last night, but they wouldn't take it back 12 hours later, but they would've the night before? What's the difference?If I could give 0 stars I would. I will take responsibility for not doing research on the repairs and where it was done. Had I known where the repairs were done before signing papers, we never would have proceeded. All we wanted to do is return the truck, which Adam said was "a perfect truck" and what we got instead is Adam telling me I have buyer's remorse and that they'll "stand behind their work" because they offer a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty that won't cover anything. Based off the information on the invoice for the work done, they have violated a Minnesota state law and we're in contact with the Attorney General and have strong thoughts about retaining legal services. Long story short, have a lawyer on retainer if you want to buy from these guys. Very terrible experience.

Absolutely recommend Steve as your salesman. He was awesome, very straight forward. I the car I purchased from them 2 years ago unfortunately got stolen & totaled in October. I immediately reached out to Steve looking for another car! I mentioned I was looking for a certain, make & model . I was approved & started the process right away. I purchased my new car 2 days ago! Its perfect! Exactly what I asked for, The guys there are amazing!!!! Thanks for your hard work, time and dedication, Steve !

Spent 11k on a Chevy Traverse and the engine seized after 2 months. Warranty was no longer good because I was slightly over the miles so I had no choice but put in another 10k to replace the engine, I've had it back 2 weeks and now it is having trouble starting. Stuck with a lemon vehicle and 20k in debt and no help from the dealership

Adam at Drive Appeal, New Hope, listened to my needs and made it happen. They repaired a couple of things before picking it up. He worked hard to meet my price and get me into the SUV I needed. Thank you. I recommend this dealer.

In August of 2022, I had purchased a 3 yr old vehicle from a different drive appeal location. It had some minor issues with check engine light due to some pollution control sensor ,02 sensor and evap hose leaking. Jeff ,the service manager was very fast at repairing the car free of charge both times , and gave me a very nice loaner car for use each time. 5,0000 miles later car is still running like new as it should, with no additional problems. Repair center is very new and modern like the car dealerships

Needed some scratch and dent repair on my older Mercedes S550. The job was done a full day early at a great price, and the car looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. Chris P. is true craftsman. Highly recommended. Thanks to Chris and Drive Appeal New Hope!

I had such a great experience with Steve when buying my Toyota Sedan. He is very knowledgeable I have very poor credit for various circumstances but he did not judge on contraire made the whole experience a breeze. I was in and out within 2 hours. He uses different methods to communicate and hours of operations are very helpful to a full time employee. Ask for Steve if you need a car!! 1000x recommend.

Probably the shortest I had spent in a dealership. Steve was super fun to work with and had a lot of energy. Steve listened and showed me and my fianc�e a few vehicles to accommodate our needs and found great deal on a Lincoln. Location was clean and neat as well. All in all a really positive experience, would recommend family and friends to Steve and most likely buy our next car there as well and ask specifically for Steve.

I just really would like to take the time out to thank Steve a ton he went above and beyond to make sure I left with a great vehicle, comfortable monthly payments and low down payment to get me on the road. Steve was up front, honest, and knows his job very well he wasn't going to let me leave his dealership not happy! From my very first initial phone call to buying my vehicle I was confident that I made a great choice in selecting this dealership to purchase my new vehicle, you can't go wrong with Drive Appeal when buying a new vehicle!!! Renaldo and Willis were great to work with! My wife and I got a good deal on a good car. The people running the show were what made this such a great experience. They weren't pushy salesmen, and they were able to make something work with what we had to work with. Buying a car is super stressful, but this process was simple and comfortable. If you go there (which you should), just be real and up front about what you're working with and you will get the same respect from them.

Bud Flood is awesome. Super chill, not salesperson like at all. Brought the car we were looking at to our personal mechanic at 6am for us to get it checked out prior to purchasing. Top notch customer service! Had all the paperwork done prior to getting there day of purchase, literally in and out in less than 10 minutes! Highly recommend Bud!!

Just brought my 2013 Dodge Charger from Renaldo, and he really made it easy for me making up my mind which car to buy. He was really nice and considerate. Although it took me two days to decide if I wanted to buy the car or not he was really patient with me. Had some good laughs and he made me feel comfortable and I will recommend AC motors to everyone.

Renaldo and Brad were the best in trying to get me approved for a loan to drive away in a vehicle. It took some time and some hard work but they definitely did their job and I'm driving off in my truck and not walking on my feet!!! I had an amazing experience with all of the staff at drive appeal! I am a first-time car buyer and Steve Aldes told me exactly what to do in the process, he was honest and friendly and gave me all the information I needed so I could feel comfortable and safe purchasing my first car!! Go here to get approved! After wasting hours of our day my partner was told no at 2 other dealership. I guess the 3rd time was the charm, either that or this company really knows their stuff! Great deals, fast & friendly service, and did I mention fast. She got approved, paperwork done, and drove off in her new car in about 30 minutes.Thank you Drive Appeal, I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone I need of a vehicle!

Bought a great truck at a fair price. This is a top-notch dealership to work with, and Brad was very helpful. It was very busy while we were there - and other customers, like us, had driven quite a distance to do business with this company. The vehicle we bought had been thoroughly inspected and repaired by the dealership before it ever hit the lot. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others. Thanks, AC Motors!

Renaldo and John made buying our new Yukon Denali XL a fast and pleasant experience. They were very helpful. There was no pressure to buy and we completed the sale in an hour. Great experience.
