I had a great experience here. They said to plan on 2 weeks for the repair, which sounded reasonable to me. They ended up finishing in 6 days. Text updates the whole time. Car looks perfect. Repairs guaranteed for life since they re a Farmer s partner shop. I can t tell for sure but I think they may have detailed it as well. Looks super clean inside and out. 11/10 would recommend.

After our son was involved in a car accident and we were working with the insurance company, a friend referred us to CARSTAR to assist with the auto body assessment and repairs. The service we received was outstanding! They explained the extent of the damage, coordinated with the claims adjuster and kept us informed of what we needed to do. I expected the process to be stressful but it wasn t. Everyone at CARSTAR was great! And our primary contact (Matt Flory) was outstanding! I would recommend CARSTAR to my family, close friends and anyone in need of a top notch auto repair company.Tim Dahl- a very happy customer!

Following a car accident on 11/3/23, my car was towed to CarStar a few days later. I was told the vehicle would be ready by around Dec 1. The communication from this shop was horrible. No calls or updates unless I called in to check on. Dec 1 came and went and delays continued on until I finally received my car on 1/4/24. I was told after Dec 1 the car would be ready by Dec 13, then stated as the painted panels were being put back on, they found more damage which required it to be sent to another shop for repair. Feel this should have been identified at the beginning when the car was first assessed. Very frustrating! I do want to commend Craig who was there when I picked up my car. I verbalized my frustration regarding the poor communication and he acknowledged it, stated they are working on a better system. He explained all that was done on my car and was really nice. The car does look great so I'm appreciative of that.

A++ Service. Kraig K and the entire team were so responsive and helpful in getting my vehicle repaired. They worked directly with Insurance as well as keeping me updated on progress along the way. Extremely Satisfied with my 'looks like new' vehicle.

Poor communication skills, Receptionist lying about my car needing one more part before completion, just to get to the office and be told otherwise. Management lying about detailing my car the next day and not clarifying the fact that they cannot do the detailing when they re belongings in the car. Overall my experience was not great at all I will not recommend this service to anyone I know.

Had a great experience up front with front desk, claims handling, and getting a quote/arranging for a rental car, etc, but the shop made a mistake and I had to wait an extra four days (over a weekend) to get my car back which wasn t ideal. That said, they owned the mistake and did great work and were relatively communicative throughout.

This was a select service shop with State Farm and I'm really glad I found them! It had a real family feel and everyone was super kind. Kraig was great to work with, made everything super easy and the work was finished really fast too!

Kraig K and his team provided the highest of customer service possible for a body shop. I've used them several times before and will continue to do so. I travel many miles to utilize their services despite having options closer to me because they are the best.

My Acura TLX ASPECwas stolen and involved in a high speed chase. Matt was amazing to deal with. I never thought my car would ever look new again. They did an absolute amazing job and could not be happier! They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were able to restore my car to its original shape. Everyone is always polite and helpful. Kept us up to date via the app. Had parts delayed during shipment but that s the thing in today s world. Excellent work done on the repair and the painted parts showed no signs of blending. Really did a great job.Thank you CarStarScott!

Very pleased with my experience at CARSTAR New Hope! Matt and Natasha were especially helpful. The team was very efficient on repairs and extremely communicative during the entire process. My car also came back cleaner than I've ever seen it! Highly recommend!

They were somewhat helpful but the majority of the staff members were coughing every couple of minutes especially around me without covering their mouths which was very unprofessional. I'm not sure if it was passive aggressive racism or if they all actually had colds.I spoke to a couple of different people at the front desk on the phone and in person. But was always told different things about how they do things. They all need to be on the same page. Would not recommend especially when they charge over $3100 for labor.

I wanted to like this place. I came here for some work after an accident. State Farm had stated this shop was on their list of recommended. I would not recommend after my experience. Poor quality control and communication. I was originally told it would take 6 days. 2 and a half weeks later they called and said my work was done. After picking up the keys, my wife checked the work and found multiple paint defects. Upon finding this, she went back into the shop and asked a rep to come take a look. They agreed it should not have been sent out with the multiple defects and that they would fix it for us. They stated it would be ready to pickup the next day. Never heard from them, so we called by the end of the next day. They stated they still needed it another day. This went on for an additional 3 days. So now it s been 3 weeks later. They call us to let us know it is ready for pickup. My wife again grabbed the keys, checked their work, and found the new taillight they installed was not working. Brakes, turning signal, hazards, reverse lights. None of it working. This is a huge safety concern as they were ready to send us on the road. Thank God my wife checked before driving away. So she again went back in to shop and let them know. They took the keys and said nothing to her. Didn t say what they would do or how long it would take, so she sat in the waiting room. They eventually came out and said the light was not plugged in. I am very disappointed at the lack of communication and extremely poor quality control. As stated, driving without a tail light working is a safety concern and such a simple thing could ve been prevented has they checked their work before sending it out the door. Would not recommend.

The experience was a seamless transfer of my vehicle to and from the shop. The personnel were stellar from the receptionist thru Shawn the body shop manager. I was constantly updated on the progress of the repair. And what could have been a harrowing experience due to the nature of accidents in general. Instead my comfort level was superb. I highly recommend car star to anyone needing body shop work as the repair made my vehicle look brand new.

This place does not honor appointments. We called before we showed up this morning at 8 am and they still failed to provide service once we arrived. Nothing was offered for our inconvenience besides excuses. Find a different business to have your vehicle repaired.

I just wanted to write a review to say that Rob has to be the best guy I have ever dealt with regarding an estimate for a potential claim. He gave us his full attention, was kind, sincere, honest and efficient. It was such a pleasant experience working with him and a couple other associates at Carstar, that I just had to write about it. Thanks Rob, you made my day!

The staff was pleasant and helpful, but there were quality issues; tape adhesive left on the exterior paint and a window that would not operate correctly due to a glass shard left in the door. They did fix it relatively quickly, but having to arrange another ride to pick up the car was enough to drop this rating.

They did an excellent job fixing the front bumper and front right fender plus they fixed the paint peeling off my driver's door where it meets the front left fender. My 2010 car looks brand new.
