I m here in Minnesota from out of town. About seven hours away and my battery died on me. It was enough juice in it to get me to Auto Zone on 36th Ave & Winnetka where I met the most humble & persistent employee Troy H!!!! My battery was horrible and soooo corroded!! This man worked and worked until he got that battery out which was difficult from my point of view. He didn t complain not one time and just did it with GRACE!!! Auto Zone, you all have a jewel of an employee and he deserves something for his humble attitude!! He represented you all so well!! Thanks Troy & Auto Zone!!!

Bought some rotors for my car online and they shipped me the wrong ones. Went in store to exchange them but the lady there was so rude. She was very disrespectful and rude to me through out the whole time. She must been having a bad life or something. Will not supporting this place again.

Go here all the time bought a ignition coil from them ended up not needing it. It was a spark plug issue. Went into return it with a receipt employee told me it wasn t there brand goes to the back and grabs a premium one to show there s are metal with a red top. Mine was a dura last but not the premium one trying to get one over on someone trying to return something is low.

What a great experience. The lady geegee was such a great help locating the parts I needed and Pale even helped put them in! I will never visit another part store again after the delight of working with these two amazing employees. You have a customer for life because of them!!!

Quick and friendly service, place was clean and well stocked. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the employee didn't seem very knowledgeable on battery terminals. I am no expert myself, this is the first time I'll be replacing battery terminals on my own however I figure someone who works at an auto parts store would have a general knowledge on universal components like terminals and posts.

Avoid this Autozone like the plague!Very RUDE employees, very unprofessional, very disrespectful, also very lazy!!! Feels like the people that work their are held against their will the way they work their.I came in asking for them to reset my check engine light after I replaced the part. Before I could say something, the guy at the cash register said we cant help you if you are paying with cash . He said that before he even knew what I came in for. Told me that they cannot do that and that they dont know how to do that. They recommended that I disconnect the car battery to do a reset.I then went to the Minneapolis Autozone and the guy connected his computer and was able to turn off the check engine light. Took him about 3 seconds to do that. The employees in the New Hope try to push the customers out of the door so they can go back to playing candy crush on their phones. Every time I come in they are on their cell phones. They need to adjust their attitude or get new employees.

I Went to go purchase a V belt. They were unable to cross the part number on the belt, then proceeded to tell me they can't help me. I asked him if they had the tool to measure it. They proceeded to tell me they broke it and have not bothered trying to replace it, as I was about to explain to him they could just take the belt in the back and match it up, another employee was also commenting how they cannot help me find a belt due to the tool being broken for some time now, as what I believe to be the manager of the store was staring right at me watching this whole conversation. So I went to the O'Reilly's down the street. They were also unable to look up the part number, however their next step was locked and matched it up came back with two options, and these guys didn't even ask me what it was for. I was in and out in less than 5.

I have shopped at this store for about five years now. Simple purchases. Oil, windshield, wipers, lightbulbs, I mean how difficult can it really get at AutoZone? I Swing by there to look at windshield wipers, because when I had installed the ones I recently purchased at Costco, I did not install them correctly, and I didn t know I had. An employee at AutoZone, named Devin, kindest, nicest guy ever. I just sort of asked him briefly, and then asked him to come outside; in the frigid November, weather in Minnesota, without a jacket on, without hesitation, he stepped outside. And then when he stepped outside, he quickly fixed the situation! He instantly knew what I did wrong and fixed it. Some people are like well big deal. Yeah it is a big deal because in today s society, I rarely get anyone to help and be kind in customer service. Thanks Devin!!

Normally it is good, but the tire plugging kit I got didn't really work. They did take it back with no questions asked, so I appreciate that.

Okay, so I ve been to this place a number of times for car things and there s this guy there that has gone above and beyond for me every time he s been working. I wish I caught a name, but he s got afroey (not sure if that s a word) hair in a pony tail. One time I had my kid in the car and he made sure I didn t have to get him out in order to get my car sorted. Next time he pretty much replaced a headlight for me. Dude is so nice and super helpful. He s got a great attitude and really impressed me with Autozone as a company.

I want to say that I dont often write reviews because i feel like more often than not- they go unnoticed. I did feel the need to come and let you know that your new sales manager Kevin is an absolute delight when I stopped in last week for wipers and some coolant. He had me in and out, and I didnt feel pressure like i do when i walk in some of the competitors stores. I am happy because your customer service was sub par a year ago when I was in last. You need more employees like him

Sonny provided excellent customer service tonight! He was friendly and eager to help us find the right wiper blades for my van. After we paid, he insisted on helping us put the new wiper blades on in the parking lot! Thank you for making our trip quick and easy! We ll definitely be back!

Woke up one morning to find my battery completely dead. Jump started it and drove to auto zone where they helped me buy the battery I needed, giving me price options too. The store was fairly busy, but they still even installed it for me. I only had to wait a few minutes which I was happy to do. Thank you!

I had an online item to return at the store. Unfortunately there was this guy Paul, who was not only full of himself but also inadequate at using the system. He was rude and arrogant. 10 min later another employee helped me and he was much better. So if you ever visit the store and want to have good experience, avoid Paul at all costs. I won't shop here ever again.

Will waste your time, won't take your name down right (so when you call and check, it won't be available) When given a OEM part number and asking for OEM parts they will order non OEM. (But not specify that, and tell you after the fact that they in fact do not order OEM parts) I was very thorough and doubled check every aspect of my order and they dropped the ball on every point. Wasted time with no correction or apology for the service provided. Forced to reschedule plans and lost money, due to this establishment mishandling a very straight forward and direct order. Based on my recent experience, I suggest you give another autozone or parts store your buisness.

If I could do a zero rating I would. I went in for help and there were two woman sitting around on their phones and one guy who just plain didn t want to help at all. I asked how to unplug my battery and the lady just told me to pretty much figure it out. If someone comes in asking to be shown how to do something you would think an autozone worker could get up off their phone to come and show someone how to do something. Such rude employees!

One of the employees was not wearing a mask. He also provided terrible customer service while I was there. Didn't say a word when I walked in straight up to the desk, then proceeded to have a poor attitude throughout a pretty simple interaction. Normally I'd let this slide, but I had the same experience with the same employee about 6 months ago.

Bad customer service here.Purchased a marine battery today. I asked to check the charge level since I was going directly to my boat. So you sell batteries, but don't have a voltage tester anywhere in the store? I waited 5 minutes for an employee to try and find one in the back but he never came back.. I decided to just leave and luckily the battery did have a good charge. Sometimes in business it's the simple things that make you stand out and make a difference.

I came in looking to buy a new battery as I was having battery issues the day prior. I asked if they also do the installment if the battery is purchased there. Answer was it is a complementary service, free of charge as long as they are able to do it with without taking too much of their time. I believe the guy who helped me was Ben. He went above and beyond helping me get the battery that satisfied my needs without hurting my pockets. He also did the installment and took the battery for recycling. Thank you for a good experience at AutoZone. I will be back whenever necessary.
