This was the best car buying experience I've had with a dealer. I bought a nice Ford Escape for my wife.Zade was great to work with, was attentive, and courteous. We felt right at home working with him.Dean, the owner, was very accommodating and went the extra mile for us. He made the entire experience feel very comfortable and welcoming.I definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for a "new to you" vehicle.

Nathan helped me get set up to buy our Toyota Tacoma truck a couple days ago. The most warm, welcoming, and friendly people. We felt like they had our best interest at heart. Both Nathan and Zade are so sweet. They made us feel comfortable and I had absolutely no worries that I wasn t in good hands there. They were referred to me by a good friend. If you want great, fair and affordable service this is your spot.

I purchased a truck before it was serviced. There was a issue and they still stude behind the problem and fixed it for me, no cost. All employees are very friendly and helpful. So if you need good ride, just tell them Dustin sent you. P.s very friendly and respectful secretary.

Got a 2014 ram truck at tri state auto outlet on 02/10/2024. Had a great sales/finance coordinator Zade Johnson was easy to work with,and answered all the questions I had.And got me into the truck I wanted.I would recommend checking out tri state auto outlet.And ask for zade Johnson.You will be glad you did and will have nice wheels to get around in.

Highly recommend Tri-State! Dean, Stacey, and all of the staff made our experience so positive and easy when we needed to find a vehicle in a short amount of time and Dean made sure it was something I loved. I have bought 2 cars from Dean at tri-state.he's geat and dependable he don't leave me without some kind of solution if I have a machanical need while I'm purchasing they fix it. I definitely will buy all my used vehicles from tri-state and with kiddo coming of age we will be there soon then I'm ready.haha thank u tri-state auto thanks dean!!!

Scheduled appt for brake replacement with diagnostics for possible noise & vibration, difficulthood release. I didn't need brake replacement. Just a brake line bleed. Replaced wheel bearing causing noise & vibration A d can now pop my hood without an addl person to lift hood when i pull release. So happy with the service. Eric is the shop manager and was communicative throughout the day. My car is an older vehicle and I've always been satisfied with the service provided. Thank you!

Very happy with my vehicle purchase. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and I drove away with a newer nicer vehicle. I LOVE my 2019 Hyundai Tucson!!

Strongly recommend consideration of Tri-State for your future automotive needs. Zade does a great job with sales/financing, easy to deal with and no pressure. Dean takes pride in delivering mechanically sound vehicles and willing fixed an issue found during the test drive. I will head there for future vehicle needs.

Tri State Auto does such a great job. They had our truck in and out sooner than we expected. They saved us a bunch of money on repairs that we were told needed fixed but actually didn t.

Very happy working with Samantha and the rest of the Tri-State Auto team through the process of buying my '12 F150. Upon initial test drive I found a handful of issues with the truck, but they promptly fixed everything at no extra cost before I purchased. I had never taken a loan out on anything prior, so I had many, many questions. Samantha answered all of them and made the whole process go smoothly.After officially buying the truck, I noticed on the way out the door that the lock button didn't work on the key fob, and Samantha made it right--agreeing to pay for a replacement--even though the truck was technically my own at that point. Big thanks to the Tri-State team--I will definitely�recommend you and would work with you again in the future.

Samantha was amazing throughout the entire process of picking out a car that I love and getting great financing. She's fantastic at her job and really goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. This has been my best car buying experience by far and I will definitely return when I'm in the market for a new car! I highly recommend Tri-State Auto! So much better than dealing with a big franchise dealership.

By far the BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR highly recommended Samantha and everyone working there were honest and down to earth All the questions and concerns I had were answered to the best of knowledge. Can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I ve ever had I wasn t set up to fail in the long run and left feeling confident financially and comfy in my new Dodge Journey with only the best of warranty s as well! Samantha was wonderful to work with! Considering I was 2 hours away, she was so helpful in following up with more pictures and answering questions I had.When I mentioned taking the drive on Saturday, she even sacrificed her day off to help me ultimately make the purchase.Dean was also helpful as I had a couple concerns. He pulled the truck on the lift and invited me out to inspect everything I wanted.In this current market, i honestly believe they're doing everything possible to assure you are getting a good vehicle.Thanks team for the flawless purchase!

We purchased a nice white convertible for our 15-year-old son. He couldn't have been happier with it! The salespeople were great to deal with, and they negotiated with us and accepted our offer. Nice-looking facility, also, with a comfortable waiting area. I would recommend your business for someone looking for a nice used car.

Hands down the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Samantha and Dean were incredibly helpful. They asked particular questions to make sure they found the car that best suited your needs while staying within your budget. No doubt in my mind that I will be a returning customer in the future! The best auto purchase of our lives!!! Tom, Dean, and Samantha were sooo helpful - Took time to answer all of our questions. No pressure to buy. We took it out to drive twice. They spent time explaining all the buttons and whistles. We BOTH love our new to us vehicle. We highly recommend TriState Auto. We've had them do service on our other vehicles over the years. I don't know if I've posted a review for anything, but I feel this is deserved. I Would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I had to travel a bit to get here and was assured I wouldn't be disappointed in the car. The car was just as solid as Dean said it would be. There weren't any surprises when it came down to the business end of the sale either. They went out of their way to help me get my rental returned because enterprise dropped the ball. It wasn't their problem, but they made sure I got it back and saved me a lot of time and aggravation. If you find a vehicle you like don't hesitate to check them out or use them to find exactly what your looking for. I will be giving them a call when I'm looking for my next vehicle. Honesty and integrity with that small town atmosphere. Best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.

I bought a vehicle here last week. The staff was excellent. I asked them to do some magic with the financing and with a particular lender. They got the payment close to what I wanted. I missed out on purchasing a vehicle before because the vehicles they get sell fast..As for the vehicle...It was just detailed and as my wife said " Is the interior new?". I had my friend go for a ride in it and he was amazed at how smooth the vehicle ran and rode. I personally am very pleased with the vehicle and look out the to the driveway to just because I like looking at it. I would buy again from this dealer.

Best experience I ve had at a dealership. EVERYONE was straight forward and down to earth, Samantha was the best at working and helping me out! Definitely buy a vehicle from here, no other dealership out there will work to help you out the way tri state auto outlet did. I am so happy with my purchase and will recommend everyone of my friends to this dealership
