Went there 2 times..both days..out of half and half and out of house blend coffee..told them..the lady told me she knew and would get to it when she wasn't busy. No smiles from any employees..no apologies..no "thank you" or "see you next time". I always stop a Kwik trip no matter where I am. Usually the best service ever...not here. Oh and no free coffee offered for my inconvenience. Not that big of a deal..but it's nice to be acknowledged for being a repeat customer. I am also a previous Kwik Trip employee...never have I seen such unhappy faces at any other KT store.

This Kwik trip, like most others is clean, has good food and great prices.Docking one star for for the frappe that wasn t full

Not the most convenient place to get to from the interstate. Pizza wasn't much to look at but tasted great. Fountain drink machine works great. Clean store with friendly employees.

It was clean, it was safe, there was plenty of happy employees busy and cleaning when there was ever a down moment! Keep up the excellent work!!!!!!!!!!

Quik Trip offers a great deal of food items for very reasonable. Bakery goods are pretty good as well. No fee ATM. Free air for low tires.

Absolutely awful experience. Walked in on a Friday around 5 or so and every aisle was crowded with workers who were frantically taking items off shelves. It took 10 minutes to grab a few items due to the chaos happening. After talking with the cashier, who informed us that every month each team member comes in and cleans the entire store. I appreciate the cleanliness but I think they can do this on a Tuesday at 10 am instead of prime travel time on a Friday.

perfect distance for when my gas tank got down to 1/4 full i actually ended up hitting the same gas station twice just fo4 it's good location Also i like the minisnowta nice i always meet there like literally same at my hometown quick trip just the best people around oh and I've been known to come to quick trip specifically and not even for gas just cause i prefer some of their groceries over big box stores i always get the under a dollar reusable bags and pack my bread or milk eggs motor oil sunglasses cell phone chargers whatever in em, i really should quit em but the bags are so darn handy i use em till I've worn holes through them and then still finding ways to use them my last visit to this location was quick and polite and they had what i need keep em open guys the more you support em the more i know they'll be there in the future when I'm traveling through also side note everyone stops here with their snowmobile/fourwheelers for the higher quality storage recreational fuel talked to a bunch of people riding through on their snowmachines boy do i wanna join em

I loved this place because the workers were friendly as were the customers and they had a lot of room all around the building for truckers putting air in the tires for people to park and get gas. Yes this is a must stop in and get gas food or something yummy to eat. Also they had try for free table was really a nice touch above the rest.

We were on a quest to find a convenience store with hot dogs, and they seem to be the only convenience store in Hinkley with hot dogs. They also have clean bathrooms, parking, and an easy place to get back onto the road. We regard this as the best convenience store in Hinkley

Very bad customer service. Staff is rude, we ordered a pizza, it was burnt. Black pepperonis and half the crust was so burnt it was rock hard. Asked for a new one, and the manager was very rude about it. They gave us a new pizza, the cheese wasn t even melted. My gf still tried taking a bite and it was still frozen in the middle. The top was super super soggy. She went in for a refund cause we weren t hungry anymore. Manager was angry about this, she said, oh so the first one was too burnt and the second one is too cold? She didn t even get a single apology and she is a very nice person. Nicely asked for the refund and everything. This place used to be so awesome and they ve gone so badly downhill. They never have any hot foods ready. And when they do, it s sat there so long it s nasty dried out and hard. There s been times we have gone in there and the place was deserted, and we have had to hunt someone down to ring us up. We have had to actually go in the back to get someone. I can honestly say that we won t be buying anything from this kwik trip again, only to use their free atms.

We had a group of 14 to feed and had a budget. Garrett, Jenny, and the kitchen came in clutch for us and we were only able to pull it off with their help. Thanks guys!

Overall very unclean and rude customer service by no less than half of the front end employees.Gas pump wash stations are completely empty and it does not have a car wash so your unable to clean even your windshield if you go to this Kwik-trip.Every wash station was like the ones in the photos with all the employees working there not one would go out and fill any of the wash stations.We travel alot and this one is one of the worst we have come across so far.

Stop here often on the way to the cabin and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. Sandwiches ad burgers are great... don't forget to get a rewards card.

This used to be my go-to stop place halfway to Duluth. Management and workers do not wear masks and they don't enforce company policy and state law about wearing masks. Last time I was there the workers making coffee were not wearing masks. The food prep people were not wearing masks. And the cashier was wearing a shield like a baseball visor. Will not be going back until after the pandemic is over.

For the first time in a long time, I had the worst pizza ever. The pizza was drenched in grease to the point it was an orange lake of fat. Even after having to use multiple napkins to soak up the juicy heart attack, we tried to enjoy it. Never again will I order the pizza from them as it made my entire famy sick. Nothing but gut rot. The store once had quality and cared when they were new in the community. Now it is a gamble what kind of quality to expect.

Like other places the price of items went up and the quality went down. I ordered a pizza and got it over cooked and burnt.

Well I go in for breakfast, 4 employees were talking about a Male co worker testing positive for Corona virus, a female coworker said she was with him for 9 hours and all 4 employees didnt have their masks on. Very uncomfortable and not cool...that's how this thing spreads.

Absolutely the worst Kwik Trip in the state. Ladies bathroom is always filthy. Coffee urns are empty all the time, as well as the creamers. The roller food is always a single hot dog and a southwestern chicken thing, both way over cooked. Hot food has sat under heat light far too long, all the time. Staff seems angry and rude if I ask for anything, like I'm wasting their time.

Nicest employees, tidy establishment.... most disgusting bathrooms I've ever encountered. I'm talking used feminine products on the floor and clogged toilets. My husband said the men's room was just as disgusting. But seriously, nicest employees I've had the pleasure of meeting

I buy more than 50% of my gas a Kwik Trip stations. They a clean & have free air fire tires and basically better service than most other options. I hear they pay their staff more than other stations, but have not fact checked that. I am giving the low score of 2 stars to this location because my personal experience has been that this location's customer service is below average and now they are not requiring masks per the MN Governors order. When confronted, Chris said they have a sign up, but they are not enforcing the requirement, as in asking people to comply. I know this puts them in a tough spot with anti-maskers, but it puts me at risk and their employees. Not cool.

I love this place! The discounts are in every area. Use competitor coupons and make the savings even bigger. Ice cream regular price is less than the sale price at local grocery store and is some of the finest.

Someone needs to fix the hotdog roller problem. The rollers are always empty when I stop. If there is 10 plus people in line, drop what you are doing and help the cashier. Stock the warming tables with sandwiches. People like the kwik food and go. I haven't been back in over a month. Please get it together.

Always clean and staff helps when I ask to make somthing that is not on the grill. Coffee is great! I tried the chia and that was amazing it had just steamed milk and used tea bags and water. Nice and low calorie drink and tasted like chia should. Kwik trip water was fresh and cold.

My daughter asked me for a hot soft pretzel to eat while she studies late tonight, so I drove from Askov to get her some. The hot food express section was about finished up for the day but the folks there to ight offered to make some fresh pretzels for her! They were so nice, thank you.

Long time devoted kwik trip lover here extremely disappointed with my experience. An associate by the name of Kally was far to be busy to be bothered with asking a question about missing condiments for my hot and ready items. Had to basically follow her into the kitchen to get an answer and could not of been less helpful.
