Excellent place to buy a used car! Their cars are extremely clean and obviously professionally detailed, fast, friendly service. Brett is a great salesman, wasn't "pushy". Would buy there again.

Like every greedy used dealership I ve been to lately after hearing I m native from Mille lacs we need a lot of money down, co-signer and your trade in! ..they act like my $4100 monthly income from my job and bonus isn t good enough for their 2010 Ford F150 that s overpriced at $11k with 138k miles on it.

Erik at Koppy Motors is not your typical sales guy. He was personable and I felt comfortable through the whole process. He worked hard to make sure we got a fair deal on our car. Thank you Erik and Koppy Motors for the great car buying experience.

Kevin made finding the exact vehicle I wanted easy at Koppy Motors in Hinckley. He was flexible with a budget, knowledgeable, outgoing, and honest. I did not feel any pressure, and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I wanted was suitable for me in every way. I truly felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend stopping in to see him if you are in the market for something new.

Great experience! Erik was easy to work with - transparent communication, no salesy nonsense, and personable. Koppy Motors of Hinckley made the entire process seamless, including accepting my trade-in and setting up financing. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again and/or recommend Koppy Motors of Hinckley to friends and family.

Went in to check out a car for our second vehicle. The one we initially went in for was nice, but it was not "it". Kevin went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for! He was such a major help through every step. He helped us find what we wanted, put up with our million questions, and allowed us to think it over overnight. Then he helped with finding the right financing that worked for us! Will be returning to Koppy Motors of Hinckley when it is time to help my teenager find her perfect car too!

We stopped in on Tuesday to look at a car. We test drove it and enjoyed it. We had forgotten information at home that was needed to purchase the vehicle, and we live an hour away. Erik offered to bring the car to me the next day. It was a great experience. Thank you!

I just bought a car here and overall my experience wasn't terrible they were nice people, but they were pushy about doing financing themselves, they wanted 500 to hold a car for 1 day(the receipt said the deposit was till the next day), they said they would top the coolant which they forgot to, and lastly the part I was most disappointed by they were very pushy about giving them a 5 star review right after I signed the papers. I'm not saying I wouldn't by from them again just be prepared for them to be pushy if you go here.

I told Kevin what I was looking for and he found the perfect match. The entire process was a breeze (for me, at least). Kevin did all the work, went above and beyond to get everything done in my very small window of time that I had available. Literally, all I had to do was sign my name and drive off in my brand new car! It was amazing!! If I could rate my experience higher than 5, I would! Very happy customer.

Ive owned more than fifty cars in my lifetime easily, and ive never had a more positive and friendly experience than ive had with koppy motors. Also the best quality of car, and the most caring and experienced, knowledgeable, sales person! My car is exactly as it was advertised, and was an excellent price too. I cant help but say that if i ever need another car, i would check with them first. The salesperson "Kevin" was very helpful, and made me very "comfortable" about my purchase. I cant say enough good things about it. 5 out of 5 stars!

I went here Saturday to inquire about trading in and possibly getting an SUV for my family. Al was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpfuI and patient I ended up doing both. Had a great experience buying a truck from Russ at Koppy Motors of Hinckley. We were able to have our mechanics look the truck over .it was in excellent condition. The whole process took less than two hours. Thank-you Russ.

Never buy a car from this place. I bought a van that was a complete mess. They said it was completely looked over bye there mechanical team and that a daycare owned it. Within a month I had to replace the whole brake line and other serious problems that no dealer should send out knowingly unsafe. I would run from them all they care about is the bottom line not there customers. I knowing that I should of had it checked myself. I know better but decided to trust my local dealer and get it as it was all I could afford. I called to talk to the salesman and he told me I signed the paper as is and there was nothing else they were willing to do. I now own a van that I ve put thousands of dollars to keep it running. I put a review on here and a manager reached out and asked me to remove it. As I did remove and thought about it and decided to put it back on. I don t know how there other locations are but I would stay away from Hinkley!!

I totaled my 2010 Ford Escape and was very upset. It was almost paid for and one my favorite vehicles. I decided to stop by Koppy Motors just to browse. While I was looking around, Kevin came out to greet me. I told him my tale of woe, and, like a knight in shining armor, that wonderful man came to my rescue!! In just a short time, I became the proud new owner of a 2013 Ford Escape! With very low miles and all the trimmings it wasjust what the doctor oreded and only 14.00 more per month than I was paying, plus a 50k mile drive train warranty! Kevin, thank you for being there when I needed you, and Koppy Motors, thank you for hiring such a gem of a person and for helping me get past this unfortunate situation. You rock
