These guys have been honest with me each time i go. Definitely worth it if you need your car fixed up. Especially after you try to fix it yourself from a YouTube video, they'll fix that too.

We were driving through Hinkley and discovered a slow leak on one of the tires. They were able to inspect the tire right away, found the problem, patched it up and we were back on the road in less than one hour!Thank you for the amazing support and service!

Unfortunately Keith and his team are not stand up mechanics nor will I ever bring my vehicles to him again he has lost a customer and all the people I referred to him for the past 8 years he does not fix my vehicles they are still broken I'm disabled and all he has done is take advantage of me . I had a hard time telling Keith that his men were not fixing my vehicle correctly, it was hard for me because I like him as a person because he is a very likable guy , the only good thing I could say is if you need your car towd he can do that they will be there But have it towed too Valders in Hinkley great Mechanics done the right way the first time Keith has no respect for you as a customer and he let's his men rip you off

My boyfriend brought his car in for it making a noise in the rear end and the engine light being on. They called him and told him that his engine light was because of a sensor and asked him what he thought the knocking might be. He said I don t know I m not the professional maybe the shocks? We asked the owner Keith to call us back with a price and he never did. They called back in a couple days and told him his car was ready to be picked up. They never called him and quoted him or told him how much. The shocks were a 100% mark up 330$ for just the shocks not including labor when you can buy them from Napa for $150 or less. They told him the noise was better as soon as he pulled out of the road the noise was exactly the same. They didn t fix anything.

Highest marks for Keith s Towing and Auto Repair!!! We were trying to get up north for vacation and our van wouldn t shift out of first gear. They quickly came to tow us and gave us quick and helpful updates as they diagnosed and repaired our van. They went out of their way to get our repairs done quickly and right! Super professionally, knowledgeable and faster that we could have hoped. Van has never run better! Thank you to the entire crew at Keith s!!!Service: Car towing

Keith, Chris , and the boys took great care of me! Fixed my van in one day and the price was very reasonable. I know I can count on them for the highest quality of service that a girl can expect from the best local shop in town... These guys are the best.. super friendly, efficient and when you leave you know you've been well taken care of. They do great work and the community appreciates and trust them so very much! I'd highly recommend this business!

Well, going in the ditch with an older vehicle has its consequences. Glad it was the van that needed repairs and not me and they all did great! Very good price for towing. Keith, himself, came to my place to take me to the shop.Thanks a mil!!

We dropped my mom's car off at noon to get an oil change and to change the tires. They told us we d get a call as soon as it was ready, but instead waited over two hours. We never got a call, so we called until someone finally picked up. They informed us they couldn t do the tires. That s fine, but we get back to the shop and hear they haven t even pulled the car in for an oil change yet. Wondering why I have to bother them to do their job, this isn t the first time, but I hope it doesn t happen so much anymore. I ve left my car here for more than four days to get some work done. When I came to pick it up, they still hadn t even pulled it in to do anything to it. When you give a time frame, that s when the work will be done by, not when you start working on it. Or at least that s my understanding and If there are complications or delays please let those customers know as soon as possible. (We re now 40 more minutes into a 15-minute oil change. And that s not including the 2 hours it took to say they couldn t do the tires) Thank you for your services here in Hinckley!

I'm so impressed with these guys !They towed my truck on a holiday weekend. Got right on it Monday morning had it done by 4:00. They all communicated everything to me and kept me updated. Just had a bearing done on my 2009 Mazda 6. I've gone to these guys for many years and it's always a great experience. Very reasonable prices very reliable work an the staff is always willing to answer questions an make sure you have the best possible experience. They are almost always busy and once you been there you will understand why. I live in Saint Paul currently and if i can make it to Keith's it's where all my vehicles go. 5 stars all day long.

Great service! Definitely recommend.Locked my keys in the trunk of my car while my spare set was in Chicago. My car has complicated doors, locks and frameless windows that lock into the roof making it very difficult to open.The guy was very gentle and took a lot of care to carefully trouble shoot and come up with a solution to get me in my car and on my way.Thanks Keith for having a great team!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. I had my oil changed and two weeks later my oil light came on. I checked the oil myself and there was no oil in it at all. They blamed the car for using that much oil and charged me for towing it. My car never used oil that fast and it was the first time the oil light ever came on. I would never do business with them again. I have been ripped off royally.Service: Car towing

Please take your vehicle to this establishment as they are as good as it gets in this line of work. They diagnose the real problem and fix it at a rate that will put a smile on your face. Following service, Keith even took me on a tour of his shop and showed me his Chevy Chevelle that he took first place at Brainerd raceway (Outlaw Class) last year! I had critical engine failure in my Ford F-150 and vetted several establishments until I finally found Kieth. They left no Stones unturned looking for a replacement engine and found one with a four-year warranty with unlimited miles. Not to mention, they charged me a fraction of the cost of that the dealer initially quoted. I repeat, take your vehicle here - you won't be disappointed!

We had a flat tire on our way to Duluth and we're lucky Keith's Towing was a mile away. They were super helpful and got us back on the road in no time. Very good people. And Harley was a sweet heart.

Our truck broke down outside of Hinkley. This company, who takes AAA, immediately came out to help us. It was a Saturday and their store was closed but they offered to keep it there until Monday. They were finished by Monday afternoon and we know by the cost that they are honest. We highly recommend this company!

Keith is always amazing when I bring my rides to him. He's fair in price, tells you what's wrong and will work his butt off to get the job done. This includes himself and his fellow mechanics!!

Good place to get my car fixed! Several cars and trucks fixed there. Haven't had an issue yet!
