I called from another Walmart Auto Center asking if they had a certain tire in stock. Talked to Richard. He said they did. I asked if I could get in same day and he just said to come on over. Once I got there, I was in and out in less than an hour!! Great service and he did it with a smile. The whole team there was great!! Really sets the standard for all Walmart retail stores and Auto Centers!!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

I needed 2 tires for my truck. They checked the 2 that were on the truck. They told me they couldn't install just 2 tires that I needed to buy 4 tires. I told them NO. I purchased the 2 tires and had them mounted someplace else.

We came in, no appointment, they had all four tires and an oil change done in less than 2 hours. Fair prices and very friendly staff.

The situation my husband and I found ourselves in on Thursday morning, A flat tire ... couldn't of come at a worse time !! My husband, at around 9 a.m. pulled into the Wal-Mart Auto center. He ran in, explained the emergency.... And the guys from Auto center ... took our car, we purchased 4 tires, the guys put 100% into making sure. We made it to Duluth, by 12:30. For my last high dosage Radiation at St Luke's cancer center .... I most certainly credit my cancer team for saving my life ... But I have to say, your pharmacy and for all of the help, and patience .. especially understanding... made sure that I had what I needed. And now for your Auto center ... the ice storm the day b4, made us cancel , reschedule for Thursday.... to a flat :(Thank you guys, and gals ....You're awesome!!!Service: Auto tire replacement

They installed my tires which are leaking from the valve stems. After two attempts to repair it, they still slow leak. The tires were cheaper than anywhere else so, I got what I paid for but I'll be taking my car to another shop from now on.

Zero cars in the bay today. Not surprised that the shop isn t busy, as they are known to be combative and selective when choosing who s car they are servicing. I actually almost had my tires fall off after a retorque about 3 years ago, one time their staff refused to rotate my tires, as well today they refused to refund my core charge (that s billed as a misc fee) for my battery that I purchased online at Walmart.com. Mountain iron Walmart gladly refunded me my $10; skip the drama and hibbing by going to Mt.Iron s store. 10/10 better management and HRServices: Tires, Battery, Oil change

So I arrived at 5:25 p.m. at the tire center and I had a bad tire what I thought was just a hole in the tire and I needed to be repaired they close at 6:00 p.m. which was enough time to do it but immediately after arriving the gentleman decided that he was going to deny it and it takes 20 minutes to bring the trash out and not offer me any other options just didn't denial and so the tire turned out to be a huge bald spot on it and it was unsafe to drive with and my spare tire was not a full size but they aired that up for me as well. as I did shed a few tears I was very upset that the gentleman would not even offer me any suggestions any help threw me away and like I didn't mean anything it really really tore me apart because customers satisfaction is guaranteed and not definitely was horrible and I made sure about the other staff and I love what a phenomenal job they did they stayed late for me because they had to dig through the tires they found me a tire they were hands down phenomenon the gentleman even decided he was going to use his phone instead and then decided he was just going to go home on his own because it's 6:15 you go home and so everybody else stayed there to continue helping me and clean up and out the door he went and when I left with my vehicle he was coming around the corner with this nasty smirk on his face that was very unprofessional

Absolutely the worst service in town! I arrived there at 8:30 AM greeted by a female worker first stating No it s too early (Mind you I ve been working for 3 hours today already). Then I was directed inside to fill out the paperwork, all the info given on the phone 2 days before, Nobody to be found! Then I was told the 2 tires my customer had put on 600 miles ago (verified with mileage on previous receipt) were shot and they cannot do anything with the tires on the front because of that!! BEWARE and NEVER go There!! You ve been warned!!

I ve been trying for two weeks now to get Goodyears on my car for the winter. Each time I ve went in to get all four tires changed they ve only had two in stock. I scheduled an appointment since a guy had told me they had enough for my car the night before and I get in the next morning for them to tell me they only had two again. As I was leaving the parking lot, I looked in my rear view mirror to see the women I was talking to watching me leave. I m not too happy with this place at all. If you have to go to Walmart for anything auto, I d say go to Virginia.

I showed up to see a lady walk out with half a limp looking like she didn't want to be there. Not surprisingly I was turned away. They "couldn't do 4 tires". I went to Mt.Iron and got stellar service.I understand being short staffed etc but I defiantly got a "ready to be home" vibe in HibbingService: Auto tire replacement

Always a good experience.. was a bit confused How my tire pressure monitor sensor had, I guess fallen off, while I was driving..

Tire rotation and oil change, going on 3 hours now. There were no cars in the bay when I arrived, the women who was in front of me in line was getting the same service. She was quoted an hour to an hour and fifteen. Their prices are cheaper than most, but I would reccomend spending the extra few dollars and going elsewhere. This is pretty ridiculous.

Really disappointed with this place. Tech didn't bother to properly secure my air filter or let me know it until I popped the hood. Going somewhere else next time.
